Location was good. Information about check in/out was good. Not happy about arriving to find out that the murphy bed had a "do not use" warning taped to it. A heads up/offer to cancel and re book would have been nice. Listing said there was a queen sleeper sofa and twin pullout. Sofa did not have a pullout bed and the "twin pullout" was a joke.....not even a mattress. The sofa, loveseat, and "pullout bed" were the three most uncomfortable pieces of furniture I have ever sat on. All this made it difficult for three adults to sleep in this condo.

Our family of four fit comfortably. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub after skiing. Easy check in and out.

This VRBO was very comfortable for 4 of us. My favorite part was that there were multiple sleeping options in the living room for our kids - a pull out Murphy Bed cabinet bed and also a pull out sofa sleeper couch. Although not the most comfortable, the kids liked having their “own” beds. It kept the peace. Super cute VRBO with adorable decor and vintage ski signs. Unit was very clean and adequately stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, baking, and daily meals. Location is awesome - it’s a quick 8-10 minute walk straight across to the base of Keystone Resort “Mountain House” and “Peru Express” lift. The kids liked the convenience of being able to walk to and from skiing and the condo on their own schedule. VRBO owner / host / management company had excellent communication all throughout the process. I’d definitely stay here again.

Not good for several reasons:1. We are a family of 6, and the sleeping situation did not meet our needs even though it was listed for 6. There was a pull out cabinet bed that was damaged and not usable. Two of our kiddos had to sleep on the floor.2. Much of the additional bedding/blankets were stained and appeared soiled/unclean. There was not enough clean bedding for all 6 of us, and one of the kids ended up cold during the night.3. Amenities listed shampoo as included, but none was in the unit. We discovered this after our kids went swimming and were already in the shower. Led to a late bedtime.

Several major concerns with this property:
1. Damaged cabinet bed was not usable for sleeping - it is missing the front face, which supports the mattress. It was not functional and mattress had to go on the floor.
2. Multiple bedding/blankets were stained and appeared dirty. There were not enough clean ones for my kids to use.
3. Amenities list that shampoo was included, but none was in the property.
I can provide photos of dirty bedding and video of broken bed.
This property did not meet expectations. We are a family of six and the sleeping situation was not acceptable with the broken bed and dirty bedding. I would not recommend this place.

Very clean property. Set up very nicely and equipped well. As this is a seasonal property there is only a boiler going in the winter so if it gets warm there is no A/C option. That wasn't an issue as the weather was good enough to just open the windows and doors. Everything was great other than the layout of where the condo was. The numbering system is a little off and it does not go in order when you get out of the elevator. That being said, once you find the place its easy to get back to.

Condo was very comfortable and clean. Perfect for 2 people. Bed was very comfortable! Enjoyed eating dinner on the porch. Nice pool to use in the facility. Underground covered parking was nice. Close to all the Keystone activities. We cooked in the kitchen, and they had all your basic needs covered. We highly recommend it!

The check-in process is easy enough and very dialed in, because you're working with a professional property management company who handles probably thousands of units in Summit county. Everything is well polished, procedure wise. Our unit happened to be really nice inside and the location was fine for a summer trip. Too far from the resort for convenient winter skiing, but close enough for us to hiking and Dillon amphitheatre. Problem was our deck was unusable due to a ton of mouse poop. We reported it when we saw it, they cleaned it up a few hours later, and it was back the next day. Then we left. So, unfortunately we couldn't enjoy any views of anything.

Kiddo and I had a great girls weekend in Keystone at this rental. I’ve stayed with SCMR many times over the last few years and I always find their rentals to be the best. No access card pickup this time, just a code that was emailed to me the day before, not sure if that is a new feature across the board for SCMR rentals or just this location, but it was extremely convenient. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed and the location was quiet. We loved the indoor pool! I will say that the sleeper sofa was really difficult to open, seems like the springs in it have seen better days. Other than that everything was exactly as we needed and we had a great time.

We absolutely loved staying at the Oro Grande. I think we lucked out because it seemed like the entire building was empty! The laundry was cheap and the pool area was wonderful. One downside is that you were not supposed to bring any beverages into the pool, kind of lame but I understand why. This specific unit was excellent. The sleeping situations were comfortable. I don't think I would change a thing. The heated parking was fantastic. The only thing I would say is I wasn't sure how to get more towels.

Upon checking into this spacious 1BR home, we were pleasantly surprised at the layout, decor, cleanliness, and well-appointed kitchen. We appreciated the heated garage, the short distance to walk to the Peru ski lift, the view of the hillside out the living room window, and the general quiet ambiance of the building. Place was ok and had everything we needed except clothing hangers, but it was not clean upon arrival at all and this just left a bad taste (dirty floors, hair in bath tub, toe nail clippings on floor, weird stuff splattered on the walls). Even the couches looked dinghy. I took photos of everything and ended up having to clean the place myself. I will be emailing to receive the cleaning fee we paid for refunded. Having the pool was nice and location was convenient.

I booked this place while staying in Keystone for a conference. In the past, I have been stuck at rentals there that look like dirty frat houses. This is why I booked here this year; it was clean, great location, and a very quiet place. I'm a bed snob, and this bed and sheets were just like I was at home. The hot tub was a nice bonus too!

This condo was perfect for our stay. It was clean and well maintained with all of the cooking necessities we needed. The balcony is small but has tow chairs and a small gas grill which was great for grilling a couple of steaks. I would gladly stay here again.

We had some trouble with the satellite Dish system needing to be re-booted a couple of times because it lost the signal, but other than that, everything was great.
