Had a great time staying here. Home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the spa and pool. Close to food and shopping.

This property was cozy, spacious and clean. Cleanliness is very important as we are traveling with children. Kids loved the pool. Hot tub was great. There is a playground, and pickleball/tennis court which the kids enjoyed. Cooking seasonings and kitchen amenities were plenty. Check in was a breeze. We would book this place again!

Beautiful home, super clean, great quiet neighborhood (which is a blessing after a long day in Disney) and a great heated pool and spa to relax in afterwards. My family of 5 and I were very pleased with our six day stay in this very nice home. The owner was pleasant to deal with and responded quickly to our questions. The home is located in a gated community, it is very tastefully decorated & has all the comforts of home. The location was about 20 minutes away from Disney & Universal. There are many places to eat & grab necessities. The beds were very comfortable, decor is updated, and appliances are like new. We very much enjoyed the heated pool & hot tub after long days at the amusement parks. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. It was a great experience.

We booked this home for a short vacation for my family of 7. Beautiful house! Everything was great! Communication with owner was very easy. Our children loved the pool/spa. House was VERY clean which is always a plus for us. Home was well stocked with kitchen items such as pots/pans etc. We would stay here again.

This is such a comfortable home, I loved my stay here. The house and decorations are absolutely beautiful! We had an issue with the tv when we first arrived and the host (Frank) contacted me immediately and walked us through how to get the tv going. This house has everything in the kitchen anyone would need to prepare meals. The neighborhood is super quiet and neighbors are friendly and helpful. When arriving back to the house on Thursday night, I noticed that one of the neighbors had pulled the garbage can to the front. I wasn't sure who it was but if they read this review, thank you very much! Those acts of kindness matters, you know that you were staying next door to individuals that care. I hope to be able to rent this same house, at the same time, next year!!

The place was great. Clean (which is the #1 thing I care about), well-maintained. Great pool. Nice office set-up. Easy check-in and check-out process. Never needed to reach out to property manager for any help so I can't speak to that process. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and a good place for a run. It is also close to a main thoroughfare where you can find shopping, restaurants, etc. Would recommend.

We had an amazing vacation and were extremely pleased with our rental. The house is beautiful and set up nice for a family. I traveled with my husband, 3 teenage daughters and my mother. I truly appreciated the handrails in the bathroom and shower for my mom. It allowed me to relax more knowing she had that extra safety.
While we were there I was able to communicate with Frank who was very kind and helpful. We spent a great deal of time relaxing and playing in the pool. I appreciated that Frank let us warm up the pool with no extra charge. I share this becasue we had family staying at a different house and they were charged a large amount to "heat" the pool and hot tub which weren't even that warm.
Overall I would rate this VRBO a 10. Extremely accommodating, clean, and great location.

We had a family reunion at Disney and this was the perfect place for us! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, VERY clean, extra towels and sheets, beautiful patio, pool and hot tub. Very easy check-in and out process. We didn’t need to communicate with the owner except for some questions since we are first time VRBO’ers and he was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful! Highly recommend this property!

This house was perfect for us. Very clean and convenient location from both coasts. It was so nice coming back from the parks relaxing in the hot tub. It was nice that we all had our own bathrooms too. It’s in a nice gated community with a playground. We will definitely stay again. You couldn’t ask for a more responsive host.

The property have everything you need to have a nice time, is comfortable ,you have everything nearby, the only think I would say that the fan in the room by the pool need a little bit of duster and also a iron , blow-dryer but am not complaining is just a recommendation that won't be a reason for me to not give them a 5 :) and am so thankful that frank work with me the days the I needed to extend, I will recommend overall.

This was a great vacation home! It's huge, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We loved the pool and hot tub. I have aging knees and found the safety bars in the bathrooms to be a big plus. The only thing I wished for was a handrail for the pool steps. But the hot tub had one! It was so reasonably priced for such a great house. I would definitely come again. I high recommend this home to others.

This property is beautiful. We have already talked about staying here again next time we come down. Frank was so nice and great to work with and we really couldn’t have been happier, we ended up extending our stay there. Literally the only thing I needed that wasn’t there was a hair dryer, which is so minor.
