Старовато, пошарпано.. но это не столь важно - без любви( не хватает деталей , мелочей - но это про любовь и заботу о пространстве 🙏 Не хватает маскитной сетки и вентилятора, чтобы спать ночью со свежим воздухом, а не с кондеем полуживым ((

This property is all about the view from the balcony, it really is fantastic! Breakfast is also lovely! Staff are super friendly.

Unfortunately, the room smells of mould quite bad. This is obviously hard to avoid when the accommodation is quite literally in a rainforest, but I’d be lying if I didn’t say it wasn’t overpowering and tainted our stay. We also had a leak in the bathroom sink which we’d let them know about on the first day, and this wasn’t fixed during our stay. I wouldn’t necessarily of expected this to be fixed, but some more communication/updates about it would have been nice.

First off, the family are just beautiful! Super friendly, helpful and instantly make you feel welcome! The location is perfect if you want to be out of the noise and in the middle of natural scenery! Plus the constant sound of running water just tops off the vibe! It's somewhere I will definitely stay again!

Складна дорога, щоб добратись - круті спуски та підйоми. Також, досить круті сходи, щоб дістатись до номера. У номері достатньо чисто, не ідеально, але й не критично. Вай-фай в цілому більш-менш, але краще мати і мобільний звʼязок.

The location of this place is really nice. It's only 10 min from the water palace, so it's easy to get around. The people who run the place are very kind. Wayan was especially helpful. Breakfast is simple but very good. The back view is even better in person.

The place is a bit more run down than pics suggest, and is not accessible if you have a walking disability because of stairs. The wifi is pretty weak, especially at peak times and I was often kicked off the network. I think there may have been electrical issues with my unit, and the two receptacles beside my bed didn't work properly, and the AC unit struggled a lot. There also isn't a sign out front for the place, I struggled a lot to find it and communication with the property is really slow.

Quiet place, nice view to a jungle like garden, nature noise, which I did not mind. Very comfortable bed, nice home made breakfast. - Family owned, very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast in the rooms daily, hot showers, large beds.

Had to ask for breakfast after first day. High pitched mechanical whirring noise all day so had to keep doors closed (could hear even then). Definitely ruined the beautiful view and atmosphere it could be. Bad smell in shower and room like urine... upon further investigation it appeared as though someone made some sort of mess in corner in shower room was really bad smells and had to do our own cleaning. Rooms were not cleaned daily.

Lovely view! The owner was really sweet and made us breakfast every morning, which was tasty.

There are a lot of stairs to get to your apartment, which wasn't a deal breaker for us

It was a good place for a short stay but needs some maintenance. Maybe our room is needed I guess it depends on the room and the flour you get.

I loved amazing jungle view and river sound. Great for people looking for a place in nature out of the city buzz.

The stairs are crazy, not necessarily bad but kind of scary.

Beautiful family home very close to the ubud centre, very accommodating family who were happy to help anytime I needed help. Highly recommend if you are staying in ubud. Also Putu who is the owners nephew is amazing and will drive you where you need to go 😁 also the beds are huge 😂

very steep and slippery stairs big smell of mold in a room and bathroom it was said that they bring a breakfast in a specific hour according to your preferences but they didnt. we have to go up everyday and told them.

Amazing view! The area is quiet, the room is clean. The staff/owner are very friendly and help with everything.

-It is not a real issue, but the smell in the room from humidity is not really nice. -the Kitchen is really poor and dirty sorry.

Bu Agung is very helpful and friendly and I like her, Besides that the place is so calm and u can here the river down there.

Beautiful view from location. Very good price - quality. Spacious clean room. Good location. Cheap motorbike rental for good motorbike.
