The size of the apartment was excellent. It's really spacious and well laid out.
The bedding, towels, and kitchenware were really good.
The location of the apartment was perfect, walking distance to the supermarkets and town centre.
Ample parking at the front, but you have to be quick to get a spot.
To enter the apartment, you have to go down a smelly, dirty passage way and up some widing stairs.
This doesn't give you the best impression.
Also, there was no lock on the bathroom door.
Would have benefitted from having a dining area in the lounge.
The upstairs double bed matteress was a little uncomfortable. But others were fine.

The location is perfect, it was central but quiet and handy enough to be a short walk from high street.

The only downside to the property was the shower, it was so warm even on what appears to be the cold setting it was soo hot it wasn’t usable. Great if you can handle scalding hot showers, but in 25 degree heat it definitely didn’t suit any of us.

the property was clean and nice, beautifully decorated and an amazing place to stay. near the town centre which made it easy to explore and only a 10 minute walk away from Wilton Lodge park which was beautiful.
only problem about the property is the people that live above can be quite noisy late at night which made it hard to sleep, and there was also people smoking cannabis outside which when the windows were open you could smell in the apartment as we stayed in summer we had to have the windows open to stay cool. we also had people sat the bottom of the staircase eating which sometimes made it a bit awkward to get past.

Spacious, clean, comfy beds, wifi and large tvs, great location and easy parking.
Surprised to find the bins in the entrance hall which smelled in the warm weather. It was a little tricky getting past them with luggage. Fortunately you could not detect them once inside the flat. A few little extras would have been appreciated for first night such as washing up liquid, tea, coffee, sugar and salt and pepper. There ought to be a tea towel or advise that guests need to bring these.

The smell in the entrance hallway and the 5 Wheelie Bins you had to walk past to get to the stairs to the property.
Absolutely disgusting and very unhygienic.
Only one bathroom/toilet.
No tea towel or washing up liquid.
There was an ironing board but no iron.

Great flat, really clean spacious and great facilities, good for centre of Hawick.
Location wise, above the chip shop which we didn't realise when we booked , the stairwell just smelt like a chippy, along with staff smoking in the main doorway, the stairwell also smelt of fag smoke, also we had the windows open one night and I was in the living room and all I could smell was really strong canibis smoke, so someone was probably out the back smoking weed.
Don't want to take away from the great flat and the price was fine it was just spoilt by what I've mentioned and we left a night early as we didn't really want to stay another night.

Great place ,very compfy & homely .,lots off space .Parking outside .Easy reach to all amenities .Good views ( front only ).clean & plenty off wardrope space .
It is above a chip shop although we didnt smell anything ,but we went in winter could be diffrent if you have the windows open .Although ideal for dinner .Up winding stair case so not good for anyone that has mobility issues or small children .
