Vraiment super, très grand logement. Parfait pour une famille. Le petit coin dehors vraiment agréable, il y a tous pour ce faire à manger. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

La plage n’es pas exceptionnel, il vaut mieux aller plus loin en voiture. Mais ce n’est pas vraiment un problème.

The location was excellent, close to a few restaurants and the beach. The backyard was beautiful and relaxing. It was my favorite place in the mornings and afternoons. The owner was super nice and very accommodating.

We would have like a few more comfortable seats.

We absolutely loved the property! It was very quaint, quiet and very private and safe neighborhood. It really felt like home! We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere! The owner Matias and his wife treated us like family. The best hospitality of anywhere i have stayed ever! Very close to the beach, convenience store,beauty salon and a takeout food place. A short Uber or bus to Chicxulub or Progreso. Very well equipped kitchen, hammocks,inflatable boat,life jackets,hottub, fishing rod, coolers, beach chair and umbrella for the beach. They thought of everything! Thank you Matias and family for making us feel right at home!

This is a beautiful property, perfectly clean, cozy you are just 100 mts to the access to the beach, fully equipped. Matías was there at the check in and always responsive and really nice welcome. The back yard is really nice enjoy your morning coffee watching all kind of birds flying across, the jacuzzi is perfect! We really enjoyed our stay!

1.I liked all the attention to small details and facilities provided for the guests, for example: an extra blowup mattress & large, comfortable hammocks in bedrooms, lounge chairs and outdoor lights, extra towels, kitchen set up for cooking or dining in, and even if I did not use - a coconut tree,a barbecue and all sorts of gear for recreational, aquatic activities, 2.The sea is beautiful to look at and pretty calm & safe-knee deep for quite a distance out (though gets windy late AM) 3. The assistance to check out & get a taxi was fast and efficient

1. The directions to arrive, if you do not have a car might be a bit of a challenge to get there, or to leave; 2. a considerable added tax to pay that was not made so clear by Booking.com and which has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with the host 3. Like many Mexican other Mx beaches, not much consideration given to swimmers - not even 1/2 km of swim space. The jet sks and speed boats are very close to the coast; swimmers have to stay glued to the beach.
