Came down from Seattle for a Wedding in Fallbook. Perfect location and services 😀

Had a great time. Property is beautiful and on an avocado orchard. Owner is very responsive and helpful to all needs.

The home is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

It appears amazing while searching for a decent place, however, appearances were VERY false. Lots of idiosyncrasies about this home. Make sure you open all the conditions in the contract. The reality is NOT spilled out up front. Pool is cold and not heated. You pay $25 to heat the hot tub each time, $10 for each load of laundry. Windows cannot be open long as a chirping noise will go off. One bedroom hot, one ok. Owners work on property while you are there and go past your area. I have never had such a BAD stay. Buyer beware!

Unbelievable property with great views, quiet, relaxing, great space and outdoor deck and pool area! Exactly as pictured and described. Would stay (and plan to) again. The hosts are delightful people and the kind of laid-back, easy going people that have thought of everything. The orchards just off the deck are incredible, and the fresh fruits the hosts supplied were as good as it gets.

This property is beautiful! We felt like we were in the hills of Tuscany. The house was clean and cozy. The owners greeted us upon arrival, which was fun. We were given the lay of the land and felt very welcomed. The house had plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, mugs, glasses, etc. Everything you need to make your meals. The couches were cozy and the bath towels were fluffy. The weather was too cold for us to enjoy the outside, but there was a nice area to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee. We would definitely rent this property again.

Check in was easy and the owners were very nice.

It was perfect for the 3 of us to stay. A bedroom for each of us. Only 6 miles away from weddings venue.

Beautiful view. Wonderful patio/pool area with everything you need. The furnishings- from outside to the kitchen to the beds- are all very comfortable. Peaceful area but still close to everything we wanted to do

This property is a beautiful Gem in wine country. The hosts are extremely personable and easy to communicate with. We arrived very late, so missed a few details of the check in process, but they were available to answer any questions we had. The back yard and pool were everything we could want to relax between the wedding events we were in town for. The house was clean and supplied with all of the things we needed and the fresh fruit/avocados were a delight! The only things I can think of would be to consider adding a renters guide for renters to refer to for requested clean up procedures, laundry process, Wi-Fi password…. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay while we were in town.

Don't let my 4 start rating send you away. I stay at a lot of VRBO's houses and have become quite picky. This house was great for a quiet weekend. Beautiful location and a great view. Check in process was easy. The house is a nice size 3bedroom casita very near the main house. I would have preferred not to be checked in by the owner, specially during COVID times but Luanne was very nice and greeted us with fresh fruit from their land. She was very nice and quick to respond at all times. Great hostess! The house has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The rooms were very comfortable with enough pillows. The middle bathroom had a nice firm mattress. Loved it. The kitchen had enough space but the dishes were all chipped. I don't think the cleaning people have let the owner know. If you had 6 people in the house you would have had to get paper plates. The main house house has a beautiful pool and spa, which the pictures do not do justice. The owners share the spa with their guests, however if you are in the Spa there is no privacy for you or them. If they walk by in the house you can see them and they can certainly hear everything you say outside. We were 3 ladies spending two nights so no big deal for us. However, if you are trying to enjoy a private spa, that is not it. Great spa though. Big and deep and it worked like a charm. She does let you know of the extra charge to heat up the spa which is really not a big deal. Perhaps add that to the cost upfront?? All in all we had a great time and would so go back!!! Recommendation for guests: Come and enjoy the beautiful view and quietness of this home. It is really relaxing and there is a winery just down the hill if you don't want to drive to Temecula. Recommendation for the owners: Upgrade the dishes and maybe put a fire pit table outside the casita. There is enough space and it would make it perfect to enjoy the cold nights outside with a glass of wine. Privacy for the guests and you owners.
