Great location to the slopes! <5 minute walk. Ski locker was helpful. Condo could use an upgrade but everything was functional. Only feedback would be more comfortable beds. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

I have never done a review before, this is the first time I have and unfortunately it is not a good one. While the location was great for our vacation, this property was filthy and disgusting. Every rug in that place was filled with dirt and was coming apart, there were open outlets that are a huge safety hazard. There is dust everyone, cobwebs that are a year old, all of the dishes and pots and pans were dirty, I had to rewash everything I was using. The wifi did not work the entire time we were there and the property manager puts the owness on us to contact the company and get someone out there (not convenient). The furniture is dirty, the bedsheets and blankets and pillow cases were filthy and smelly, the walls had what looks like feces on it in several of the rooms. The shower curtains are brown and stained, the closet doors are broke, should I go on? I cannot believe this is how a property management company or an owner would leave their investment.

We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Communication was prompt and thorough. We were a short walk to get on the mountain and would stay all day. If you're coming to stay to enjoy the outdoors and need a place to crash comfortably, this place is at the top of the list.

Long walk to slopes, but definitely doable even in ski boots! Living room isn't large enough for 6 people - would love a chair in the primary bedroom that could be moved to living room to watch TV together. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Enjoyed the area; plenty of room
Inside the kitchen drawers, cabinets, closets & linen space was dirty; dead flies in window sill (January); ceiling fans were dirty; when I pulled the trash bag out of garbage can, it was very dirty inside & we were charged a cleaning fee

Great location for National Mountain Bike competition at the resort. Also, great location as central hub for hiking, biking, etc. The condo was a little dated but most definitely served all of our needs while we were there. We had no issues with arrival or departure. The condo was clean and well stocked with the essentials (TP, soap, shampoo, paper towels, dish washer detergent, etc.)

Living room closets and ski storage were packed with various things. So we were unable to utilize those spaces with our ski gear. Dining area was tight with table and chairs that are too big for the area. Kitchen could have been better stocked. Place was clean, just 2 small for 2 adults and 2 teenagers in the common areas. Again, the location was great. First floor, easy access. Able to walk to the lifts. Cozy
For the price paid, the condo was decent. The biggest issue for us was the poor internet connection. The book in the condo says it is spotty, and that was an understatement. We are business owners, so even on vacation we have to do business. It was almost impossible due to the internet. If you need good internet, find another condo. Otherwise, it is dated, they have done some updates, but the mattresses are old, and carpet was well used. If you need a place to sleep, shower and make meals, it is a good value for the price. Easy walking to resort and very nice views from the patios. All appliances worked. Good for a family of 4. There were a few issues, but I pointed them out to the management company to fix for next renters.

Walking distance to ski!
Loved being so close to the resort that we could just walk to the slopes. No traffic or parking fees! It was perfect for our family of 4! A little dated but no problems!

Everyone had a bed.
The place was ok. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were nice extra space. The place was dated and the bedding was not pleasant. The pillows were totally flat and old. I think we will look for another place or find another place to ski next year.

Great place for 2 couples
We were in town for a wedding and it was a great set up for 2 couples - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a nice common area kitchen and living room. We liked sitting out on the balcony in the morning, and the location was convenient.

Great family vacation location!
My girlfriend and I stayed at this condo during the month of January and it was like a winter wonderland! The condo was cozy, neat, and very peaceful. It was also located right on the resort and made it convenient to enjoy outdoor activities. We saw multiple families staying nearby in the condos around us and they were having a great time enjoying the snow. I am looking forward to coming back to this condo in the summer time.

Perfect Stay
This condo has everything needed for an amazing, relaxing, joyful stay in the beautiful Durango Colorado. It has clearly recently had some updating and was clean and well taken care of. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms, and living space to not have to worry about a thing. They provided a very neat gift package from local places. It is walking distance from the resort where there is skiing, snowmobiling, and many other activities. Not only is it great for winter, but the booklet provided mentioned all of the fun thing to do over summer as well! We can't wait to go back and we know exactly where we are staying! Right here!

Christmas 2016
Condo was clean, but shows its age ( I believe this complex was built in the 1980's). The living room furniture is dingy. The kitchen had all necessary appliances, dishes, ect., allowing us to make our meals in the condo. The bedrooms were adequate. Location provides access to the Purgatory base area via a short walk.
Parking at the complex was a nightmare. Due to the being Christmas Break, there were not enough spaces available for the condo guests. The condo provides one permit, but this is useless, as parking rules are not enforced.
Laundry facilities are located in the building, but bring your own soap. The soap dispenser was empty.
Overall, we were unimpressed with the property and will not be back. Matter of fact, we left a day early, rather than spend the last night in the condo.
