Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean & had a large balcony with a beautiful view. There was one bed frame that was broken. We were told someone would come and fix it and they never did.

Everthing about our stay was perfect other than the fact we arrived to the condo early because we received the message that we were eligible for early check in; On arrival the door code would not work and we had to call the number vacasa gave us to get the key code changed before we could enter because apparently the codes hadnt been changed on time for early check in. Other than that it went smooth. We stay at laketown wharf every year. The location is perfect and this condo was nice. I would definitely recommend this condo as well for the simple fact youre on the 3rd floor, and id youre staying in a high floor you will sit for an hour sometimes at this place waiting on an elevator because there are 21 floors and thousands of people

We had a great time while we were here. The condo is super cute and looks like it’s been recently renovated. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing would be, I would request extra towels and washcloths as there were only 5 towels and 3-4 washcloths so we had to do laundry every single day for the 5 of us to have clean towels. If there were actually 10 people there, there would have never been enough of that stuff. Also bring extra paper towels and toilet paper, again, if there’s 10 of you, what’s there will never last, as it didn’t last for 5 people. There were plenty of plates/bowls/silverware to accommodate us, and cooking utensils but nothing extra, like spices or anything like that, so prepare for that if cooking lot of meals there like we did. The location of this unit was nice because it had the big wrap around deck, but be prepared for LOTS of walking to get there and be prepared for long wait times at the elevators. We took the stairs frequently to avoid waiting on an elevator. Also we did not have a vehicle to park on site and we were still charged the $119 for parking and wrist bands, we couldn’t just pay for wristbands. Other than that, it was a really nice condo, great location, and nice pools.

This condo and resort are amazing

House is at amazing location, very spacious and clean…but be aware of elevator issues!! I have a handicap child and waiting for the elevator is a nightmare. Probably had to wait 20-30 minutes every time we had to go out. Also administration is horrible!!!!! We got the door code after midnight 😠😱. We all had to seat and wait by the door after driving almost 6 hours … shameeeeeeew

The condo itself was very nice. Mostly clean other than dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. The issues we had were with the resort, not the condo. The parking situation was terrible. The elevators were terrible. When you check-in they tell you that you have to park in the north west parking garage. Please keep in mind this is VERY far from the condo and the front desk only has a few luggage carts that they loan out and they're never available when you need them so you might want pack very light if you stay here. Also keep in mind that you have to pay $69 for 2 parking spaces and if you have more vehicles than that, there's no overflow parking - you have to pay to park at a lot a half mile away. We asked a security employee if we could park in the south garage the 2nd day since it's closer to 301 and they told us we could. Not sure if we were actually supposed to but he said yes so we did. Little did we know that there was no elevator access to the 3rd floor from the garage so we had to tote a heavy cooler and a bunch of beach gear up the stairs. Now back to the elevator issue.... there are not nearly enough elevators for this large resort. Be prepared to wait an extremely long time for an elevator and then have to cram in with several other people that have been waiting as well. There's zero ventilation in the elevators so in the summer heat it's hard to even breathe. For all these reasons I will not be staying at Laketown Wharf again. It's a shame because the actual condo itself was beautiful and spacious.

The property was well suited for additional space for family members as we celebrated graduation and engagement. The condo was well appointed with linens and the condo was clean. We would have provided a five star rating had the kitchen been a bit more supplied as we cooked most of our meals at the condo.
