Reception and cleaning staff all very nice and easy to communicate with. Had a large room with lots of beds to sleep for our family and the air con was amazing. The kids enjoyed the pool and not far at all from town centre.

The ground floor room was perfect as my knees have been painful lately and stairs have been difficult to manage. Bed was comfortable and good water pressure in the shower.

The room was very dark due to the overhanging roof at the front and poor lighting in the room - hard to see inside the cupboard at the back of the room. No door on the freezer section of the fridge - had to ask at reception for my ice blocks to be frozen elsewhere for the next morning - all sorted there, no issues. Not much room where the table is located, had to move it to close the curtains - would be better to either change the table to a smaller folding version or move elsewhere. Curtains are not wide enough for the window - spent some time trying to seal the light out by placing chairs against the curtains as they had gaps at the sides or in the middle.

very clean, staff were amazing. The restaurant was closed due to the chef being away but the restaurant manager went out of her way to cook us all a meal anyway, food was delicious!

restaurant closed - no advance warning, beds old and sagging, linen and towelling clean but old, curtains and tracks dusty and fading, general maintenance very poor with holes in wall where power points and fittings have been changed, bedhead made of chipboard in disrepair, grout needing replacement, front door does not close properly unless pulled tightly, dust caked vents in bathroom.

The sewerage stunk in the bathroom wasn't game to have a shower, would I stay again big NO. P S no breakfast Sunday morning, If I'm going to stay in a motel I like to treat myself. Too many excuses why they don't.
