Check in was super easy and instructions were very clear and Kelly was very accommodating for our early check when the room was ready!! Very quick communication within the first day when we had a few basic questions! The beach view is amazing and such a short walk to get to the beach! We were here for WTR and the condo was very busy but we always were able to find parking in the big lot next to the Condo and Kelly even gave us other off site options if we got back late and the lot was full!! Very clean and Kelly had a nice welcome basket ready for us upon arrival which was very thoughtful! Lots of amenities in the room available if you forget to bring certain things which was also nice!! Thanks for a great stay and will definitely be back if it's available next time we come!! :)

Front desk people could care less about any guess. (Rude) was all excited about going to the tiki bar when we arrived looked awesome in the pictures as well as the pools. All were destroyed by the last storm. Witch sucked. Would have loved to known this before I booked, along with the parking deck being closed. Parking was awful. Went out for dinner come back no parking. Talked to lady at front desk no help didn’t care ect. Contact owner of the room was told it’s bike week more or less figure it out. (You can park across the street at Publix and walk) thats what you want to hear before booking. Someone jump or pushed off the 5th floor pretty sure they died, blood everywhere. Felt like we stayed in the projects. Oh yeah you could smell sewer in the lobby. Was told the owners didn’t have insurance on the pools and outside area this will not be fixed because it will take 50k from every owner. The beach was disappointing as well. Would have like to have seen updated pictures before booking. Felt like a bait and switch. Room was clean. Door issues. If you don’t throw the deadbolt you can just push it open no latch. Fyi. When you leave you have to make sure to push # so room is locked. Took about 10 mins to figure out. Spend a few hundred dollars to have fixed. Door does not feel very secure.

We went down for a golf vacation, weather was great, only sad thing is the damage cause by hurricane Ian and Nicole last fall, the pool and mostly most pool on all resort were damaged and closed, which make difficult to access beach. But location, great view, will go back Mike A

Kelly, our host, responded to every one of my questions ....which were a lot! Check in was easy, facility was clean, room was cute, clean and located on the top floor with a great partial view of the beach and ocean. Several amenities in our room, including cookware, full fridge with a few complimentary bottles of water, as well as aloe for burns. Kelly provided a small basket of snacks and had plenty of extra toiletries in case we'd forgotten something. The room was clean and comfy. We can't wait to return!!

Arrived 3:15 not allowed to check-in. Got checked in 5:15 approximately. Had 30 minutes for my day at the beach. I was disappointed, but I told myself I will just enjoy the beach tomorrow after I check out. Now I am handicapped ♿ senior African woman. I tried to make the most of it. Knowing as an frequent traveler I will be dirty after the beach full of sand and no where to shower as one person fly out tonight. As I prepare to leave I am getting dressed. A loud knock " TIME TO GET OUT IM CALLING TBE POLICE". I was terrified for what I asked. She said I was late checking out. I said it's not 11 yet ?‽ " CHECK OUT TIME IS AT 10 THE POLICE HAVE BEEN CALLED Now til now I have not ever been so disrespected as a patron of hotel NEVER. It get worse I'm shaken. The private owner went from nice before arrival to totally hostile. I did not do anything to provoke this attack. She weaponized her authority as the owner of unit #1414 at the Daytona Beach Resort aka DBR . The front desk manager gave me a card key to use the resort and facilities after I checked out. I never shared with her what happened. She simply accommodated me because I told her at check in that I was not allowed to check in at 3pm as per my reservation. I was too shaken to do anything but go to the beach and pray for peace and try to enjoy the beautiful weather and the beach. I never ate a bite of food that day. I went on to Orlando and Cocoa Beach where it was great. I was so thankful I only booked one night with thie viscous lying Kelly who accused me if stealing. Probably to kill this review. I am looking into suing her for treating me like a criminal. Calling the police. She since said she felt threatened because I told her she will be discussed during our family chat. I am from very large progressive Black Family. We travel all the time. Upcoming trips Hawaii, Florida, Mexico and Africa. We come to Florida all the time. No way are any of us gonna book with this establishment. Though the property was nice the manager was nice to me all day. I stayed til 5pm. To enjoy the beach. That woman needs to be banned from hosting Black's Asians and LGB communities. We have all three in my family. She said she called the police filed reports I have no clue. I am contacting my attorney that I do know. She rushed me out 3 minutes I swiped the counter with all my toiletries and left. I did discover 2 towels in my walker seat and left them at her door. I was there all day.

Very nice cozy room, great view of the ocean. Staff were nice, resort was pretty quiet even though it was Spring Break in Daytona Beach. Would love to stay here again!

Facilities are nice and easy to navigate. View from the room is perfect. Lots to do on site or off. Little small after a few days with a family of 4 though but that's not the properties fault it was exactly as described
