Terrific location right on the beach. Quiet. Handsome inside. Pleasant porch. Close to shops and dining (via car/Uber)

The info on the tv was misleading, Roku would work. There was no local or live tv unless you used your own passwords and codes. The Roku was replaced on our 2nd day. There was construction on new stairs on the patio side so we were unable to use it till Friday when they weren’t working. A bit disappointing for the price we paid. But a very nice area and condo.

We enjoyed staying at this lovely property. It is exactly as described & pictured. The ocean views & sounds are wonderful with beach front access. Sunrise in the morning was spectacular to see. My son woke with a loud “WOW”! The only issue we had was a lack of paper products supplied. However, the manager responded promptly & sent someone with the needed products immediately. Definitely, recommend.

The unit was beautiful and centrally located for everything. We loved our time there. I would suggest maybe a stool in the bedroom so you can use that mirror for makeup/hair, etc.

Small unit with only one bedroom and one bath but we loved this place due to the amazing view from the balcony. Our only real complaint is the lack of hot water. It appears that the hot water heater is turned down to save energy so you only get warmish water to shower.

It was very cold over Christmas but we still enjoyed being on the beach. It was super comfortable for 2 people. Will book again in future.

This condo is less than 100 hundred feet from the ocean waters! Absolutely beautiful views along with the incredible ocean waves pounding against the tide. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Newly renovated for sure. Only issue I had was that water pressure was not to my liking and the water temp wasn’t too hot. At night the heater/ac is a bit noticeably loud. The location has everything you need for food,etc. We enjoy it tremendously.

Parking is tricky since there's only one spot-so no room for guests to park. Only other suggestions would be blinds for the living room windows (it gets hot and bright in the mornings), a softer bed, and a vacuum cleaner since sand is inevitable.

The check in process was very easy. The property is exactly as in the pictures. What really made it rememberable was all the nice residents and their furry friends that me and my family met. It was like being at home. Seeing all the sea turtle nest and speaking with Natalie from turtle patrol was an experience. Beautiful, relaxing, and memorable. This place is a perfect little condo, right on the beach! My husband and I stayed there with our two toddlers and would definitely consider going back. Good layout, washer and dryer was a plus, really comfortable king sized bed. Good price point too. Blackout curtains would have been great and still would be a lovely edition to your place! The property manager was a very quick responder when I had questions too which is good for piece of mind. Thank you for having us!

Wonderful, restful stay! Beautiful view of the ocean and very peaceful!

As Floridians that have stayed on most Florida beaches, we can tell you Ponte Vedra is a location that cannot be beat if you’re looking for privacy. There were mornings we felt like we had a two mile strip almost all to ourselves and in talking to the locals, it seems that is to be expected. To boot, the condo is right on the beach. I know it’s difficult to trust photos and understand distance from a snap shot, but you can hear the beach, feel the salt spray, and enjoy the feeling sand free on your balcony if you so choose. The condo is adorable and clean. With one bedroom and one bath. The furniture is comfortable and cozy. We did stay on the pull out couch one night so we could wake up to a sunrise and I cannot say we would try that again, but if you have little people I’m sure they’d do fine. We really do not have complaints at all and if we were to be very picky (and convince you we’re not the owners friends or someone easy to please), the water pressure in the shower was not great. Also, the vent in the bedroom does have a bit of a rattle when the AC kicks on. You cannot hear it during the day, but at night it is noticeable if you’re a very light sleeper. The owners were absolutely lovely to work with. We had a schedule change and they were very gracious in allowing us to move our trip up one week. They also went out of their way to ensure we had all the check in information and provided a few waters and snacks. They even had enough coffee for our stay for the Keurig along with cream and sugar and even some condiments in the fridge. For us, this was just the trip we needed. It’s private, the beach is beautiful, the condo is comfortable, and there are plenty of places to eat at or order food delivery very nearby.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We were looking for a safe, clean location to take our little ones to the beach during Covid where we could stay social distanced from others. This condo was absolutely perfect for that!!! We couldn’t have been more pleased and were immediately thinking about when we might be able to come back! The condo was extremely clean, newly remodeled, well stocked with supplies (which was so appreciated during Covid), and had a stunning beach view. We loved having the in unit washer & dryer - so helpful at the beach! The condo is located on a very quiet stretch of beach where it was very easy to enjoy the beach without having people too close (even in the days leading up to July 4th.) The neighbors were lovely. We loved the comfy patio furniture and sitting out there to enjoy the view! The owner is so nice and very responsive via text when we had a question. We really enjoyed the noon check in and check out time. The whole area of Ponte Vedra Beach near the condo was beautiful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We loved it! Thank you!

This WELLNESS RETREAT is everything that it is advertised to be and more...As soon as you walk through the door and the gorgeous view of the beach unfolds before you, you can feel all stress leave your body...Sitting in the comfortably furnished outdoor living room and starting at the mesmerizing waves crashing before you, calm takes over, and you are forced to relax...During this time of the COVID virus, it was such a gift to find a place that felt inviting, rejuvenating, and safe. We considered ourselves lucky to be able to "quarantine" for a week in this spot. Because this stretch of the Atlantic is strictly residential, it was easy to walk the beautiful beach without encountering large groups of people; we saw other families enjoying themselves surfing, kayaking, shelling, fishing, tossing a frisbee etc., but everyone was social distancing. We brought most of our own food, and loved cooking in the lovely, well-stocked kitchen. On the two occasions when we chose to dine out, we carefully selected a restaurant that had outdoor dining on the Intercoastal Waterway. The restaurant practiced all CDC guidelines, and the food was deliciously fresh! We highly recommend Barbara Jeans, especially for lunch, when crowds are not a problem.A typical day for us included working a puzzle, reading, listening to music, sleeping a little later, playing a board game, exploring the area by car, strolling the beach,eating fresh seafood, and resting...a lot! We felt so refreshed as we slowly left the beach and made our way back to Atlanta.The Balsers designed this condo with tranquility in mind. They were delightful owners to work with in making this getaway a reality. Because of the COVID pandemic, we had to reschedule this trip several times. Sherbrooke and Chip could not have been more gracious about handling refunds and helping us find a safe time to reschedule. They were SUPERHOSTS to us, and we look forward to spending more vacations at their luxurious condo in the near future.

Pros: -Location is excellent - right on beach, great view, close to restaurants, quiet uncrowded area of beach -Kitchen and Living room are cute and comfortable. -Patio - furniture is comfortable and view is gorgeous -Neighbors are either quiet or there is no sound transfer between units. You felt like you were alone in the building and it was peaceful. -well stocked with essentials like garbage bags, dish soap, cooking oils and pots and pans Cons - -Spiral staircase down to beach from porch is tiny and it’s very hard to tote beach gear up and down - important to know especially for older people -Cleanliness - at first glance the condo was clean, but it has not had a deep clean probably ever. The base boards and corners are very dirty. The bathroom faucets is caked with dirt, the registers are black with dust. -Window coverings- there are no blinds or curtains in the living room so when the sun beats down the AC had to run constantly to keep up and it’s hard to see the TV and there’s no privacy. In the bedroom, the window is in major need of replacing and the blinds don’t close at all. The only way to block the light or have privacy is with the decorative curtains which are only half the width of the actual window. The parking lot light right outside the window meant it was light in the bedroom day and night. We stayed in this unit last year and I emailed the owners letting them know the blinds in the bedroom needed to be replaced. They assured me they had no idea and would take care of it immediately....clearly they did not. To me, that’s just rude. -AC unit - the AC unit is LOUD and cycled on and off constantly. The Living room would stay cool, but the bedroom was hot and the constant noise of the unit cycling didn’t allow for great sleep. -General repairs needed - the unit is pretty at first glance, but it getting tired. The sliding doors to the porch are a mess. They are caulked instead of repaired on one of the fixed panels and the sliding track is a safety hazard. One of the doors works fine, the other is almost immobile. The vinyl flooring is starting to buckle. It’s not bad yet, but it’s showing it’s age. The living room rug is also starting to look tired. The bathroom needs all the caulk and bathtub slip strips replaced and a good bleach. -parking spot is VERY narrow. My husband had to back out of the parking spot or I couldn’t get in and out of the car when parked.

We stayed in this beautiful condo for a week and would gladly have stayed longer. The view of the ocean and the almost private beach were delightful. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe at all times. The extra touch of fresh flowers and plenty of basic supplies were just what we needed for a winter get-away. Our hosts provided a condo decorated beautifully with comfortable furniture and were readily available via text to answer any questions we had. Being located approximately half-way between Jacksonville and St. Augustine, we would recommend this condo for any couple who want to enjoy the ocean.

My family truly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was clean, quiet, and fully equipped. There's nothing better than having coffee on the balcony while watching the dolphins swim. We will be back!

My family loved our stay here! Everything was as described. We loved being able to walk right out to the ocean or sit and have breakfast out on the amazing balcony while watching dolphins swim by. The place was updated and clean and owners made sure we had everything, including some snacks and water upon our arrival. Would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay again.

A lazyboy added to the living room and a box spring added to King bed (kindof low to the ground!) would make it perfect! Hope to come again soon!
