Small but this was perfect for a one night stay

Lovely room, newly decorated nicely and very clean. Lovely to have crockery and access to fridge, microwave and kettle etc. Clear instructions on how to make the stay work well for us

Good location. Excellent facilities (fridge, microwave); nice hot shower and complimentary shampoo and shower gel. Generous refreshments (tea and coffee); Excellent detailed written information in the accommodation; for example, how to operate the microwave and access Netflix and BBC iPlayer on the tv. The availability of Netflix was one of the reasons we booked this room. A comprehensive list of local amenities was also supplied. A nice touch was going into a warm room on arrival (thank you Maria). Also generous supply of sockets to plug in appliances and charge phones.

The mattress was a bit too soft / saggy and only one pillow each. Loose toilet seat. There was a very visible cobweb to the left of the tv. The ceiling light nearest to the shower in the bathroom kept flickering intermittently. Communication of the host to reply or acknowledge messages was very slow. The room itself more ideal for solo travellers; for couples, one night at best. Very small.

Prearranged driveway parking. Quiet and peaceful.
