Great place for a large young group!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean and comfortable for our 10 family members. The beds were very comfortable and the back yard amenities were amazing. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and nice. We enjoyed all the entertainment options outside. There was enough space and things to do for our family of 5. My only complaint is that the pool heater was on and set to 95 degrees in June. We did not realize a heater was set until our last night, which was too late. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Been coming to Fl. 20 years, with our kids now grandchildren. We rent VRBOs, different homes each year as family grew. This home meet our family needs. Clean , one level, open kitchen and family room off the large back yard. As a rental general wear and tear noted. But clean. Jorge did respond to our needs as needed. Pool was great warm,. Couple of recommendations, toilet plunger on site, update cooking pans, steak knives, spatulas and patio table to eat out side. Loved the green space in back yard, really have to drive to grocery store any shopping. Great place if you stay put all week. On a busy street but if you love stay out by pool , back yard quiet. Won’t be back only because my husband and I drive from MN traffic is getting horrible. Driving through Florida. The rest family fly. Next year it’s Destin Fl! Thank you Jorge.

We loved the location as well as the atmosphere! We bought handmade tamales over the back fence from a street vendor! Yummy!

This house layout was great! On one side there were 2 bedrooms as well as on the other side. Kitchen and living room were in the middle. Jack and Jill bath on one side, and on the other there was a bathroom in one room and another bathroom in between rooms. This layout was amazing for our family as we traveled with grandparents, parents, and children. There were 7 of us and I never felt crowded.
The kitchen is beautiful and we used the dining table after a door dash order one night. It was perfect and we were able to have a great family dinner.
My kids loved swimming and thought the basketball hoop in the pool was great.
The owner is always available, super responsive, and made the entire process easy and effortless. If we find ourselves in Cutler Bay again we would definitely stay here.

Perfect place to stay for our bachelorette party! The space was super nice and had enough room for all of us! The outside area was amazing and relaxing! Would highly recommend! Jorge the host was super responsive!

Couple of us guys wanted to have a place to stay near Miami for spring break and the house was amazing, clean, and so many things to do. I definitely recommend!

This property is an absolute dream! Its so beautiful and has so many things to do! Its like a mini resort. And the owners were so accommodating. They allowed us to check in early, were in constant communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Also, the surrounding area was really pretty too. Lots of greenery and Peacocks walking around. Cutler Bay is the place to stay and I highly recommend this property if you do stay in the area!

As pictured and host was always very quick to respond! A great family stay with outdoor games and clean beautiful pool (a bit chilly but felt great in the sun). Pillows weren’t too comfortable, but the house was very clean and the showers were great! There weren’t many beach towels for a large group but we were able to wash with laundry available. We wish there would’ve been an outdoor dining table because the backyard is a great space! Kitchen is well stocked for cooking/serving, internet worked well, and the home decor is very tasteful. Overall a beautiful property that works well for a large group and families, would definitely stay again!

The property is as described and very clean! The pool was a plus but the hit was the basketball court. The teens really enjoyed the court & pool. The house was very comfortable and had all the basic appliances as well as spices in the kitchen. Communication with Jorge was very fast and easy. He responded within minutes with any questions I had. We will definitely come back.

This is a great property for kids- the pool, playground, basketball net entertained my children immensely! The property is fairly new and clean and the host was easy to communicate with. We had a great time!

The property looked even better in person than the pictures. Every room was beautifully decorated. The living areas were very spacious, and the kitchen was a dream! The backyard was large and serene; the pool was perfectly suited for all of us, although it was a little cold at this time of year, of course. We all really enjoyed our stay, and recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to have fun with friends and family.

Very accurate description, kitchen is fully equipped, big new TV for every rooms, new LG washer and dryer, swimming pool for the hot 🔥 weather, easy to get to US 1 to Key West

Wonderful stay!
Me and my friends came to celebrate my birthday and the place was nothing short of amazing!! The property was just like the listing and more! Definitely book this place for a clean, nice stay for a large group. The property owner was also very responsive and had great communication. We had a toilet issue and he offered to come fix it the next day. Thank you for making my birthday great!

House very nice and clean. Issues with bed in one of the bedrooms but host replaced the bed fast and accommodated with check out time which was appreciated.
