First off parking was very minimal If you have larger vehicles no room for 2
The unit is very old….even smells “old”.
Had to message the host to adjust air. Got very hot during the night messaged multiple times early morning hours with a response several hours later

This was a great place to stay and very convenient to everything we wanted to do in the Waco area, including visiting friends at Baylor, the Silos, and the mammoth national monument. Andrea was super responsive and we had zero problems. The ping pong table was a nice bonus that our kids enjoyed!

We rented this home for a weekend trip to Waco. The owner was very responsive and put a lot of thought into making the home welcoming. As an example, there were waters in the fridge and snacks in a basket on the table. My two elementary aged sons loved the ping pong table, which was an added bonus. We would certainly stay here again.

This was a cute and clean place to stay for our last minute trip to Waco. So thankful for the host working with us to allow us to stay at the last minute!

We stayed here for a week with a family of four while working remote during the workweek and everything was fine! The kids slept in the living room on air mattresses and the sleeper sofa, there's enough room to leave the air mattress inflated. There isn't a full kitchen but with a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker you can make it work. The host was responsive and great to work with as well!

We enjoyed our stay!! While we were here we went to a Men’s basketball game and the football game. We were 5-15 minutes from everything we needed! It was the perfect place for our family of 5. Two kids slept on the couch bed and one on the queen air mattress. My big boys loved the ping pong table and my daughter loved all the toys. Item was so nice that there was a mini fridge and Keurig for the mornings. I also loved that there was a full washer and dryer so I could go home with a suitcase full of clean clothes. We would definitley stay here again next time we come to town for Baylor events!

Andrea made the process of booking, arrival check in, and departure easy! The home was clean and had everything needed. Andrea gave us great recommendations for food and site seeing. The area the home was located in felt very safe and secure! We had a wonderful time!

Less than 15 minutes from the Baylor Campus. Nice neighborhood, clean house. Perfect for weekend visits to Baylor and to sight see and shop Waco! Andrea is super sweet and helpful! This us the 2nd time we have stayed here and plan on coming back!

We came in for Baylors Parents Weekend. This was place was spacious, clean and inky 15 minutes from campus! Andrea was very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and comfy
We live only an hour away but came to waco for a concert ( a friend's band ). We chose to stay since we knew we would be out late to make that drive back home. The advertised accommodating was exactly what we reserved. In fact the place looked better in person than in the pictures. SUPER CLEAN. Bed was comfy. A small microwave could come in handy, should the owners decide to consider this feature. I wish we could've stayed longer. We totally would stay here again! ❤

Wonderful, comfy apartment
We really enjoyed our stay in this comfy apartment that is part of a very nice family home. Property is in a very attractive, upscale neighborhood. The apartment was extremely clean, and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed - coffee, tea, snacks plus there was a ping pong table along with many family games. This is a great place to stay! Highly recommend!

Great little place, SO comfy
Had a fantastic time here. Spent most of the day around Waco—great proximity to restaurants, mall, Silos, Magnolia Table. Loved it all. Only thing we’d have liked to have added would have been a microwave as we brought back leftovers, but we couldn’t have been happier in this beautiful home! We even played ping pong! Would do it again❤️.

Thanksgiving stay
We stayed at this charming little apartment while we were in town visiting my brother and his family for Thanksgiving. It was the perfect location and we absolutely loved the very comfortable accommodations!!

Exceptional Experience
We came to Waco to visit our daughter at Baylor. The location and the stay were both perfect. It’s a beautiful home and there’s nothing that we needed. Andrea had forgotten nothing. Will definitely stay here again!!
