We stayed a few days and just wanted to stay more! Loved the cottage and the space is very chill.. owner very welcoming. We'll be back for sure!

My husband and I stayed three nights with our dog. The property was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped and was even stocked with some basic essentials like coffee, spices. The property was clean as well. The queen bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and stocked with toilet paper and plenty of towels. We enjoyed having a small porch to sit outside too. The yard is small, but nice. The house sits on property with a main house very close by, but we did not ever run into anyone, so our privacy was not compromised. Yet, comforting to know the owners were close by if we encountered any issues, which we did not. The property sits right off the main street where there is a lot of traffic, yet it is buffered by lots of trees and plants, so you barely noticed. We loved being close to lots of hiking trails where we could take our dog hiking. Our communication with the property owners was responsive and courteous. I would recommend this property! Thanks for letting us stay.

This was a cute little place for our family to stay while in town for a wedding. Close to everywhere we needed to be. Sylva is such a cute little town.

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. The owners are so sweet. They brought us fresh eggs when we arrived and taught us so much about their chickens. The house was so clean and perfect for our family of 3 and our dog. We will definitely be staying again!

We stayed here last September and loved it so naturally we stayed again. Located close to everything. Owner is very nice. This place is so cozy , we all really enjoyed our stay.

We are two WCU alumni who came in from central NC and GA for Homecoming. This was the perfect location. The house was very homey and comfortable. We had plenty of room. The homeowners were were friendly and welcoming. (They even brought us fresh eggs from their chickens!!! Yummy!!!) We had a great weekend and have nothing negative to say about this rental. We're already planning to go back next year!! :)

Charming cottage tucked away on quiet property and close to nearby mountain village with quaint shops and dining areas. Beautiful scenic views and hiking areas in the area. Gracious host- offered us fresh eggs and provided welcome gifts. Clean with ample kitchen and living supplies. Soft, comfy beds, and appealing decor that created an enjoyable atmosphere. We absolutely loved it and will be coming back to visit!!

Tiffany was super great at communication and helpful with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Was a great home and location for our honeymoon. We would definitely return!!!

This was the cutest cottage. It was perfect for the 3 of us. Great location, right in town. Great communication with the owners, very responsive. Owner left the nicest little gift and brought fresh eggs over. I will definitely be staying here again!

This unit is a small house on the owner’s homestead. It was comfortable, cute and clean considering it’s apparent age. The hosts were very warm and helpful. We really enjoyed having a kitchen and living room unlike at a hotel. Our teenager even enjoyed feeding the family’s chickens. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect place to stay when visiting WCU and the surrounding areas. Convenient to everything Sylva has to offer. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Two night stay as a home base was great for us and the two kids. Kids loved the chickens, cats, and Netflix. Wife and I enjoyed the area and price. Owner provided gifts for us and the dog. A/C struggled a little to keep up with the heat sometimes in the bedrooms but it was during a heat wave. Took us a little extra time to find correct driveway but eventually figured it out. Overall a great low key place and we will be back!

I booked this property for my daughter and her young children who were in town for my wedding. They made everyone feel at home and let the little ones feed their hens they keep there and see their new chicks and kittens! They were the friendliest hosts I have ever booked with and take great pride in keeping their property in perfect condition:)

I stayed there with my daughter and granddaughter my grandson was graduating from Western Carolina this weekend it was a cute little house and it was very clean I was very pleased with it and I would stay there anytime I really liked it
