We love this area and seek it out when we visit. Location is excellent. We walked to the beach and all the shops. Mike was terrific and responded quickly to any questions. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. The backyard is picture perfect and better then photos! It was our second living room. The heated pool and spa in December a real Christmas treat for us mid-westerners. We were there for 10 days. The only issues we had were some kitchen and bathroom basics. Most were resolved upon request. I would also consider a ceiling fan in King size bedroom. It felt stuffy and windows didn’t open. Other rooms have a ceiling fan. I had the pleasure of staying at a stunning waterfront house recently, and it was nothing short of a dream come true. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the serene beauty. The house itself was seamlessly blending modern luxury with an old Florida that perfectly complemented the natural surroundings. The host was simply incredible, 5 star service. One of the highlights of my stay was the dock and pool. It quickly became my favorite spot to relax, sip my morning coffee, and watch the world go by. The sound of the gentle waves lapping against the boats was incredibly soothing. The interior of the house was equally impressive. The spacious living area with its cozy fireplace was perfect for evenings spent with friends and family. The kitchen was a chef’s delight, fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and a breathtaking view of the water. Throughout the daytime, I made the most of the convenient water access, with the option for boating right at my doorstep. For those without their own boat, a well-established boat rental agency was just a short walk away. As for the evenings, they were dedicated to delightful barbecues on the deck and leisurely enjoyment of the pool. The entire experience was a perfect blend of tranquility and luxury. It felt like a paradise where time slowed down, and I was able to disconnect from the outside world.

Place was perfect. The house was very clean. We had everything we needed within the home, making our stay very easy and relaxing. We were down here to move our son in to FAU. I told my husband if we come down to visit him over his time at school I would love to be able to stay here again. My 12 year old was able to keep himself entertained with swim,fishing and golf when we weren't at the beach. The house is in an easy location to beach, stores and restaurants. We were able to enjoy an incredibly relaxing stay on the canal. I would also like to say the host was very easy to communicate with when we had questions. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

We vacationed for a week here with our 20 year old son who loves to fish the Boca Raton area. I loved having such a great neighborhood to walk in and being able to walk to restaurants and the beach while my husband and son went fishing. He also enjoyed fishing off the dock. The house was very comfortable with a layout that was nice for 3 adults to have separate spaces. We loved the pool and spa- very easy to operate and just the sound of the little waterfall off the spa was very relaxing when enjoying the yard. The tiki hut was awesome! A summer storm popped up daily but we were able to stay outside talking/reading and stay dry under it. The furnishings were all really comfortable and having so much closet space was a plus. The basket of pool towels was a great touch as well! The area is very walkable with several nice beaches in the area. We enjoyed snorkeling at Red Reef park and South Inlet park. JB's on the beach was great for dinner and Oceans 234 had a great bar for drinks- and great to be able to walk home! Thanks so much for a great property!

Mom Dad, 2 soon to be College Juniors and 2 Freshman all had a great time here. The property was clean and comfortable. We loved the pool, fishing from the dock and challenging each other on the putting green. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We brought bicycles that allowed us to leave the cars parked all week. Very close to restaurants and stores. We could ride the mile to the beach in 5 to 10 minutes avoiding parking fees and hassle. Walking to the beach would not be hard either. No complaints at all. Recommend for a relaxing stay with a location that lets you be very busy if desired.

We can't say enough about Mike and his home in Deerfield Beach. Everything was as advertised. We stay in about 4-6 vrbo's a year and Mike is definitely in the top two. We hardly left the house all week as we loved the backyard. The firework show the neighbors put on was better than the city of Deerfield. The neighborhood was very safe to walk around and the Publix is very close. Some great restaurants within walking distance. A fantastic house with an even better host.

Great property! As all the other reviews comment, Mike is a wonderful host. Very pleasant, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Check in and out were both super easy! The photos are accurate. Interior was super clean and nicely renovated. The pool and hot tub overlooking the dock and canal really sell the place and that is what we enjoyed the most. The neighborhood is very quite. Nice boats docked at all of the neighbors houses. Some small fishing poles and basic tackle are in the garage. We caught 3 catfish and a few Mangrove Snapper with very little effort or experience in just a few hours. I also had a small pod (about 6-8) of dolphins visit me (swim by) at the dock at 6 am one morning. I'm told by some surprised locals that that is very rare. Lovely place!! We were sad to leave.

Well kept very clean older house. Great location. Pool and spa are lovely. Washer and Dryer really came in handy with a busy family in and out of the pool. No problem in recommending this property.

This property was perfect for our wedding party. We rented 4 houses in the area, this was the best. Close to the Cove amenities, clean and well maintained. Thanks to Mike!

Michael’s house is just amazing and everything we needed for our family vacation. He thought of everything! Golf clubs for the kids to play on the putting green, fishing poles and pool equipment, and everything I needed to cook. The property is exactly as pictured, very clean, beautiful pool which he gave us great instructions on how to heat, beautiful view of the canal which the kids loved fishing off of. Great neighborhood with great shopping and restaurants right there, Publix right around the corner. Michael was very responsive any time I had a question. We definitely plan to stay again!!

great place.. couple suggestions without being too critical . could use couple of bikes to tool around neighborhood bathroom sinks could use place for toiletries etc. some extra bath towels ..mike was very helpful getting me used to the spa and heat options.. loved everything else about home. mike couldnt have been more helpful or accessable would definitely stay again

From the moment we booked this property everything was incredible! Mike is a wonderful communicator and we always were informed from the check in to the departure. The property is pristine and has everything you would ever need while spending time away from home. It truly was a wonderful week and we will for surely book again!

The yard at this house is the star. Beautiful pool, hot tub and shaded tiki hut while looking at a canal with boats. Mike was a fabulous host always checking in to make sure all was ok. Best part of this house was location. Great restaurants a block away which means no driving and everyone can enjoy a cocktail with dinner. House was spacious and well equipped. We will be heading back next year to enjoy this house, yard and wonderful location

The house was perfect for our family Christmas. The house comes completely stocked with the necessities. The neighborhood was great and walkable to the beach, restaurants, shops and bars. The backyard was a peaceful oasis. We fished off the dock and took our own paddle board into the intracoastal. Will definitely be back!

So many great things! Thought of everything for outside - nice seating areas with shade or without - outdoor "indoor" bar area which really helped if you have bad weather days. Lots of things in the garage for the pool and the nearby beach (rafts, cooler, umbrellas). We added some fishing poles - awesome dock for that! Inside was pretty and so clean! Loved having 3.5 bathrooms and they are all updated with great showers (water pressure)! Plenty of areas in the house for hanging out or playing some of the games or puzzles provided. The location was great - easy if you want to walk to shops, restaurants or bars. St. Pat's Irish Pub was our favorite! We found nothing lacking in this house or area. The thing that really stands out is the host. By far the most attentive, helpful host ever! Communication was great - everything was easy - check in/check out. Very few "rules or responsibilities". No long list of things to do before arriving or leaving. Mike was amazingly helpful without being intrusive. I would give more than five stars and would recommend this rental without hesitation!

First off, this was my first time renting a house for vacation. I have always stayed in hotels. I was a little hesitant but ended up loving this place. The house, setting and location were all perfect. I started each morning off drinking coffee in the back yard relaxing next to the canal/ water. Very peaceful in the early morning. The house is also a short drive to the beach and there are plenty of good places to eat in the area. It is also close to a few gyms (walking to LA fitness - they gave me a 10 day pass). This was a great family vacation and enjoyed by all. We hope to be back there next year for our Grand daughters 1 year BD.... And Thank you to Mike for all of the info, quick replies etc.

Perfect size for our family of eight adults, place was spotless. conveniently located to beach , restaurants . Mike let us know he was available to contact if we had any questions or issues (we had none).Will rent again in the future.

Overall we highly recommend the property. It is in a great location and the backyard pool area in Tiki hut are terrific. We spent a lot of time outside. The house is clean and well-kept.

We had a great time visiting this location. We are from NC and drove down pulling a boat. The location was perfect to get to the ocean for off shore fishing as well getting to local restaurants and some sand bars. Property owner was super easy to get a hold of and very responsive. You will not be disappointed staying at this location with easy access to everything.

Outstanding property, incredible location. The view was unbelievable and it was so close to great restaurants and bars to entertain all ages. Fifteen min walk to to the beach as well!

This was a last minute booking where there were surprisingly numerous choices. We chose this home for its pool/hot tub, position on the channel so my kids could fish, and it’s close proximity to restaurants and the beach. We were not disappointed. A friendly neighbor said the channel has a lot of catfish, and when fishing (we brought our own gear) on the bottom my kids caught fish day and night. The pool/hot tub was easily controlled with a Bluetooth device, and the owner was easily reached when a storm knocked the device offline and it had to be reset. Restaurants were never more than 5 minutes away and we even walked on occasion. The house was adequately stocked with kitchen wares, board games, and pool toys. The house has a split BR design, and has 2 separate living areas so adults can be apart from the kids when needed.. Each BR having its own bath was s huge bonus, plus there was a half bath in the middle of the home. We would definitely stay here again.

My parents, husband, and three teenage boys stayed at this wonderful property for a long weekend while we visited my grandmother in nearby Boca. We thoroughly enjoyed the back view of the water and boats, along with the wonderful patio, pool, and spa. There was plenty of room for us all, and Mike was extremely responsive and helpful. We would love to stay again!
