The house was excellent and very clean. The boat dock was great we enjoyed it! The pool was clean and the kids loved it! Very relaxing and great and peaceful place!

The views from the back of this house will never get old!
Small kitchen, house needs painting and better maintenance. The pool and hot tub were filthy upon arrival and the heat for both was not turned on after we specifically asked for the heat to be on. We reached out to the management company right away when we arrived on Friday and they had a crew of two come out the next day to clean both and address the broken heater for the pool. While we were thankful that the issues were resolved, they should have been taken care of before we arrived. We lost over a day for pool and hot tub activities.
There was seaweed / sea grass covering part of the dock and we had to clear it. That should’ve been cleared before we arrived as well.
The 3 large sliding doors from the living area to the patio were very difficult to open and close and none of the locks worked properly. There were pieces of wood that fit in the track so the doors wouldn’t open so we felt comfortable.
We expected things to be cleaner and in better working condition, especially for the prices that they’re charging per night.
Despite these issues, we enjoyed our family and friends time together and the views…THE VIEWS!!!

We celebrated a milestone birthday with family and friends for the week of Dec 26-January 2. There was a total of 10 of us so this house fit the bill with 6 BR and 4 BR. The location is great, the views are great and the pool and the hot tub were enjoyed by all. We did have to rely on the property manager more than once, as the house is showing its age (rained heavily one day and one of the sliding glass doors facing the pool had a massive leak), a blender had to be replaced, the washing machine had to be reset. In all instances the rental company was extremely responsive and helpful. The house is comfortable, the beds were in good shape and the towels and linens were of good quality. There is, however, a punch list of items that could stand some review and maintenance . We learned that the house had been put on the market several months after we secured the rental and I'm not sure if this would affect anything.

This property is in need of some serious upkeep.I was here last feb and enjoyed my stay,but this oct. I noticed a lot of things that need attention.refrigerator was not working, outdoor furniture was broken, chair inside was broken.Property grounds were not kept up.Worst thing of all was the dock,which because of the way it was built did not allow water to flow under it as all the other docks in the area did. This caused the grass that was drifting by to get trapped in the corner,and it sat there for three weeks and rotted and smelled horrible.I complained about this but got no response from management.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the home offered plenty of space for our multiple families. The pool was enjoyed every day and being able to dock a boat at the house was great! Easy access to all Gulf and Atlantic fun of fishing and diving.
I would just note that the mattresses need to be updated. A deep clean is needed and the Kitchen is small but the outdoor area is spacious and watching the sunset each evening was spectacular! Definitely would recommend staying here!

We left the property after one night. A/c doesn’t work, house needs a lot of TLC. It’s slowly falling apart.
Owner will not refund. Broker handling property was not helpful either.

Very limited amenities. Not very well stocked. Frying pans were in poor shape. I purchased an electric griddle to compensate for it. The pictures are somewhat misleading, in that they don’t show the wear in the home. They also show a golf putting area. If that is important to you, then bring your own putter.
A nice grill was furnished. The kids had a good time fishing off the dock and swimming around looking at the fish and lobster. We did have a very nice time.

We had the best time at Gulfstream and Sunsets. The grounds and the view were simply spectacular. The evening sunsets were just magnificent. We fished from the dock and had so many amazing sightings including Goliath grouper, moray eel, manatee, manta ray, dolphins, rainbow parrotfish, huge tarpon, lobster and sand dollars. Although we were right next to the airport, it was a complete non-event. I don’t recall hearing any airplanes and only saw one helicopter during our stay. The pool and hot tub were in great shape. The living room and dining room table were perfect for our large crew. For others staying, the garbage pick up schedule in taped in the cabinet by the stove (didn’t see that until the day before our departure). I would recommend bringing some of your favorite kitchen tools as there were a few things missing such as a cheese grater. Coffee maker and blender were in the living room closet on the shelf. Although the house feels very hot when you get in, it’s because they have you leave the AC on 76 or 78 when you leave but it gets very cool in the there thankfully. Just wish it was cool on our arrival, we got a little nervous at first. Our whole party was very pleased with the house and we really loved our time there.

Beautiful sunsets and beautiful waterways, but the house needs some serious updating, and MAJOR cleaning. Our headboard was full of spiderwebs and dust (disgusting) found used/empty snack bags under beds, ants in the kitchen, grill had fish scales and food from previous person. We arrived on a Saturday to find a murky pool with algae in it. Pool was serviced Monday morning so unable to use. Plenty of space for everyone, but very small and tight kitchen. The dock was great for fishing, and sunset views but seems like it’s falling apart. Slider doors to exit to pool/water area were INCREDIBLY hard to open, many of us even got hurt in the process. Broken deck piece that would sink if you stepped on it (disaster waiting to happen) Not planning on returning to this home for our yearly summer keys trip, specially at this price.

I rented the property for the first family vacation in years! My grand kids and kids for spring break. The little kids just adored the pool and hot tub from morning to night! They are all excellent swimmers ages 5-12. Every body had a wonderful bed, nice linens, the biggest washer dryer I've ever seen, A grill for making steaks, nice kitchen, plenty of seating and lots of tv's, there was room for everyone to do their thing from paddle boarding, and boat rental, restaurants and groceries close by, grill for grilling. And I could not stop staring at the ever changing views!!! It was fantastic! We loved it! There was a friendly manatee at the dock, fish galore, The crew came to trim the coconuts while we were there and they were so gracious to the kids, they let the kids sample the fresh coconuts ! We will be back! It was wonderful!

House was a great size for 10 adults and two young kids. Located close to stores. Easy to find. The kiddie pool was great for my 1 and 2 year old. House needed a little bit of cleaning and updating. Bathrooms upstairs needed some new paint there was just sparkle on the walls. but still was nice.

Great place! My husband and I took our kids and friends. It was spacious and a great place for everyone. Loved the options of pool, mini golf, hot tub and dock to keep everyone occupied

It was beautiful ,relaxing,had everything we needed,perfect weather,great views,great house ,plenty of room,fantastic sunset and plenty of things to do.

This location and house was great from start to finish. The management team was right there if and when we needed them and the house was in great shape. Highly recommend and yes we will return again next year.
