We really enjoyed our stay! Lots of space and very nice bedrooms and bath. The teens loved the hot tub and fire pit area. The younger boys spent a lot of time in the theater/game room. Lots of close by attractions and stores and the house is very easy to get to!

We were all happy with the place. It was very clean and comfortable.

The cabin was in a good semi remote location with a beautiful view of the mountains, especially from the fire pit. The house was pretty clean, but the floors could have been a little cleaner.

We visited this property for spring break stayed 5days and absolutely loved it! Upon arriving the cabin was very clean felt very secluded but a close drive to pigeon forge and gatlinburg. My kids didn’t even want to leave the cabin as it offered so much for them. No complaints from us! We had camp fires, cooked on the grill, which seemed brand new, hot tub was very clean, the game room was one of the highlights and the cabin is very spacious

The cabin was beautiful and large. We enjoyed the theater room and sitting on the swings around the fire pit. We look forward to staying again.

Overall it was a good experience. Enjoyed the house. To cold for this Florida boy to go out and enjoy the outdoors. But the family enjoyed. Perhaps a different time of year.

Overall, we enjoyed renting this home. It had plenty of seating in the living room for our large family. It has a very cool game/movie theater room. The hot tub was nice and clean as well. The fire pit area was very cool too with the swings surrounding the fire. We did have a few issues with the place - although I’m not sure the management company can really help some of it. For starters, the internet was not working our first night. Thankfully, the management team had the internet provider drop by the next day to fix the issue. Another issue was cleanliness of the dining table and kitchen. The dining table has a glass topper which needs to be removed and cleaned thoroughly. You can see crumbs under it. The kitchen floors weren’t that clean either. I think who ever was hired to come in and clean before our arrival just did a crappy job, something that can easily be fixed. For those of us who slept downstairs, our bedrooms were great… no bug issues. However, for those sleeping upstairs, Japanese Lady Beetles were everywhere. My sisters found them in pillow cases, on the walls, light fixtures, and in vents in their bathrooms. Unfortunately that just comes with the time of year and them seeking heat, so I’m not sure exactly what could have been done to prevent it…. But it was annoying to my sisters as they had to constantly vacuum them off bedding and the walls. Overall, we did enjoy this place and would rent it again.

The cabin has a lot of things to do so you never get bored. Everything is like in the pictures, we liked a lot.

Loved this property! The view was spectacular and the kids loved having the pool table, air hockey and theater room to stay busy when we weren't out enjoying the Smokies. Well equipped kitchen, DVD players on all the TVs and BluRay player in the theater room were a nice touch.

Great cabin! It was too cold to use pool although, the weather was supposed to be warmer, but it was womderful to have both the pool & hot tub options. We used the hot tub daily and spent every evening at the wonderful fire pit & swings! Great stay and we will be back!

The cabin was everything i hoped it would be! It was a nice getaway to relax and hangout with my best friend before her wedding!

The cabin was really great, much bigger and more beautiful than the pictures. It was our first time here and you definitely did not want to leave. The view was the best part and you could see it from the porch/ pool/ firepit or even the windows and the kids loved the games and movies too. A little from the main town and the only one cabin up this particular driveway so it feels very secluded even though there are cabins down towards the main road.

Property amendments were awesome and the cabin was very clean. Only disappointment with the condition of the grill and it's cleanliness. We were not comfortable with it's condition to cook on it, requiring us to purchase a number of additional cookware items to adequately cook our meals. The only other complaint is the amount of daily mice droppings and fruit flies in the kitchen even when there no food out. Other than that the house was AMAZING!

We really liked it. The cabin was really nice and well kept. It had a great view and it was nice to have a pool there. We would definitely there stay again.

Nice view of the mountains and close to town but far enough away to be secluded.

It was phenomenal. The place, the location, the communication with the rental against, everything. We loved it, our kids loved it, and it will definitely be a place we check for availability our next trip back to that area.

This was an amazing cabin and the kids loved the movie theater/game room. The cabin and views were a perfect get away.

Nice vacation

Pros: The cabin was absolutely beautiful. With the pool table, air hockey, Foosball, and big screen, we had no problem staying entertained. The scenery was amazing. It was a very relaxing place. It was close to everything but felt like we were alone on the mountain. The location is perfect. If the fixable issues were attended to, I would definitely rent it again. Cons: (If I wouldn't have spent such a large amount for 3 nights...the items below probably wouldn't have bothered me as much.) It could have been cleaner. -Footlong cobwebs hanging from the ceilings. -Big spider web in the corner by the front door, with a spider in it. We named him Frank. -Gnats swarming around the kitchen sink. -Baking dish still in the oven with food on it -Beer cans at the edge of the cut part of the yard. -Outdoor grill was dirty -Leaves piled up in the walkway going to the fire pit. A few maintenance items that could be addressed. -Half of the outlets in the kitchen didn't work. -Hall bathroom was missing a shower door...we found it later, still in the box in the dining room. -Random smell of sewage by the porch swing. -Pool was cloudy when we got there. When I called to ask about it, they said that the pool person had been out there an hour before we got there, and it was fine. The next day I had to call and tell them that there was no water going into the pool pump because the water level was so low (and it was still cloudy). They asked if I could either fill up the pool or if I could just turn the pump off. I turned it off. I wasn't interested in taking 2 hours out of my vacation to do something that should have been done before we got there. -No wood is provided for the fire pit. We were told that it could be purchased at the store. After I just put out a couple grand to stay there (and the fire pit being one of the main reasons that I chose this place), that's going to be a big "No" for me. -Not all of the jacuzzi jets in the master bedroom worked (we didn't end up using it anyway because it didn't look very clean) -There was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms and about a quarter of an inch in a bottle of what looked and felt like water in the master bathroom. *The only thing I reported while we were there was the cloudiness of the pool. It didn't get fixed, so I figured, why bother. That is pretty much it. I really was a nice place, and we did have a good time. I just wish we wouldn't have had the issues that we had.

I rented this cabin with great expectations of a beautiful & clean cabin and a pool as a great bonus for the kids. Upon arriving we noticed the pool was extremely cloudy and there was a strong sulpher smell. I contacted the owner who was very responsive, they contacted pool guy and told me he would come the following day to check as he had just put chemicals in. Pool finally cleared in 3 days. Smell however we noticed came after toilets were flushed which told us it was a sewage issue. Cabin: when you pay the money it cost to rent you expect no cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, floors clean so your socks arent black, no dirt in the corners and definately a shower sliding door. The sliding door stayed propt against the livingroom window our entire stay in the box it was shipped in. Jacuzzi, you might get it full in an hour and IDK when jets were last cleaned, maybe never. The steps outside need work. Very easy to twist your ankle. Maybe my expectations are at a higher level but I would not pay the money it cost to stay again. I will say the Theatre Room was great. Host was very nice and easy to work with, but this place is overpriced for what you have and lack of cleanliness. Just very dissapointing. Our family had a good vacation, just wished the cabin had been what I thought I was renting.

Very nice cabin. Only two negatives. Porch furniture not very sturdy. Some sort of water pump comes on between 2-3:00 in the morning. It’s very loud. EVERYTHING else wonderful!!
