House was exactly as advertised. Everything we needed for cooking. Very clean. Less than 1 mile to the falls. Easy walk with sidewalks. Safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay again. 5 stars

This was a very convenient updated home in a historic neighborhood with lots of amenities. Alisa was very responsive to any questions we had. Walkable or a short drive to all Niagara has to offer. Quiet neighborhood and we could glimpse the nightly fireworks from the front porch.

This property was awesome. We were very close to the falls. We were close enough to walk an I'm disabled. It is a very quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again tomorrow. The home was very clean. It felt like a home away from home. The owner was very responsive and did not hesitate to answer any questions. You can't go wrong with this stay.

The location was convenient for our stay. The house was bright and clean. The host was very nice and easy to reach.

Stayed here from out of state (USA) w/ family/friends. Moment we drove into neighborhood, very sketchy. House outside didn’t look what listed & immediately we noticed patching on kitchen ceiling. Which leads to what we experience 1st night, we all showered upstairs 2 bths & immediately noticed, a huge leak from the 2nd floor ceiling onto the kitchen floor. Immediately called owner, as she didn’t seem very concerned & most likely was aware of it. We got all the towels from the house & tried to clean it up & even put a pot down for continued leak. She advised us to all use master shower, as she seemed to knew the problem before hand. This is as a huge inconvenience to use 1 shower in the middle of hot summer days which is humid, as we want to shower often. Asked if someone will be coming in the AM to look/fix it, she didn’t give me an answer & said we could stay somewhere, which is impossible during a high peak season in a tourist area & nothing was available, but had no choice to stay another night when didn’t want to. I asked her how she would fix be the problem if she was be able to compensate us. She told me to wait till the end of stay & I told her I wasn’t satisfied with that knowing that she did not want to give any refund but a gesture of $75 which is not good enough. Waited next day, still didn’t hear back & when did she said she didn’t want to continue the conversation after our stay. Huge lack of communication & not doing the right thing. Recommend do not stay here!

The house was clean and comfortable. The pictures are very accurate. The check in and check out process was contactless. The few times I had to contact the manager she responded right away and was very courteous. The house was minutes away from the falls, you could walk over but we decided to do the 3-4 minutes drive because of the kids and older grandparents.

We stayed for 4 days, 3 night. It was easy to find and get into. Driveway was very small and tight for parking but we made it work for 2 cars. Owner gave us a 2nd option to get in in case we had difficulty with front door but only needed it once. Directions on how to get in were great and specific. The property was clean and well maintained. Had towels and sheets provided which was great. No wash cloths. It was a little tight in the 2nd upstairs bathroom but it works. It was furnished with dishes and such which made it a great place to stay. It was clean and well decorated and a cute property. We didn't use the backyard but it was a nice space too. Would stay again. Loved that we could walk to the falls, restaurants and shopping.
