A beautiful, modern penthouse comprising of a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room leading onto a huge terrace, one double bedroom enjoying a good quality memory foam mattress leading to a back balcony where you can watch the sunrise. A bathroom with a shower and a small washing area complete with a washing machine further complements this property. Fully air-conditioned throughout, free WIFI and IPTV are some of the extra features to help make this accommodation a memorable one.
The penthouse is located in a quiet street of Marsaskala. The main characteristic of the apartment is the big terrace with a lovely view including outdoor furniture where one can relax, dine & wine while admiring the sea and town view. From the bedroom one can just wake up and admire the sea view also from the back terrace along with a nice cup of tea.

This was a nice clean apartment with lovely views from the terrace.
The kitchen was quite well supplied with cooking and eating utensils, microwave, oven, large fridge etc.
However we found the bed uncomfortable and the linens need upgrading.
Nice enough but needs more attention given to guests needs, toiletries etc
Overall a nice quiet area, easy checkin, car parking in side streets and a good little supermarket close by.

I stayed for a 3 week long break at this apartment in February and I have no regrets.
It is positioned to catch the afternoon sun with great views of the sea. The terrace is kitted out with a table, chairs, comfortable sofa and sun lounger.
The apartment has all the facilities and equipment, with modern kitchen units and cooker, large fridge-freezer, coffee machine and toaster. The bedroom has plenty of storage and the bed is really comfy.
It has really good air-con throughout and on nippy evenings it was well capable of heating the place.
The signing in process was really slick and Gwenn and her colleagues were quick to respond to any enquiries. What is really great is every item of equipment is labelled with a QR code that take you to a short instructive video. I had never come across this before. It is such a clever and useful idea and it must have taken Gwenn and co a lot of effort to make the clips.
Car parking was no problem and there a plenty of convenience stores and mini-markets in easy walking distance
It all made for a truly relaxing break. I have no hesitation in recommending the apartment and I will probably be booking another stay next year

Yes the terrace was large and the distant sea views were great, if you ignored the near distance roof top plumbing, air-conditioning and solar panels.
The bedding was dreadfully poor quality, the fitted sheet did not! No mattress topper, winter weight foam duvet and ghastly cheap sheets, the 3 towels were small and certainly not luxury.
The cutlery was dreadfully cheap and nasty and little of it. No little extra cooking/serving dishes, and the patio umbrella was an old one off the beach! Couldn't get the TV to work.
Clients who can afford to pay this sort of rental are used to higher standards at home, luxury ? What luxury!

superb place overlooking the ocean. If you are hiring a car it is perfect as parking is available on street and the property is in a quiet residential area away from the nightlife and parties. Local beach only 1km away with calm waters (and no jellyfish!). A short walk is another swimming area that local families go to and is great for evening dip. Well equipped apartment with everything you need. Balcony is amazing especially to watch sunrise or sit quietly with dinner in the evening. Owners are professionals with excellent communication and organisation. Place was spotless on arrival. May be considered more than people would normally pay but you get what you pay for, in this case a very fine property. Local shops around but plenty of major supermarkets in Malta to pick stuff up on your daily journey.
