It was satisfactory visit. Room on porch had holes in it. A c leaked in hallway. Mattresses were the worst. Need to replace them. They sunk in the middle. Great location. No one bothered us. Just needs t l c. Oh and not enough towels for 4 people for three nights

Property was clean, equipped with everything you need quiet and comfortable. Short drive to Key West. Plenty to do in a short distance. Perfect location.

This property is super cute. Convenient for being close to Key West without the price of Key West. We VERY much enjoyed our 3 night stay. Our property (#15) had a little grill outside so we were able to cookout one night of our stay. Make sure you stop at Publix or Winn Dixie before getting there it is a litle trek to get to grocery store. I would also suggest bringing a few extra bath towels, our cottage only had 3 and 4 adults. Most things you would need, pots, pans, silverware, cups, coffee pot. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for having a great priced place that we could enjoy the keys without spending a fortune.

I didn’t feel like I could relax here. There is a window in the bathroom with no curtain with a building that can look right in, the bathroom floor was not clean, found a dead cockroach in the dining area when we arrived, and the beds were uncomfortable.

We had a delightful time in Cottage #15 which was more spacious than expected. The cottage and furniture were dated but had a charming appeal. The small screened porch was perfect for sipping AM coffee and PM wine. The kitchen was equipped with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, range, old but usable pots/pans, cups/glasses and dinnerware. There were ceiling fans, AC, bath towels, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels. All suitable for our 4-nite stay. We did not use the pool, laundry area, beach or boat ramp as we were busy with daily activities in Key West. The beds were not as firm as we prefer but comfortable with multiple pillow options. We did hear noise from the road but with the AC ‘fan’ on, we were not disturbed. We would stay again based on the charming cottage and location to Key West.

The property is cute, quaint and tired looking. It is appropriately priced for such a cottage in the keys. If it had cost more, I would list the improvements it needs but, we got what we paid for.

Cute little place. Could use a little TLC. Needs new towels and kitchen needs bake wear, couldn't even find a cookie sheet. No pitcher to make sangria. Pools are nice but needs a few more chairs and loungers .

Four of us stayed in the 2 bedroom location. It was initially hard to find since the there were no distinguishing signs for the turn off to the location. After calling the caretaker, she was able to talk us through the directions to the property. The place was comfortable, but could use a bit of maintenance. It wouldn’t take much to make this place a 9 out of 10. As it stands it’s probably a 6/7 out of 10. Fresh paint to cover water stain in the ceiling, replace broken bathroom exhaust fan cover, replace torn porch window screen. All of those cosmetic issues give the place a shabby look. On the positive side, the place has all you need for a short stay. Nice kitchen with full size refrigerator and utensils for cooking. Adequate seating in the living room. Tv with cable service and fast wifi. Bed were comfortable. The 1 bathroom was adequate in size, just a bit dated/worn down, but clean. It’s a short drive to Key West so it serves at a nice jumping off point. Did not get to use any of the other amenities such as the pool since we were there in January. Good value for the price and condition of the property. Would stay there again. Beware of hidden fees. His was my first Vrbo rental so that maybe typical for the service.

This has the potential of being a very nice place to stay. Unfortunately, the cottage we stayed in had signs of being old and not kept up. The bed was very soft. It gave no support. The toaster started smoking when we tried to use it. The corkscrew was broken, so we couldn't open the bottle of wine we bought. The shower rod fell down when my husband was taking a shower. The first night we were there the power went out. It was late at night and the property manager didn't answer when we tried to call her. We spent the rest of the night being very cold, since there was no heat, not to mention no lights in the entire place! The property was very hard to find. There was no street sign on the street we had to turn down from the main road. There were no signs indicating the name of the cottages, showing where they were. If we go back to the area, we will look for a different place to stay.

This was the perfect cottage for us. We were two couples wanting to explore the Keys and it was close to everything! Also, being right by the water was a plus! The cottage had just enough for what we needed and the host was friendly and responsive.

This was the perfect cottage for our family of 4! Location is amazing, property is beautiful and communication was incredible! We will be back next year.

Great stay beautiful property, 2 pools, boot ramp and private dock makes for easy access to get out early in the morning. Close to key west and good local tiki bars. Great price for the stay

We wanted to be close to a large group that was staying in other units on the property so booked this last minute. Check-in was a breeze. Cottage is older and in need of updating, but overall, clean and comfortable. A/C was cold, shower was hot, and beds were fine. Those are always my top priorities. Just needed a place to shower and sleep after long days on the boat. If you are looking for the Hyatt, this is not for you. We have stayed in the Keys for many, many years, and in various places. I have to say that I thought it was a bit overpriced for what it was and compared to other places we have stayed nearby. Again, only adequate but great location.

If you’re coming to the keys for kayak fishing this is a great location. Blimp road is almost across the street as well as several other great kayak launch spots. The house was fine, beds were really good, but it’s the minimum. Fine for what I was looking for. My only complaint was the washer and dryer was outside behind the house in a storage shed 🤔 and coin operated? I think y’all need to address this. Other than that I’ll be staying there again just for the location.

Holes in the bedspread. Broken towel rack in bath. Broken pieces on toilet. Torn screen on front porch. Very noisy. Rec facilities on water just nasty. Not worth the price.

Very spacious, clean and accommodating. Not far from key west where most of the entertainment is but you get the stay where it is quite.

Easy to rent

The cottage was very clean and the environment tranquil. It suited our needs as its location was close to all the places we wanted to explore and experience. The only issue for us was the beds as the mattresses were very, very soft. I guess this would not be an issue if this is a preferred mattress type, but for us it caused nightly discomfort. Also, the noseeums are horrible throughout the Keys. Otherwise, this was a pretty great place, which contributed to one of our best vacations!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Cudjoe Key. It was close to Key West, quiet and had the old Florida, tropical vibe. The place was spacious and clean. Just a few steps and there is a view of the water. The outside is lush with a variety of plants and fruit trees. The place was a bit difficult to find and get out of due to the traffic but easy access to the main road. It's a great value and would highly recommend it.

Quiet location, about half hour from Key West. Directions were ok to the property, still hard to locate. A sign might help. Our cottage could have used a little tender loving care with some things that needed to be fixed, but nothing that was essential. The property was quiet, but our cottage was the closest to the road. There was a lot of traffic noise if you are not used to it. (We did have our windows open.) The worst was the garbage container pickup at 5am. Overall, decent place to stay.

Overall a very nice visit. Bungalow was as expected; older property but well kept. Disappointed that the canoes & kyacks were not available as we had looked forward to that convenience.

The duplex was located in a sort of compound with several buildings on the property. We were at the far end from the bay, near the highway and it was relatively quiet. The accommodations were very good and check in was very easy. There was a small grocery mart, Kickin' Back, within walking distance. We were able to find a couple of items that we needed without having to go to a large grocery store in Pine Key. The people staying in the other buildings were friendly and many of them were using the pool.. We had wonderful views of the sunrise and sunset. The concrete pier on this part of the property had very clear water so you could see all sorts of fish and crabs. There was a second wooden pier on another section of the property that offered the simliar views. I had to call the owner for the Wifi password, and she responded immediately. We would stay here again.

Property had everything you need to enjoy a Keys vacation, great location and short drive to Key West. We will rent this property again.

Making Key West an annual tradition! Everything was wonderful. The only complaint I have is I wish there was more of a road marker off of Highway 1, but also I loved the hidden off the main road appeal. Thanks for the memories for my teens!
