We all loved our stay at Mermaids of Magnolia! Previous reviews helped me make this house the choice for our vacation, and they were spot on. It was perfect! I echo all of their great reviews, especially how clean it was. We had a small issue with the golf cart and Andrea responded right away to take care of the issue. We would definitely choose to stay here again and recommend it without hesitation!

This is a great property for a big family gathering. We rented this house and the one next door for our whole family to come and celebrate our parents 60th Wedding Anniversary. The houses were clean, well stocked and big areas to gather to play games and eat together. The bedrooms were nice and clean and plenty of bathrooms. We had a great time and will back to do it again.

We had an incredible experience at this property! We’ve been coming to 30A for close to a decade, and have rented at Magnolia Cottages several times. This property in the newer Creek Park section was the nicest experience we’ve ever had! You have access to the golf cart to shuttle everyone to the beach, with ample reserved golf cart parking close to the beach access. The beach itself is a bit of a hidden gem, as it is much less populated than what you’ll find at Seaside, Rosemary, Watercolor, etc. Beach setups can be arranged through La Dolce Vita (thank me later). The house itself is across the street from the beautiful newer pool, perfect for relaxing after a great beach day. The house was spotless, spacious, and perfectly suited for our party of eight. The furniture and decor was high end, and the dining table was enormous, which was great when we hosted family for dinner (staying in a nearby property) for the 4th of July! The beds were extremely comfortable (my wife has inquired about the mattress type with the owner), and the A/C was next level (important if you’ve ever experienced otherwise on 30A). We spent every night on the huge screened-in porch, and the quiet nature of Creek Park was exactly what we hoped for upon booking. The property manager was EXTREMELY responsive, even though we had just a couple small items that needed attention. I would highly recommend this property, you will LOVE your time here!

This was a quiet and beautifully appointed cottage. We loved everything about it! Andrea was wonderful to work with. The golf cart was a great addition to use for getting to the front of the neighborhood quickly. The beach access was easy and the pool was perfect, too! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and we also loved having the outside grill. If we return to the area, we will definitely rent it again!
