Located in a quiet neighbourhood, it's also close to mall and shops. Comfortable bathroom with good water pressure for a relaxing shower.

The rock strips on the stairs can feel very prickly when walking down.

There is no breakfast in-house and of course we need to drive out or sometimes buy-in meals. We enjoyed the food in Penang. Plus the place is so nearby the eateries, mall, convenient store, petrol station and etc. We could park our cars safely and most importantly the neighbours are quite warm in accepting the idea of homestay. Hence they got no complaints if the tenants are good and well behaved.

Well after sometime we noticed that there is a noise sensor placed at the hall. In the day time on 23rd April I received two reminder messages to keep our noises low. One is at 12.14pm and followed by at 12.21 pm. To our surprise when the doors are closed at the hall, the voices are very minimal or not heard at all My family members and I even confirmed it by doing an experiment by standing at the car porch for 10 minutes at least. Since it's minimal or rather not heard hence we can conclude that it is not disturbing the neighbours. Well a house with 21 paxs ( consist of 13 adults +7 kids +1 toddler) will be noisy during the day time and we cannot deny it. We kept it minimal at the best that we could. However if the noise sensor is fixed inside the house then of course it will trigger, but supposedly it should be fixed in a position/area whereby it justifies the noise exposure to the neighbours, because the objective is not to disturb the neighbours. Perhaps the management team can review this again. Now I must tell you this, the biggest letdown is your beds in all your four rooms which filled with bed bugs. The kids and some adults got bitten by the bugs. Kindly look into it so that it won't be a nuisance for the future tenants. Finally keep up the good service and little bit of tweaking on the points mentioned above can mean a lot for your future tenants. In fact one would choose to stay again in your accommodation if they revisit Penang Island. P.S: thanks for keeping and returning the water boiler. Appreciate it.
