A nice tranquile place away from home!

Friendly staff. Beautiful view!

Unfortunately,it is not mentioned anyware,that no alcaholic drinks are sold on the premises. We are not drinkers to drink us drunk,but enjoy a glass of wine now and then. It was also our wedding anniversary and was dissapointed to hear,sorry,no alcahol. It is also not mentioned that the bathroom is kind of on a lower floor,with stairs. No handles in the bathtub. Unfortunately the couches looks more confortable then it was.

The environment was great and the spa service was great, therapist 👌

The rooms without fridge was totally unacceptable, why buy ice everyday as a guest who had spent 3 days with them. The rooms were cleaned very late after 2pm. I have used same towels and sheets for 3 days. Safety of using one plug for more than 4 items was not good at all. They need to use their staff to assist guest with luggage to the rooms

Big up to the chef (Thafa), he was very welcoming, kind and professional. The food was great, from breakfast to deserts. The mountain hiking trail was fun. Thanks to the ladies at the spa, they are passionate about their job.

On arrival we didn't feel any welcoming energy from the reception. The gowns were not appropriate for the season.

Rooms are very close to each other. I could hear the people next to my room.

Breakfast was good though for me as a vegetarian, I didn't have many options. But the taste and presentation of the food was amazing. The location is extraordinary. I love how one can have a peace of mind at magalies mountain lodge and spa.

Well, I didn't like how the jacuzzi was cold. The bathroom door was not fully intact. We struggled to close it. It was a bit annoying until we figured it out. The cleaning staff didn't sweep out every dirt on the floor.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The place has Beautiful mountain views. When we arrived, it was late evening, we were from a boat ride and felt cold - we appreciated the presence of a fireplace at the dinner place. The lady waited for us at the gate, assisted with our luggage, showed us around.

Cold shower in the room. We had to go to the the spa to get a warm shower. Jacuzzi was also cold. The ladies at the spa did a great job, but the rooms were cold and there was no heater or electric blanket in the spa room. I was literary shivering with cold.

The food was amazing. The accommodation itself however, was disappointing. It was cold as theres no carpet on the floors. There was electricity glitches and the generator was not ready. The housekeeping was extremely disrespectful and incompetent. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone( BUT THE FOOD WAS GREAT)

The location was beautifully situated in between the Magalies Mountains. The food was very good with generous helpings and healthy vegetables served with every meal. The staff were amazing, very friendly and very helpful. The Spa was so special, I had the best massages I have ever had. The prices in the Spa were very reasonable as well. There was such a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful gardens, the mountains and a wonderful Labyrinth which was very special :)

An emergency number needs to be put in each room in case of of need.

Staff was very friendly. Everything was running exactly as it should have.

lunch they need to improve thier menuand the pool is way 2 cold and they serve small portions at breakfast.thier spa staff is welcoming but they don't serve beverages while you wait not even a chocolate after your massage they just leave you there

Everything,from the reception,the room,the food,the massage,the jacuzzi, everything was just wow.what a place to refresh and chill as couple.perfect
