Wonderful location! We will definitely try to stay here again if we come back to Madeira Beach! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Plenty of couches and seating for everyone to enjoy a movie at night! What a nice surprise to find the kitchen table with snacks after our 4 hour delayed flight!! The condo complex was secure, clean and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo!

My only complaint was that I booked this room partially for the convenience to the elevator because my father-in-law was supposed to be going. With him on oxygen, it would have been great for him. Because of his health, he decided not to go at the last minute. So thankfully the elevator being under repair wasn't that big of an issue for us. other than that, the room was excellent! A couple in my family complained their mattress was too hard, but that is personal preference. You can't please everyone. Overall, we had an awesome time! Thank you for your hospitality!

We spent Thanksgiving week at this condo. It is exactly like pictured. The location can’t be beat. It is on the beach and across the street from John’s Pass stores and restaurants. The heated pool was enjoyable and there was plenty of beach equipment available. The management company was very helpful with any questions/problems . I would definitely stay here again .

Our family met at Madeira Beach for a week's vacation. Everyone loved the views from the balcony, the easy access to the beach and the location. The condo perfectly accommodated my husband and myself, our 2 adult children and their spouses, and our 4 grandchildren. The bedrooms on the 4 corners of the condo made it easy for the adults to sleep without being disturbed by the children or others. The 5th bedroom with the bunkbeds was very popular with the children. There was plenty of room for us to eat together and space for the children to play during the heat of the day. We absolutely loved watching the sunset every night. It was magical.
There was a discrepancy in the check-in procedure that a neighbor in the building rectified. I contacted the management company and hopefully that was corrected for subsequent guests.

The property was well maintained and just as pictured. The location and view were unbeatable. We were traveling with a large group of family and friends and we were all accommodated nicely. I would highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay here again.

Great property in a great location! Was large enough for the entire family to enjoy. The extra fridge and all the beach accessories were huge perks! The beach was quiet and not overcrowded. The only slight inconvenience was a lack of bath towels but overall we had a great stay!

Great location, beautiful views. Penthouse was plenty large for a big family. There were only 3 full sized beach chairs, not nearly enough for us number of people staying there.
A big negative was there was roof work going on the entire week. Jack hammering and pounding from 8:30-4:30 ever day. Really put a damper on our relaxation and enjoyment.

This is a great property situated across from John’s Pass! We walked to dinner every night but one and enjoyed the shops also. The penthouse was great for 11 of us ages from to 1 to 65. The penthouse needs updating. The bathrooms are all old and in need of new tubs and showers. We had everything we could have wanted for the beach! Chairs, boogie boards, toys, cooler and beach towels for our large family. The highlight of the penthouse was the expansive balcony where we could watch manatees, dolphins and incredible sunsets! The management company was quick to answer any questions and are even sending me my sweater that I forgot. Would stay here again if we could.

The place was great! Had a rough time getting in to begin with but thankfully a vacationer staying there assisted us. We loved the beach, pool and ocean. Beautiful area for restaurants and shopping. Would definitely come back again!

This condo is not family friendly. Lots of older adults that live there and want piece and quite all the time. We had a 22 month old and was told she was too loud at 6pm when she was running and laughing down by the grill while we were cooking. Only went to the pool once for a short time one day because we felt uncomfortable with all the older adults there we could tell they didn’t want us there.

The property is right on the beach with easy access to the pool and beach. John’s Pass is right across the street…so convenient with restaurants and shops and music! We had some issues with the AC and refrigerator/freezer but the management sent someone out right away. There is not an extra refrigerator like the description said but even with our large party it was fine! We look forward to coming back again next year!

A must rent!
This property was in the perfect location to meet the many different interests of our kids and grandkids. The ability to walk right to the beach, use the pool, or walk across the street to the boardwalk perfectly complemented the views from our condo.
