We had the best time . It was the perfect space for a big group, clean and well kept. Pam, the property manager was very nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Large enough for all, great number of bathrooms and beds. Beautiful view of the river. Loved having our own beach for the kids to play in.

We loved the stay at this house.

This property has so much potential with a few needed upgrades, but sadly falls short on my number one must = cleanliness. This home needs a deep cleaning in a desperate way - it was incredibly dusty, (dirt build up on floors, furniture, games), dead bugs, dog pee on the couch and my husband even found dog poop on the rug in the main house. The kids found a lighter and a pipe-looking thing in the bunkhouse on one of the beds. The outdoor chairs had to be wiped down before we could use them. For the nightly rate of this home, this place should be immaculate. Needless to say, we were super disappointed that we needed to do so much cleaning to feel comfortable. The pictures show a slide on the dock, but that has been removed which was a reason for booking this house over others on the river. The doors - especially the screen doors are in bad shape and need to be repaired. There were some great things about the house, there are a lot of beds - so if you need to sleep a lot of people this is a great house for that. There is no bathroom in the bunkhouse but bathrooms connected to all the bedrooms. The back area is awesome and was so nice to have our own dock. I would definitely revisit this home if some improvements were made and a higher standard of cleanliness was enforced.

Communication was great and there was plenty of room for our group of 11 friends. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking, eating and drinking supplies which made meals easy. We all enjoyed the river and the surrounding bars and restaurants. We’re stay again!

This house worked great for my extended family and to host an awesome Thanksgiving with family and friends. Our only slight disappoint was that the house needs a little bit of TLC and then it would be perfect.

Great location and property. This home had 6 bedrooms all with bathrooms as well as a large bunkhouse. Plenty of room for a group.

We throughly enjoyed are stay at this property. It accommodated our group of several families perfectly. Everyone had their own space and amenities. Loved the beach and location on the river. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We had such a fabulous time at Luis’ place. House was great! Guest house and especially the bunk house were super awesome. Nice dock! We hope to come back again next year!

We have been going to Father's Day for 25 years, have stayed everywhere from Echo Lodge Bluewater casino and countless houses in between, this is the best house/location that we have found nothing more practical for a large pack party and a great location on the river as we had very minimum cattle flies deal with comparable into the north end can't wait to go back next year...

The home needs repairs but it was very comfortable and we had fun.

We had an awesome time here. Luis was easy to work with and communicated great. We had a few windy days where being on the water wasn’t ideal and the property kept the kids busy with its huge outdoor area for scootering, biking and soccer to keep them busy. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again soon.

This house was absolutely perfect, it accommodated all of my group of 16 people. We loved our own private beach, private dock, private bedrooms, huge kitchen, 2 living rooms, plenty of bathrooms for us. This house was overall amazing and will definitely be renting again!! I gave the accuracy of online listing a 3/5 starts because the pictures do NO JUSTIFICATION on how pretty this house really is. This house is beautiful and perfect for families that want to rent it out and stay together!
