We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Tasteful decor, good layout, comfortable beds, literally everything you could need in the kitchen - including coffee and creamer! The pool was a definite highlight, heated to a warm 86* - even the adults got in with no complaints of cold water (and we went in February!) The bikes are a great addition - we only used them once, on the last day of our trip, but I recommend taking them out on the Panellas trail - such a lovely ride! The home is close to grocery stores and restaurants, and a quick drive to Tarpon Springs or Dunedin. Tara was a fabulous host and was very responsive. 10/10 recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at “ The Cycling Mermaid” More house than we needed for sure. Was just two of us. It definitely can sleep 9. Comfortably. Short drive to Clearwater Beach. We took a walk on the bike trail. If our stay were longer we definitely would have taken advantage of using bikes. You just cross street to get to bike trail. Plenty of coffee provided . Also, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided as well. Neighborhood safe and quiet. We settled in quickly. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Outside pool area was a very nice addition to our stay. A Publix and local shops and eateries within walking distance. Thanks Tara.

We had a great time. We were a little disappointed with the beach. But with teenagers we had lots of shopping and eating places. The pool was good.

We have traveled to different places and stayed in many homes; however, this house by far has been our favorite! It had literally everything you can ask for. From our bedroom to the kitchen to the living room to the patio and especially the pool!!! AMAZING!! Thank you for thinking of of it all. We will definitely be looking to come back soon!

We stayed here for a girls weekend trip and it was perfect! Close to Honeymoon beach (nice & relaxing) and 20 min from Clearwater. The pool was amazing and the layout was very comfortable. Loved all of the touches in the property. We didn’t need or want for anything.. would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

I can not say enough about this rental property and the team who rent it. I have traveled many places and never have I received such excellent care to detail. They have truly thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Such details are from shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers, to lotion and hygiene products offered in the bathrooms. Fresh coffee, creamer, fully stocked spice rack, complementary local honey, these list just a few! We loved having a family bike ride. And the kids were thrilled with all the toys, games and pool activities in a nice warm pool. We were grateful for the basket of umbrellas , cooler bag and porta crib provided as well. The house has been remodeled and is immaculate. Every room and even the outside are pristine. The location is really great next to many things and less than 5 miles from our favorite beach- Sunset Beach. Thank you to Tara for an incredible vacation for our family!

We had an amazing stay at this property! It looks just like the pictures and was a short bike ride/walk to Publix, local restaurants and the beach. The bikes of all sizes was definitely a plus as we enjoyed being able to ride them as a family. I recommend staying here for a peace of mind in beautiful scenery!

Since the time that we booked until the time that we arrived at home, Tara was in constant communication with us. Even with a hiccup at the beginning of our stay she alerted us and was on top of it with a quick solution. The property was great! 4 bedrooms 5 beds and my kids loved the bunk beds. Pretty much everything we needed was there all we needed to do is shop for groceries. The neighbors where friendly when we hoped on the bikes and road the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends and would book this property again.

Renting this home was easy and it was a great decision. The home was very inviting, well laid out, clean, the pool was great, the grill was a nice touch, the kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in, the community was great very nice beaches within driving distance. I have to say this rental home was a great place to come back to and relax after a day of enjoying the braces and shops, we loved the place and will come back

This house was just as advertised. It was stocked with everything you would need including shampoo and conditioner. The beaches and restaurants in the area were fantastic. The host was very accessible.

Our stay was great from check in to check out! The host was very attentive and quick with communication. The house was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our group traveling for business.

We traveled with family ranging from 6 to 63 years old and everyone enjoyed their stay at this property. My youngest even said he wished we could live there forever! I have 3 boys, ages 6-11, and they had loved the bunk beds. Tara was an incredible host. It was so easy to get in contact with her with questions I had and she responded quickly. The property is beautiful and I loved her attention to details. For us ladies, I was pleasantly surprised to find feminine products which other properties I've stayed at have never included. The property is really close to so many great locations, our favorite having been Honeymoon Island. We would definitely stay again!

This residential area was beautiful and convenient to many restaurants, breweries, etc. The neighborhood felt safe. The Pinellas Trail was only a ride or walk away, and we rode the beautiful trail with the complimentary bikes in the garage. The backpack cooler was very helpful and we enjoyed 2 days at the beach with it. The house itself is beautiful and like-new. Every kitchen appliance that we needed was available including range and refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, mixer, tea kettle, coffee pot, and probably more that we didn't use. The kitchen also offered some items that we didn't expect such as freezer bags, paper towels, olive oil, a selection of spices, and lunch containers. There was plenty of room for indoor dining for our group of 6 in the kitchen. Additionally, a washer and dryer was available and appreciated during our stay. The living room had plenty of comfortable seating for a group of 6 as well as a large TV. A side stand had an abundance of clean beach towels available, and we used them on trips to the beach as well as evenings spent by the private pool in the backyard. The pool itself was kept at a temperature of 86 degrees. Skimmer was available for use. The pool was clean and big enough for lounging or playing. The covered patio had a dining table and chairs with a refrigerator, a grill, and an outdoor TV, and was in perfect view of the pool. The host offered a baby gate to fence off the pool but since we didn't have children with us, we opted to say no to the baby gate. The entire backyard is set up as a truly inviting outdoor space, and we enjoyed it on multiple occasions. The master bedroom features a large and very comfortable bed, a dresser and television, a huge walk -in closet (more of a dressing room), and a large master bathroom. It was decorated beautifully. Two of the other bedrooms also have very comfortable beds large enough to fit a couple. Each room was decorated nicely and the occupants enjoyed them. A fourth bedroom would be perfect for children - the bunk bed might be a little short for an adult to sleep in but it would be perfect for a child's room. There was a second bathroom but I actually never went into it. My housemates used it during the stay and had no issues. This is a high quality home in a great neighborhood and close to most everything by walking, biking, or driving. You will not be sorry to rent this home. We hope to be back next year!
