Avec ses nombreuses activités à proximité (voile, plongée sous-marine et bien plus encore), cette villa non-fumeurs a décidément tout pour vous plaire. Vous parcourrez aisément le trajet de 2 minutes en voiture jusqu'à Plage de Cinnamon Bay ou de 9 minutes jusqu'à Baie de Trunk.
Offrez-vous une journée de détente sur une plage nichée à deux pas de là, accordez-vous une pause bien méritée au bord d'une piscine privée et sirotez un cocktail auprès d'un jardin. Vous profiterez ainsi pleinement de cette villa qui offre une terrasse ou un patio. Changement de décor ! De retour à l'intérieur, profitez des équipements suivants : accès à Internet, télévision avec chaînes par câble ou par satellite et chaîne hi-fi.

Our family has been fortunate to travel to St John numerous times. We now travel with our adult kids and 4 teenage grandkids . We all agree that La Jolla Caribe is our favorite house. We intentionally never stay in the same house twice but would rent this house again if possible!!Loved the views and the tropical breezes! The covered decks gave us the opportunity to enjoy the daily showers without getting wet!The layout of the house was great and gave everyone some personal space.We loved the fact that the solar panels, backup Tesla batteries and additional generator gave us peace of mind that we would NOT lose power.The beds were so comfortable and decor was beautiful.Catered To was very responsive and attentive.We only have one issue. The tile floor can be quite slippery when wet. Be sure to wear your flip flops!Hoping to return one day soon.

This was our fifth trip to St. John and the fifth house we have rented. Hands down, La Jolla Caribe has been the best. It was truly a week in paradise. Everything was as described, maybe better. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. And the view. There really are no words to describe the view. The management company was fantastic. Very friendly and professional. Always one step ahead. We would definitely recommend La Jolla Caribe again and again.

We had a wonderful vacation at La Jolla Caribe! This was our 4th year coming to St John and the views at La Jolla Caribe were unparalleled. The house is very well decorated and provides many different levels to spread out on. A couple of things to look out for: the tile on all outside flooring is extremely slippery. We had to cover the pool deck with towels to ensure no one would fall. Also, all bedrooms are only accessed from outside hallways/entrances, which is something to keep in mind with small children. Finally, this is the only house on island that we have stayed where we had to dispose of our own trash.

We just returned from a week in St. John and staying at La Jolla Caribe was amazing! We have been coming to the island for 15 years and this was the best view we have ever seen. The furnishings were top of the line and modern. The house was spacious and everyone in our group of 10 felt they had their own space and privacy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the house had everything we could have needed. Being high up, there was always a nice breeze to keep the bugs away. We really enjoyed our stay at La Jolla Caribe and we would return in a heartbeat!

This property is one of a kind. We have been coming to ST John for years and this is in our top 3 homes ever rented. The amenities, view, layout and luxury touches were really second to none. We really enjoyed the expansive great room area, well appointed kitchen and multiple outdoor living areas. The views are among the very best the island has to offer. The drive is for families (like ours) who are used to the islands roads but the location is super convenient to the beaches and town as well. We hope to return soon to this stunning home.

We had a wonderful experience at La Jolla Caribe. Everything was perfect. The location of the villa and the incredible sweeping views it commands can't be beat. The villa was extremely well stocked and the exercise equipment was a great bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed the abundant outdoor spaces which made the occasional need to log on to work computers so much more tolerable. All in all, the villa gets an A plus and we would return in a heartbeat.

In a word - amazing. The house is everything you see in the pictures and more. We stayed for a week for a family vacation (my siblings and all of the nieces and nephews, from ages 4-18), and the house had something for everyone. The kids lived in the pool, the teenagers loved the hot tub, the parents couldn't get enough of the cool breezes with serene views. My husband and I also both love to cook, and this had one of the best-appointed kitchens of any home rental we've ever had. From cheese platters to kid's plates - we were covered. It was also an easy five minutes to Cinnamon Beach, and less than 10 to Maho (my personal favorite), which was a huge bonus. We will be back again! We had one small issue with the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms, and they had it fixed in just a couple of hours while we were at the beach for the day. Great service.

Wow. Not only do you have the BEST views on the island, but the home is beautiful as well. The kitchen was a dream to cook in! The outside shower was spectacular and the hot tub was the perfect way to end a day at the beach! It was perfection.

This villa is the epitome of luxury and absolute paradise. We spent Christmas week at La Jolla Caribe with 9 people who all enjoyed spacious accommodations with several places to gather each with a more amazing view. From the day I booked to the day we checked out Catered 2 was awesome. Very responsive, answered every question in minutes, great recommendations for rental cars, taxi service, restaurants, chefs, and a cake bakery! The pictures of the house and property are stunning but when you first pull up the driveway you are literally blown away by the views. It’s unbelievable... seriously! We had a group of 5 couples and two college age kids and everyone had their own room and bathroom. 2 of the rooms were connected by a bathroom with one of the rooms have 3 twin beds which was perfect for kids and our college age kids :) All of the rooms have amazing views with a balcony or you just open your door and walk onto the patio. The outdoor showers are amazing, you will sleep like a baby on the most comfortable beds with amazing pillows and bed linens! The rooms are also very private it’s like your in a hotel with the main living area being totally separate. The house has everything you need. If you want to cook the kitchen has everything! They also supply high quality beach chairs (we were super excited they had 12) a cooler, beach towels, and yeti style cups that are also perfect for the beach. We just can’t say enough about our experience and can’t wait to come back! If your looking at this property don’t think twice just book it !!!!!
