House and property were perfect, short watch to the beach, and plenty of chairs, umbrellas, etc to be used. The golf cart was great! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our needs. There were 2 couples and 3 kids and everyone had exactly what they needed. Rooms a plenty, pool toys and beach equipment, pool and beach close by. It was a quick walk to the private beach which we got lucky that it was never crowded and we would bring down beach chairs, a tent and umbrellas from the house and it was great to have all day. The kids loved the pool and all its toys... especially the basketball hoop. Ironically the things I wanted to get in a rental, we didn't use because it was so hot (firepit, bbq, bikes, golf cart, pool loungers) but still happy that we booked this house. I can see why people choose to come back to this location. I was a little concerned with the construction in the neighborhood but didn't hear any noise especially since we were gone most days to the beach. Screened in patio with the mini fridge was especially a favorite, especially for watching the morning storms roll by. Thank you for giving our family such an amazing trip!

This was our second time staying at 94 Pelican Glide Lane, and it was every bit as wonderful as our first. The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to the beach. The highlights of our stay were the pool and screened-in porch. Perfect for those double red flag days!

My family of 6 felt like we were “home”. This property has everything you need and more. All of the comforts of home plus all of the pool and beach toys you could dream up.
We enjoyed the size of the home at 94 Pelican Glide as we all had our own bedroom, and shared the screened in area overlooking the pool. The fire pit is roomy, and has awesome seating. We had a cool night and it was perfect. It did take a minute to dig in the sand to find the gas turn-on/shut off valve at the base of the fire pit.
Lots of games to play outside and inside as the property was well equipped for hanging out.
The bikes were a great touch as it seems like how most folks get around in the local area. The golf cart took us to dinner once but we didn’t use it much as we preferred our own vehicles when traveling to the restaurants we made reservations to. This really isn’t the golf cart community like Sand Destin so it was nice to have but not needed for us.
We found the area to be upscale and very beautiful. I hope that your family will give Jennifer and her property strong consideration.

This house was everything and more for our family! We had 4 kids ages 11, 3 and 2 under 1 and 6 adults. stay over Easter break. The house was very clean, beds were amazing (my daughter didn't want to leave cause the beds were so comfy) the kitchen was stocked and the pool was a major hit. The weather was chilly so we only made it to the beach one day. We ate every night in the screen in porch. The shed had everything you can imagine to keep the kids and adults entertained. We did have the pool heated and Im glad we did because it kept the kids busy all day. The location was perfect we road bikes to rosemary and Alys beach every morning. Jen was so responsive to questions I had. I am very happy with the home we picked for our first family vacation with our new little ones. We hope to be back again!

My wife said it best. ‘Photos don’t do it justice’ Great home with everything our family needed to make this our home away from home. The heated pool for spring break was amazing and the kids loved it. The house was clean, the kitchen was amazing with all the things, bedrooms were nice and the back screened in porch was another great feature.
Seriously tho the location to the beach was less than a five minute walk and the had all the accesories we needed to have a great day at the beach. The bikes allowed us quick and easy access to the surrounding areas as well as the Golf Cart.

Everything about this property was excellent! We spent hours and hours in the pool while also enjoying plenty of time at the beach. It was nice that various kids toys and equipment were provided at the property. Having three king beds were a huge bonus for the adults and the bunk beds served our kids well. There were various places we could sit as a family inside and outside the home.

We had such a wonderful vacation here! The house had everything we needed, including tons of beach toys, chairs, a wagon and even some extra puddle jumpers for the kids. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious enough for us to fit pack n plays and luggage. Quick walk to the beach and short bike ride to plenty of restaurants and shops. The backyard and pool area was huge for this area. We hope to come back soon!

We had a wonderful vacation! House was very clean and well maintained. The heated pool was great especially for the chilly days. The kids loved riding in the golf cart to The Big Chill. Close to the quiet private beach. House has many kid friendly items- kitchenware, beach/pool toys, games. Loved the yard games and puzzles at night!

We had an amazing stay at Beach Vibes Only! The location is great, very close to Rosemary, alys, etc but not in the big crowds that descended on the communities for spring break. The private beach was very close and not crowded either. House was very clean and just as advertised! Overall top notch all the way!

We had such an awesome stay in this beautiful home! We've stayed in the area multiple times, and this was by far the best stay yet! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, spacious, quiet, and had everything you could ever need. The pool was great, and it was already heated upon arrival. The new firepit area was awesome, and provided for some warmth on cool evenings by the pool. The kitchen was fully stocked with an abundance of everything you would need. The beds were all super comfortable, which is always a huge plus. It came with 4 nice bikes, which we loved, and of course the golf cart, which provided for some really fun trips up and down 30A. To top it all off, our host, Jennifer, was so helpful and responsive, which gave us comfort and peace of mind that we were staying in a home that the owners truly love and take pride in. It was an unforgettable vacation for our family, and we can't wait to return!!

Perfectly located on a quiet cul de sac. It is fully equipped with everything you need. The private pool was amazing and it is just a short walk to the beach. The golf cart was SO nice to have. We went for nightly rides and took it to breakfast and dinner. I would highly recommend staying here. We had 4 adults and 6 kids ages 4 month to 8 years. It was plenty spacious and overall wonderful!

Wonderful property, has many amenities, kids loved the pool after spending time at the beach. My husband enjoyed reading on the screened porch. Short walk to the beach but hard to carry all beach equipment down multiple stairs. Not elderly friendly. The golf cart was nice to have but due to new parking restrictions, not able to park at locations of restaurants, and shops.

Pool was awesome to come back to after the beach. Quiet and tucked back from 30A and only a short walk to the beach.

Perfect beach house.
The house was very clean with fully stocked utensils and cookware and towels. The highlight was the pool which we had heated for a reasonable fee because we had an elderly person with severe RA. At first we thought the steps to the beach would be too much for her but she was able to handle them. We’d stay again at Pelican House. Jennifer was responsive and accommodating.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable home. Great setup for 6 adults and 5 children. Lots of space to stretch out and relax. Kitchen was well appointed with good appliances, cooking utensils and serving pieces- made it easy to cook for 11 - even chocolate chip cookies :) We enjoyed the front porch and large covered back porch (great for games and reading). The pool was a nice size with plenty of seats and lounge chairs - the umbrellas and extra pool towels were a very nice touch. Just a short walk to the beach. We took the golf cart to The Hub/Big Chill a couple of times. Overall a great place to stay - thanks for sharing your home!

We absolutely loved everything about this home. The home itself was adorable and clean. The pool was perfect as well as the screened in porch. We had the perfect amount of space for the six of us. Close to beach and restaurants and little shopping areas. Took the golf cart and had bike rides! Thank you for a memorable trip to the beach!

Family Beach Vacation
Nothing better than 3 generations vacationing at the beach. This home was perfect for us. Located less than 2 blocks from the beach access we hit the beach daily. While at “home” the little swam in the pool at least 3 times daily. The deck was lined with plenty of outside seating. The back yard was perfect for them to run and play. We all enjoyed corn hole in the evenings. Huge screen porch was perfect for early morning coffee allowing us to watch kids swimming. Pool alarm was AMAZING! We never worried about littles leaving house without us knowing!
Kitchen was well equipped with everything we could need. Beds were comfortable for all. Home decorated graciously. Having beach towels and toys available was a great benefit. We took full advantage of included bicycles.
Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this home. Great memories, looking forward to making more next visit!

Terrific house, great location!
This was our second time to the area and this house was absolutely perfect for our group: four adults and four kids ages 12 to 14. Love the location being a short bike ride to the main part of Rosemary, yet away from the hustle and bustle so getting around is a snap. Beach is extremely convenient with a two-minute walk and is also relaxed and not very crowded. The house itself is in great shape. Well stocked kitchen and nice beds and bathrooms. The heated pool was great during chillier parts of the day and the grill came in handy. It was also great to have a golf cart; we used it several times to explore and ride up to the Hub. I highly recommend this house: we will certainly be looking for it next time we go!
