This was our 2nd year staying in this condo and it was just as pleasant as our first time last year. The house has everything you could need and it’s walking distance to the beach. We love the south end as it’s a little quieter. The house is perfect for our small family needs and we look forward to renting it again next year.

We had the best time spending the week in OCNJ! When we arrived the house looked and smelled clean. The condo was the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and 4 kiddos. Kitchen had many of the things we needed to make meals which was helpful. Loved that towels and sheets were provided, with access to a washer/dryer (which came in handy for us). Beach was a short walk away for little legs and a nearby lifegaurd stand was a bonus. Would absolutely come back and stay again!

The house was very clean when we entered. Very modern and stocked with clean linens. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Perfect house for a beach get away

This property was perfect for our family and just as described. It had everything we needed for a fun vacation. It was clean and comfortable and the owner was very responsive. The appliances, washer & dryer, and beds were all great. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Prefect location and 50th street has a lifeguard, so a family doesn't have to walk far for a swimmers beach, its right there. Décor was exactly what you picture for a shore home. It was clean and everything worked as it was supposed too. It was also quite and had nice neighbors. Would recommend this property to any potential Vrbo guests. The property owner was also very nice and answered all my questions immediately.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the beach, to get coffee, dinner and ice cream. The condo was clean and the decor was really nice. We loved hanging out on the porch too. We would definitely recommend and would stay at this property again!

Absolutely lovely home!! Best location with a short walk to beach and quick drive to Boardwalk and Somers Point. Agree with others, that pictures do not do this home justice! The Owners are quick to respond and were so easy to deal with! Great coastal decor, fully stocked kitchen and very, very comfortable sofas and beds! The porch was great to sit after a busy day! We will definitely be back for a week next summer! Thank you for sharing your home!

This beach home is perfect, the pictures don’t do it justice, there are higher-end finishes throughout and smart design/layout considerations. The place had everything we needed for a great long weekend. Communication with Maureen was great! I highly recommend and would stay again!

We had a perfect week at this adorable little beach house! The house we clean, conveniently located and equipped with plenty of beds for our family! The decor was nice and updated which we loved! The closet in the main room offered loads of storage. The outdoor shower was very nice. The only downside is the washer/dryer is outside in the shed area. Luckily we did not need to do any laundry while there, but If you’re someone who does do laundry while on vacation, this might be something to consider. We really appreciated the extra linens provided and extra beach equipment! The owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions I had. Overall we had a great stay and I would definitely stay at this house again!

We had an excellent stay for one week! The house is on the quiet side of Ocean City and we felt safe the entire stay. Short 10 minute drive to the boardwalk. Short walk to the beach and they provided beach badges for us to use. Our 4 and 5 year olds were able to manage the walk with us with no problems to and from the beach. House was clean with two queen beds and 4 single beds (2 bunk beds) and is perfect for 2 couples and their kids. We would definitely stay again!

It was heavenly! My husband was celebrating his birthday and we wanted to be near his brother and family. Our two sons.. one from Florida and one from Bellingham, Washington.. flew in to be with us. That alone would have made our day, but for our sons to go to the beach with their Dad was reliving their times together was so special! So why call it 4 on a porch? In the evening we sat on the porch with a breeze, little lights, and a few beers getting together and catching up. Thank you for your hospitality! Erin

This was our first visit to Ocean City and it was wonderful. The home was great for our family of 5. With three young children we felt that there was plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Our boys (8 and 5) especially loved the bunk beds! Everything was clean and the decor was lovely. Short walk to the beach was easy and there was so much to do. Owners made the check in process easy and were very communicative. Overall great experience!

We had a great time. It was very clean and the owners were very responsive. The living area was a perfect size for our family and we spent many nights on the porch playing games. The beach was a 2 1/2 block walk and it was not crowded even on the weekends. I highly recommend!

We had an amazing time. The condo was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Everything you need was right there in and outside the condo. Beach and restaurants are close. The wifi and tv worked well. Very clean and roomy

Just finished our 1 week stay at this property. Communication with owner was great. Upon arrival I had to sweep and vacuum before the rest of the family arrived. The table was rocking so we needed to put cardboard underneath in order to stable it. Chairs were very difficult to sit on without using a couch pillow. The house was renovated so kitchen and family room were updated with laminate flooring as well as the hall. Bedrooms had carpet that definitely needs replacing. Would be nice if laminate had continued into these rooms. Washer is available but outside in a shed and shared with the upstairs. By Thursday the air conditioner had stopped working. Owner was quick to send someone out who stated the filter was very dirty and we thought the problem was fixed but had to call again Friday when it still wasn’t cooling the place. Tough sleeping Thursday night for sure and having some of our party needing to work a few hours Thursday and Friday it made it tough with temps rising. This place is located bayside of West which is a 4 lane road to cross when walking to the beach. Beach tags provided which was nice and owner was communicative. Just wish we didn’t need to reach out since I missed enjoying our vacation waiting on service man 2x.

Place was nicer than the pictures show. Nice sized for our family of four (two young children) but a little cramped with in-laws for a few nights, although to be expected with a rental that size. Laundry had an exterior entrance so just couldn't do it in the rain. Walk to the beach was short although our 6 year old didn't think so and we ended up driving him most days, but there was always a parking space open at the 50th Street Beach. Beach also had lifeguards, which was rare this season in the South End. Check-in and out was super easy, owner was great with communication. All in all it was a great week.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Fairly close walk to the 50th street beach, all the amenities available, and nicely decorated! Thank you for sharing the house with us!
