Amazing large balcony with pretty planting, stunning views and loads of space for dining / sun bathing. Clean modern interior and bigger room than expected for a studio. Lots of little touches unexpected considering price point e.g. toiletries, coffee and condiments, Netflix’s and parasols for beach. Once on ground level of building only 3 mins and your on the beach.

You will bang your head on the slopping bathroom, unavoidable when going to the loo. Despite having wifi, login wasn’t even detectable or possible on any of our devices. Not an issue for us but its accessed by external spiral staircase of 50 steps which in the heat or if not fit/mobile could be an issue for some.

Excellent location, well equipped. Sun beds on the beach were a bonus, there are beach umbrellas in the cupboard on the balcony (we left x2 more!). Beach towels included (no need to pack). Air con on in the main living area - the bedrooms have ceiling fans (so can get a bit warm). Great views, well kept and dogs nice personal touches. Barbara (local manager) was superb and very responsive via text message. Parking was five in the covered area fir our hired Ford Focus.

Air con could be in each room.

The view is incredible, the owners were friendly and caring (made me moussaka), the location is superb.

We have appreciated the property is close to the beach, however the access is difficult due to narrow road and stairs. Traveling with kids is difficult.

When we have come across the property it was listed as a top destination in the area (nearly 10 rating) and were expecting a quality accommodation. Unfortunately the reality there was far from the photoshopped pictures we saw in the description. Everything inside the apartment situated at 1st floor is beyond its expected end of life: furniture does not properly close, creaks or parts of it fall. The water taps, electrical switches, cabinet locks are rusty too. The doors and windows need repairing as well. The bath was by far the most disgusting experience due to the smells. Also the outside of the apartment does not have any private area where you can enjoy some time alone due to the traffic from the upper floors. The property owners are living in the same building, which is something we would have liked to know in advance. Access to the parking is made through a 2m wide road, the parking spot is very narrow, for maximum 2 cars. The price we paid per night, almost 300EUR, is ridiculously high for what we got.

the property was right on the beach. the host was also very accommodating with sightseeing suggestions. as a bonus, the property also comes with a very nice Yia Yia who lives on the bottom level.
