Perfect little gem of a home along a canal leading directly to the river. Full of thoughtful touches. The dock was a happening place! We saw turtles, manatees, crabs, cranes and tons of different fish right from the house’s backyard dock. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice way to spend spring break with the kids.

We had a wonderful time kayaking, using the fire pit, playing on the swim mat and enjoying the area.

Went here for a quick get away with the family, two boys (4/7). The house was the perfect size with all the amenities you’d need. Owner was easy to reach and responsive. The dock/ramp has kayaks available and easy access to waterways leading to the main river. Short 5-10 minute paddle to the crystal clear water, saw wildlife including manatees on the way. Everyone loved the trip!

The house was very nice and location was great. The time of year left us with very little warm sunshine in the yard.

The house is very comfortable in a very quiet neighborhood. The amenities were carefully thought out and it shows. Everything was very easy to operate. Definitely recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

Great place

The kayaks were the key for me. Annabelle has the house set up with all the amenities you could want. The outside deck area is wonderfully inviting. We were in the water within 30 minutes of arrival. We saw turtles and fish and manatees! Wonderful experience. We will be back

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. We had everything we needed to fully enjoy all that Weeki Wachee has to offer. This place was a gem! We were greeted by a beautiful spacious home that accommodated our party perfectly. The girls loved their room, which was so adorably warm and welcoming. The house has a beautiful new deck that allowed for plenty of outdoor time. We had a manatee visit us early right by the dock and we did see Chip as well. Lots of beautiful wildlife. This location was perfect for getting to enjoy all this beautiful area has to offer and close enough for us to slip away for a day or two to enjoy Clearwater. Annabelle was a pleasure to work with and was always responsive with lots of helpful information. I would absolutely recommend again.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. The property owner was very supportive and accessible, and the cabin met all our needs and expectations. We did not experience any issues or difficulties during our 4-night stay. It was also nice to find that the area around Weeki Wachee included many restaurants and other business establishments that made the trip all the more enjoyable.

Close access to pine island and other water properties. Also near shopping. I would stay here again.

The house had everything we needed with the bonus of enough kayaks for everyone to have their own. The kitchen was well stocked, the dock and porch great places to hang out, and the living room is the perfect spot for a game night. The icing on the cake was the manatee and dolphin activity in the canal. We loved it!

Our first night we seen manatees right from the dock. We was also visited by an owl that loved when the kids caught fish. Lets just say they got an up close and personal visit. Our stay was wonderful and we had everything we could need.

Our stay here was fantastic! We enjoyed the kayaks, watched manatees feeding right off the dock, and enjoyed daily visits from the local owl and the mullet jumping in the canal. On our visit to the local beach we enjoyed watching dolphins feeding in the shallow waters at dusk. We had everything we needed and more to make our stay comfortable. There was an issue with the plumbing when we arrived, but we were notified before check-in, so there were no surprises when we arrived. The issue was taken care of quickly and communication was thorough and efficient. We also locked ourselves out one evening. I was so embarrassed, but Annabelle was quick to respond to my call for help! I am so grateful for her kind and helpful communication during our stay!

We had a wonderful time- my wife and I took our 2 young children (4 and 7). It is about to be our daughter's 5th birthday so we took her to see the mermaids. They were so kind at the rental- even made a personal welcome board for our daughter and a birthday card for her. We enjoyed the absolutely beautiful river, saw several manatees, enjoyed the kayaks (the kids even learned to paddle themselves on the kids kayaks) and just had an overall wonderful time. Everyone loved it. Thank you so much!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this home. Annabelle was a fantastic host, the home was clean and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. New deck is awesome, and we got plenty of use of the fire pit and screened in porch. We especially loved having access to the kayaks and paddle boards at the home. Quiet neighborhood but close enough to shopping / restaurants. You should absolutely check this place out as an option!

If you have young kids, and share the love for being on the water this is a great spot. They have paddle boards, canoes, An outdoor fire pit… Just come prepared to chill and relax outdoors

The host is very helpful from beginning to end. The house is clean and very quaint. The dock is awesome and the fire pit makes the backyard. Being able to borrow kayaks instead of having to drive to rent them is a huge plus. Our family loved every second of the vacation! The only problem we had was we didn’t want to leave!

We had a great time at this property. The interior is nicely updated, the house was well-stocked with everything we needed, and was baby and toddler friendly. We really enjoyed the selection of kayaks that were available to us.

We rented this property for a girls trip (Mother-in-law, sisters-in-law, niece (8). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Annabelle was very helpful and communicated before, during and after the stay. During our visit, we utilized the kayaks. It was incredible to launch right from the backyard. The home is decorated impeccably and very comfortable. It was a great trip with amazing memories.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent with the owners. We stayed there with our son and Granddaughter. We stayed outside most of the time and on the river. The big oak tree out back was really great for keeping the sitting area next to the dock nice and shady and with a little breeze. The paddle out to the main river is not bad at all. We saw lots of Manatees out on the main river, but on our last paddle back to the house, I spotted a manatee about half way down our canal and followed it all the way to our dock. The manatee stayed and ate some of the green plants under the rope swing . That was very cool. All in all we had a great time!

Loved this little house on the river. Had everything we needed, even the kayaks. Host was super nice and responsive for questions. Loved the welcome PDF the owner sends before you go- tells you where to go and how to take care of property. Great trip, clean house and good amenities. Just fyi, grill is charcoal.

We had a wonderful 10 days at Weeki Wachee. The house was very comfortable and it had everything we needed. We kayaked the entire time we were there, the launch made it very easy to launch our boats multiple times a day. Also, love that it was just a short paddle to the River. The Oak tree provided lots of shade after being out all day in the sun. And, If you love watching birds you will love sitting out in the back. There is a very friendly Ibis that visits every afternoon. Also enjoyed winding down in the evenings and swimming off the deck. We will definitely be back next year! We stayed at the Belle Springs & Oaks property for our kiddo's 9th birthday and upon arrival saw that the host had left him a birthday message on the letter board, which was very thoughtful! Property was exactly as shown and described. Communication was clear and the welcome packet had answers to any questions we could have had. Access to the Weeki Wachee river was easy in the provided kayaks, which was the main reason for our visit. The kids enjoyed the floating mat and dock. Overall it was a great spot to hang out between paddling sessions!

We had an amazing time. We do a family trip to meet up with my sister's family from Wisconsin at Weeki Wachee and this property was fantastic. Upon arrival we were greeted by a personalized welcome sign. The house was very clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything you need, even a blender and crock pot. Plenty of plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. Oh and a fridge that makes ice!! The king size bed in the master was comfortable, I am starting on the road to getting older and appreciate a good nights sleep. =) The living room is spacious, we had movie/game night with the niece and nephews. They loved the large bean bag chair so much they all shared it while watching the movie. The lanai has a wood burning stove that is a wonderful way to end an evening playing outdoors. Speaking of the outdoors, they have a double lot so it gives you more space between you and the neighbors. Plus there are two sitting areas, one with a fire-pit, the other table and chairs to enjoy your morning tea watching the fish jump and Anahinga's dry off after a good swim. Plenty of kayaks and the ease of getting in and out of them with a boat ramp. Last year it was comical watching us trying to get out of them onto a floating dock. My niece and nephews enjoyed swimming and playing on the lily pad. Unfortunately, this go around we did not see any fat mermaids, even kayaking to hospital hole. But the scenery is always beautiful, especially if you take the left to go upstream. Annabelle, our host, was friendly and responsive to any of our questions. They have a welcome binder that has a lot of information for the area, vendors, parks, restaurants, etc. One thing to note, you are on a river so the no-see-ums are plentiful. Bring spray or some form of deterrent. Only thing I would say about the property that is not glowing is that the couch in the living is not made to sit and be comfortable watching a movie. But you are here to enjoy the outdoors, so there is that. =) Thank you Annabelle for a most remembered time with family. We don't have our dates for next year yet, but we will be back.
