The check-in process was straight forward but unfortunately got buried in my text messages. Once inside (I think I am old school) there was not a book with Wifi etcetera. Everything is automated which is great if you're organized and the messages do not get lost in your inbox or texts. There are no beach chairs included with this property, however, you can rent the chairs. The private beach was packed. The house was great, beds were comfortable and it was clean. The door seemed to stick a little but was still able to be locked. I recommend a full-length mirror somewhere in the house. The bikes came with the property and I got an email to fill out a waiver to use the bikes. All in all the compound is awesome, the beach would be incredible if other people stayed home and the community was awesome. Bikes were a huge hit. Thank you.

6 adults. We relaxed and smiled all day, every day. Stunning home and it is as advertised, except a person needs to be there to really feel how perfect it is. The home has a great layout; walking distance to pool and beach though we decided to walk to Inlet beach each day, Seacrest Beach was crowded; fully stocked everything! We found ourselves walking so much everyday to all the little towns, it was heaven. Walk the shore and get your 10K steps in for the day. Bonfire evening was a great night to catch the stars and just chill. Thank you for making us feel at home and for the goody bag.

Our stay in 30A for a wedding and adult vacation was nothing short of perfect. The location was ideal, and the home exuded warmth and comfort. Everything about our experience was flawless—we wouldn't change a thing, except perhaps for the 10 am checkout time. Extending it to 12 pm would have allowed us one final dip in the Gulf and time for a leisurely home-cooked breakfast.
Despite our desire to book again for an upcoming trip, our preferred dates were unavailable. However, 30A Beach Girls graciously offered another home option that worked. Their management team was exceptional throughout our stay.
Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and we highly recommend 30A Beach Girls for their excellence and this home for comfort and location.

Big thanks for letting us stay at this awesome home for a fantastic family vacation! This place had it all – towels, kitchen goodies, even a welcome plate of goodies, like it was custom-made for us. The bonfire evening was an absolute blast, we have vacationed here for over 10 years and this is the first time a company includes a bonfire with your stay. Thanks a bunch! The location was superb, and the hospitality with 30a beach girls was truly awesome! The property itself was not only beautiful but also cozy, making it an ideal choice for a family vacation getaway. The convenience of being close to both the pool and the beach added to the overall charm. Every interaction with the team at 30a beach girls was marked by helpfulness and kindness. Without a doubt, we will be returning for another visit in the future!

This property is in a fine/walkable distance from the community pool and beach. (Only takes about 10-12 mins to walk to beach, with gear.) The home is perfectly fine, but not quite up to the standards of other Seacrest and Rosemary homes we've stayed in the past 7 yrs. Furniture is not as comfortable, some is broken, kitchen & bathroom cabinets are banged up, misaligned and just need some TLC. Quality of cookware was lacking as well, as compared to other 30A Beach Girls property we stayed at last year. Towels, soap and toiletries are lacking in quality as well. On a bright note: the space of the home is great for one or two families. Check in and check out was easy. Bikes were fantastic. Overall the property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. It just needs a little TLC!

Definitely recommend this house for vacations. Close to everything. Beach, pool, shopping, and great food. Easy check in. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Outside is relaxing. Joy was so easy to work with. We will return!

We had a wonderful trip to 30A thanks to our stay at 30A Beach Girl's place in Seacrest Beach! Gorgeous homes, stunning neighborhood pool, and the home was larger than we expected! Three king size beds and two sets of bunk beds provided tons of room for everyone. We would absolutely go back!

The kids had a blast with the beach and pool so close. The included bonfire was a treat and still impressed you offered. House was very clean and well stoked. Communication was perfect. House was very clean, comfortable and provided all we needed for our stay. Location was ideal walkable to beach, pool and restaurants. Pizza by the sea was our favorite. We biked to seaside though we ended up a really bad thunderstorm. The bonfire was our favorite night.

Was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Loved the property and it's central location to everything we had scheduled with 30a Songwriters Fest. 30a Beach Girls was friendly and helpful as needed, would stay here and use this company again and again.

Daisy, Hollie and Kelly were incredibly helpful in our (im sure annoying) process for finding and booking the right location for our family. This house was perfect for our family of 16 (before I get in trouble 4 are under 2 years old). Room for everyone. Ages 3 months-78.
The house is very close to the beach the insanely huge pool and we enjoyed walking into Rosemary for lunch and dinner. Excellent location, I cant stress that enough, location is unbeatable.
Beds were all comfortable, house was immaculate. Kitchen well stocked. 30a Beach Girls made sure we had the baby equipment needed since we flew in. Hollie connected us with a photographer and bonfire. Weather was perfect every day, crowds were not bad. All the annoying questions paid off we couldn't of been happier with this choice! Thank you Beach Girls we look forward to making this an annual destination with our growing families.

We were close to the beach, restaurants, and sight seeing. 30a beach girls staff is very communicative in answers to any questions! Super clean and very inviting. The location with mentioning again is amazing. IF i had a complaint it would be the cleaners came right at 10 am checkout so we were a little rushed to get out of there.

Very spacious and a great layout
As advertised, very spacious and a great layout. The kitchen was well stocked. Great location, there's a “nature trail” that's takes you right to the highway and is sort of a short cut if your walking to the beach. Between bikes and tram there's not really any reason to drive anywhere. When we arrived there was neighbors on about every other front porch giving it a very friendly/active neighborhood feel. The beach is very crowded, I would suggest reserving chairs months before arrival or just walk about 5 minutes down the beach if you want to get away from the crowd.

Superior accommodations and service
Visited and stayed in our house on 7 Sandal ct and it was superb. House was extremely nice, well furnished--actually much nicer than anticipated as we stay in the area every summer. Staff quickly answered every question. Bicycles there were in excellent shape. On a cul de sac nearest Alys Beach and was a great place for the "neighborhood kids" to play ball in the street, hang out and more. Wonderful place to stay and very professional handling of all aspects of the rental.

Great Place for Family Vacation
Would absolutely recommend this home to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were wonderful, towels were fluffy not scratchy ( we just left universal in Orlando and their towels were scratchy) Great neighborhood, easy check in, easy communication with the company 30a beach girls, house is across from the beach access. Megan was very helpful on the phone when I needed help with wifi after a thunderstorm went through. Jasmine helped me set up grocery delivery. We just showed up and found everything put away then went straight to the beach. Best decision ever, highly recommend. Only thing I would recommend is new pans, pans are pretty old. Otherwise it is perfect.

Team Bonding
After the uncertainty of the past few years our Juice Plus+ team needed some certainty & to be together. Our live conference was scheduled in a restricted state so we quickly made the decision to head to FL and watch virtually. 30a girls offered a great selection of places to stay and we found one that was perfect for our large group From bicycles, walking paths & village trams, we were able to access everything we needed effortlessly. Be sure to book your airport transportation the day before though 😘 We will be back!

Beach Vacation
House was lovely and very clean. Short walk to the private beach entrance and walking distance to many cute shops and restaurants. We rented bikes and did long bike rides along 30a every day. Check in process was seamless. Overall a great place to stay!

Great vacation and location!
We had a great stay at 30a Sugar Sands! The house was immaculately clean and well-stocked. Hollie and her team from 30a Beach Girls were attentive and available when we needed them. The property itself is located in Seacrest and is in close proximity to some fabulous restaurants and shopping. We took the trolley to the beach and spent a few days at the the beautiful pool. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, as was the living room and kitchen. This house is perfect for a vacationing with friends and family. Kids will have lots of fun here between the pool, bicycles, and activities that are nearby. We are sad to leave and will be sure to return here for our next vacation, Highly recommend!

Great central location on 30a between restaurants, shops and beach
I found the unit to be as advertised. Unit was spotless and we found no issues that needed attention. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again in the future. Managers 30a beach girls were great to work with.

Great stay, would highly recommend
We were lucky enough to stay in this house for Thanksgiving. The location is beautiful and the house was clean and spacious. We have rented from 30a Beach Girls in the past and they didn't disappoint with this recommendation. This was by far one of the best vacation homes we've stayed in. It is spacious, clean and laid out perfectly. The master is nothing short of amazing, bed is by far the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Better than even our bed! The seating outdoors is so relaxing and proved to be our favorite after hours hang out with other family in town. There's access to a small less crowded beach just a short bike ride over to inlet. The house is so well decorated and cared for. There's plenty of beach necessities from kids and adult toys, chairs, umbrellas, towels. We were also provided a small umbrella stroller, and high chair.
Two things i wish were "different"
1) the cell signal is pretty weak. But who needs cell reception on vacation? Connecting to wifi at the house solved that issue but on the beach it is still weak.
2) I wish there was some kind of blackout shades for the guest rooms. My kids are accustomed to sleeping in the dark.
Overall amazing vacation, we'll definitely be back!
