Overall we enjoyed the place. It has great access to the shops and restaurants and enjoyed that we were able to walk to the ski lifts. The property manager did not do a great job managing the place during our stay. When we arrived the temperature in the place was 55 degrees and there were no instructions how to use the heating sources. We were very cold the first night. There was also a pulsating noise in the Master Bedroom that made it hard to sleep. During our stay the roof starting leaking and we found ourselves having to set out pots to catch water and constantly wiping surfaces due to the water dripping down. This occurred for 2 of the 3 nights we were there. All the property manager said was sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for making them aware. At the end of the stay I told them we should receive a discount due to the problems we had during our stay and the answer was no. This could be a really nice place to stay if the property management would put some effort into managing the property.

Mall #203 was very spacious and had a very nice layout. The beds were very comfortable and all the amenities exceeded expectations.

we appreciated the good size of the apartment that could easily fit up to 6 adults + 2 kids. Its location is perfect, 50m far from the first lift on Brian head pic side. The accommodation counts 2 bathrooms (not mentioned in the description) which makes the life easier for groups. Yhe kitchen is well equipped and allow to really cook (and not only heat the food). the heating system works really well and the gas chimney was pleasant after our return from skiing.

Perfect location!! The condo is right above the awesome Pizanos Pizza next to the Giant Steps lifts so it was super convenient to get to the slopes. There's also a little market down below the condo which was great. There was plenty of room for us and three teen boys. LOVE that they had their own bathroom upstairs in the loft. Only issue is that it gets pretty hot at night. I'm always freezing but even I was hot at night. We had all heat sources turned off and couldn't open a window because storm windows were in place, ceiling fans would be a great addition. There are two coffee makers - one is a Keurig but bring your own coffee and filters for the other one. Park by the ice skating rink away from the bldg. Couldn't find recycling, but the trash dumpster is close by, take all trash with you when you leave. Overall, we really liked this place and would definitely stay there again.

We had a good stay here. The location is fantastic - over shops and right next to the lifts. Beds were comfy, and the furniture is all in great shape. The kitchen is not particularly well appointed - basic utensils, the usual chewed up pots and pans, etc. Cleanliness was good but could have been more thorough - the linens were all great, and bathrooms and the kitchen were sparkling, but a quick wipe of the dining table shortly after we got there came away with some grime. Overall, I'm happy with our stay and I'd rent the unit again. But I might throw a couple pans in the car.
