The home and amenities were amazing! The decor and furnishings were beautiful, beds were super comfy, and all of the extras (golf cart, pool floats, kayaks, etc.) really made the property top notch. While it seemed a little inconvenient at first to send text whenever we needed the hottub or pool heat on/off, our requests were promptly addressed so it was really no big deal! We will definitely be booking this property again!

Highly recommend this house. Nick was an excellent, super responsive host. Highlights were the hot tub, fishing dock, & golf cart access to get around. The shower in the master bathroom was also quite impressive. The pool takes a while to heat so we weren't able to use it as much as planned. Overall excellent experience.

This home was truly described perfectly. Great for couples with King beds and if you had kids the lower level has 4 bunk beds. Beautiful pool, jacuzzi, dock and water views. Got out the kayak and used the 6 pax golf cart to drive locally. We enjoyed the balcony from coffee in the morning to dinners at night. Ping pong, games, comfortable lounge chairs around pool, family room couches and chairs for sharing. It truly was just perfect. We will go back!

Rented the house for a short work trip with two other team members. Plenty of room to spread out as needed and some great areas to hang out together. The house was clean with all the amenities, we were all very pleased. Would definitely stay again.

We couldn't have asked for a better house and location for this home. We had a group of 14 with primarily young adults 3 sets of parents and 2 teens. This home offered us all space to relax together and also by ourselves. The amenities kept us busy the whole time from fishing on the dock, kayaking, playing pool volleyball, ping pong, walks to the nearby beach and as avid pickle ball players, we LOVED the nearby pickle ball courts that we would take the ever so useful golf cart to daily. Be forewarned the pickle ball courts aren't for gentle play and you have to be willing and ready to play/compete against the locals. But we loved every minute of it. There were restaurants in walking distance, grocery and shopping just a few minutes drive away. The home itself was immaculate and we all loved the many back patios overlooking the bay. The weather wasn't the best while we were there...a little chillier in the 60's most of the time but the heated pool and hot tub were perfect. Our only complaint was the bunk set up in the basement. We didn't realize the bunks weren't in their own bedroom but were in the back of the bsmt with a 1/2 bath. There was a door to the basement room & when closed the 19-22 yr olds sleeping down there could hear nothing from those of us who got up earlier every day. We would certainly rent this unit again. And to top if off, Nick was amazing. We had a few requests that needed attending to, he answered within minutes and took care of us.

Plenty room for multiple families. Spent most the time fishing and in the pool. Bring your own poles previous renters detroyed the supplied ones. Caught drum, catfish and spots. Golfcarts rides to watch the sunset on the beach. Kitchen very well equipped cooked all meals entire stay. Master bathroom was awesome. Coffee on balcony watching the water was beautiful. Great place.

Had a group of us in town for a reunion and the accommodations were well above what we were expecting. The house was incredible! There was plenty to do and we thoroughly enjoyed a long weekend with kayaking, paddle boarding, pool volleyball, and grilling on the pool deck. The golf cart to shuttle our group to the beach for a day was the icing on the cake. Communication from the management was above and beyond and I would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a beautiful property and much as described. Luxury personified. Golf type cart for beach use just an added touch which our kids and grandkids loved.

This property was everything as advertised and more! Our family was so impressed and in love with the property, that we booked already for next year. Nick was patient with all of our questions and was accommodating with every request. If you are looking for a home close to the beach with an awesome pool then this is it. We saw dolphins, sting rays, fish, birds, crabs and more. Can’t wait for next year!

Everything about the home was exactly as outlined in the ad on VRBO. It was clean had everything you could need for a great stay. Can't say enough about how helpful Nicholas was. His response to any question was answered or solved immediatly. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to have a great family vacation. Would stay again if the opportunity arose.

The stay was fantastic! The home is very spacious and set up with everything you need. All the bedrooms were comfortable and provided great nights of sleep. There are TV's everywhere that were easy to stream anything we wanted to watch. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area are one of the nicest we've seen and there is also a TV outside! The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. There is a golf cart you can use while you stay and we took it to the beach every day! The neighborhood also has a park that our teenage son enjoyed playing basketball in daily. The area is quieter than other beach communities which we found very relaxing. There are lots of great restaurants within golf cart range. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back as soon as possible!

Just finished large family spring break trip with 8 adults and 6 kids ranging 8mos to 13 years old. Pool is perfect, but also easy to get to beach! Management company (Nick) was great to work with and answered all our prompts/requests in an extremely timely fashion. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a beach house near the Gulf, for our family vacation. The group consisted of my wife and I, our two sons, our daughter and her husband and their son. This property more than exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful and the back yard was a wonderland. We saw dolphins and pelicans every day on the waterway while enjoying the beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub. Our vacation was a happy experience for all of us.

Everything in the house was very good quality. We stayed with another family, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the elevator and the master shower! After reading other reviews I was really hoping to see a dolphin from the deck, and we did! Pool and hot tub were perfect. You do need to text to have the heater turned on and off but they were super responsive. Taking the golf cart to the local restaurants was lots of fun. Everyone loved the house and would rent again.

The property was exactly as described. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The 10 of us were able to be comfortably seated around the dining room table. We also enjoyed seeing dolphins from the front deck.

Beautiful home and we had a good time despite hurricane Nicole. We didn't get to explore the area much because of the storm. We had a couple of small issues that were taken care of right away. Nicholas gave us a great recommendation for a pontoon rental, too.

This house was absolute paradise. 5 elegant king bedrooms and bunks for the kids I. The ground floor. We drank coffee and watch dolphins on the balcony every morning, swam and kayaked during the day, rode the golf cart to watch the sunset, then had heated ping pong battles at night. This was the best home rental we have ever stayed at! We will 100% be back!
