Excellent vacation spot… heated pool, close to the beach… great location, welcoming neighbors and neighborhood… plus, and outstanding owner/ host… highly recommended!

The house is great - lst floor has an open floor plan, very nice kitchen with the basics, laundry room, full bathroom and 1 bedroom. 2nd floor has a master suite with a full bathroom and the attached bedroom and a beautiful balcony, another king size bedroom, a queen size bedroom with a single, and a full bathroom. Outside the pool is delightful (heated and salt water) with lots of pool toys for the kids. The walk to the beach is about 5 to 7 mins. The boardwalk is close by for the kids and plenty of restaurants. The block is very quiet which I think is a plus.
The owner, Ken, was great. We had a very nice intro chat and follow-up text messages. He was always available to answer any questions.
We all had a terrific time. You can't go wrong with this property.

This is a great house, especially if you have little ones. The pool is the perfect place to spend the afternoons after the mornings on the beach (which is a really short walk away even with 2 kiddos under 5). Nice and quiet street but also a short walk to the boardwalk for some fun.
The only minor inconvenience (and it is truly minor as you can see by my rating) is having to bring your own linens and house towels. Adds some extra baggage to the trip.
But overall: Great hosts. Great location. Fantastic house. Amazing trip. Will definitely stay again.

We have been renting properties for years for family beach vacations; this was the best rental yet! The home is tastefully decorated and well appointed. We couldn’t have asked for better amenities. The owner sent a packet of information that was comprehensive and also made himself available to answer any questions by text. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was perfect-a very quiet street but close to everything! There was also a good deal of child proofing which was helpful but if a party didn’t need that, it wasn’t over the top. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect Family Vacation
Nothing but positives about the house, furnishings, location, and owner responsiveness. Our grandkids loved the pool and she short walk to a private beach. Large kitchen made meal times simple.

House is beautiful, and was immaculate. We rent a beach house every summer and this was the cleanest home we have ever seen.
The owners were wonderful to deal with and very caring about our stay. Our kids loved the heated pool!
The location is perfect for families. The walk to the beach is easy, even carrying a ton of stuff! The boardwalk is also very easy to walk to. You can view the Jenkinson’s fireworks right from the front porch.
Definitely recommend this home to families who want to be close to the beach and boardwalk, yet want a quiet street!
