We enjoying sitting on the generous deck watching the sunrise in the mornings and feeling the cool breezes in the evenings , viewing the deer and hummingbirds, and taking in the gorgeous view of the hill country. The place itself was so fun and creative with cabinetry made from old palettes and tin, interesting antique memorabilia everywhere and well stocked with food and drinks. Everything was in good working order and clean, comfortable bed, great shower and breakfast nook. We cooked all our meals using the well appointed kitchen and outdoor grill/oven. David and Martha were amazing hosts and very responsive. We hope to come back!

Simply perfect, wish we could come more often.

David and Martha were nice. We enjoyed our stay. A lot of detailed work went into building the “Red Barn” to make it cozy and comfortable. Very clean. We had everything we needed. The pantry and fridge were stocked with delicious food. Thank you David and Martha♥️

Everything was there to have an amazing breakfast. We were able to eat on the porch and enjoy the view.

The driveway was a little rough but doable.

The facility was excellent, we were overwhelmed. Everything necessary and more was provided. The attention to detail was remarkable, very comfortable it felt like home. The location was very quiet the view was incredible. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again on our next visit.

There wasn't anything we didn't like

This is one of the best B & B that I have stayed at. They treat you like family and take care of you. The place is so amazing and beautiful. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Beautifully finished cabin inside and out. Unique interior with owners collection of antique kitchen ware and other items. All tastefully displayed in this roomy and very comfortable cabin. The owner lives next door (trees give privacy between house and cabin), and is very friendly. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is ok. He even came to check the tire pressure on our car on the morning of departure to make sure we would be all right driving home.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property. I select my stays carefully and have my expectations, but this cabin exceeded any expectations I had. It was exceptionally clean as if we were the first guests to stay (I know we were not). The fridge was stocked with milk, breakfast sausages, watermelon and other food items were also left for guests to use. Wifi was installed on the last day of our stay, but we didn’t miss it.

The place is new, very clean, and stocked with so many supplies and food it's impressive. Loved watching the sunrise from the deck.
