Extremely courteous and pleasant staff.
Great location.
Spacious rooms.
Value for money.
Bathroom too small. Balcony door not sound proof and light proof. Bathroom door doesn't stay closed and slides open due to uneven surface. Toiletries could have been better.

From reception to all other department staff were great ready to help you with smiling face which i didn't experience in other hotels . With such a serive you overlook any minor short coming in other service departments.

Selling “balcony view rooms” at higher rates. there is no balcony, its a ledge with no view.

Bed was creaky and loose.

The staff was horrible. They charged me a total of ₹7700 for the booking which is so wrong!

Room layout was just like a low class karolbagh hotel
Everything i did not like. Room was like refrigerator. No insulation huge gaps in door.
Utter small bathroom, as small as a wardrobe.
No foyer. Bed is directly visible from main door.
Never stayed in such a lousy hotel in 20 years.

The room is very spacious and clean. We don't have any problem with the status of the room. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The staff is very helpful. My stay here has been very good
