Nice property for a group stay. Close to the lake but provides privacy. We enjoyed the hot tube and the fire pit. Mason was very accommodating and quick to respond.

Thank you for providing an amazing opportunity for my family to enjoy our vacation. This house met and, in many cases, exceeded our expectations. The Host Mason was exceptional in resolution and communication. A Family house!! My Grandson loved the slide, rock wall, swings, along with the different stump heights. He was pleasantly surprised by all of the toys, games, and puzzles. The zip line, and hot tub provided additional enjoyment! The back porch provided us with many hours of relaxation. Thank you!!

Owner was very communicative from start to finish. Property was exactly as described and better. Centrally located for groceries and necessities. Will definitely stay again to finish exploring the beautiful state. Thank you!!!

Talk about an amazing home and excellent communication. The whole experience 10/10 recommend. Mason the host was excellent to work with. We had a few changes to our trip and he accommodated everything with no hassle. We came up for bike week and his property is perfect for 2 trucks with motorcycle trailers. There is a spot off the driveway that we were able to park the truck and trailers at so they wouldn’t impede the main driveway. We were able to offload our motorcycles and store them in the garage. The driveway is paved and is off the main roads. This home is the perfect location for bike week. You are 20 minutes away from Weir’s beach and down the street from the speedway. It’s a great ride in any direction. Even with all the hustle and bustle of bike week the homes location was perfect and quite. Unlike other homes we have stayed at when we attend bike weeks this home was the perfect location for that disconnect and peace and quiet. There are lots of amazing restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops nearby. The home itself has a lot of room for activities. There is a hot tub for the adults and if you have kids there is a huge yard for them to play in. They are very thoughtful with all the items in the home. They have board games and puzzles for those days you can’t leave the home. Thank you Mason for having a great property and being a great host. We look forward to renting from you again.

Very nice property in a pretty town

When we arrived on entering the mudroom had a strong oder of an air freshener that was overwhelming. We had to unplug it as it was sickening to us. The description of the house never said one bedroom was a loft over the main living area so when people got up in the morning it was very loud. Nor did it say one of the bedrooms was in a basement which had a HORRIBLE oder to it. It was awful. We had a one year old and he couldn’t sleep downstairs with his parents as he got all stuffed up from it. They had a humidifier running which was full and never emptied by the cleaning person. The sliding glass door downstairs in that bedroom cannot lock so didn’t feel safe. The twin bedroom on the upper level said it had two twin beds never said it was a trundle bed and the room was very small to accommodate that. The house wasn’t very clean we spent much time cleaning when we got there. There was several pieces of glass we stepped on. The bathrooms were dirty and left with used bar soaps from previous tenants, GROSS. We used 5 swiffer wet cleaners on the floors that were black. When I contacted the owner Mason Craig he said he would refund my money if I could find a better place. We have traveled a long ways. lAnd I have the emails to prove that. The pack and play for my grandson was not clean the sheet was dirty. He said we could wash them ourselves as the washer and dryer were fast. Really?When telling Mason this he said my cleaner isn’t used to checking it and he said he has had her for 4 years and she never had a complaint, probably ones that have never been in any reviews for his house.It’s hard to believe she has never had to change that pack and play sheet in 4 years. Lots of excuses. My cleaning fee is a lot and would like compensation for all our inconvenience . When he sent us the list of the house rules, etc. We had to ask to get a key to use the washer and dryer this again was not in the description either. I asked about air conditioning and he said there was one that took care of the common area and he put a very small one in the upstairs bedroom. The house was 80 degrees most of the time as they were not big enough to accept this large house. He also stated there were window fans in each room which were very small. We had to change sheets on beds as they were not clean. The T.V.we had to use our own Netflix or Apple TV account. This was sent to me on the day of our arrival. He isn’t very clear with his house description.

I stayed at the spot for a half ironman triathlon, and it was everything we needed! The hot tub was amazing for post race, and the garage space was really useful for prepping bikes and race gear. House was clean and comfortable, will definitely be staying again.

Wonderful home! And Mason is a very thoughtful and generous host. Super responsive and helped us feel very comfortable in the house.The hot tub is the highlight of the place! One of the bedrooms is an open loft and we were woken up by the kids early in the morning. LOL but that only gave us more time to enjoy coffee on the patio and watching beautiful birds on the property. The zip line was super fun too! Our kids enjoyed the trundle bed and the several toys in the house. Overall great house! Definetly hit the “SPOT”!
