This hotel is great. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There is a big parking in front of the hotel and a grocery store across the street that is open 24/7. In the room we had a kettle with some coffee and tea. The breakfast was also good. I will definitely go there again.

The room was dirty - we moved the beds a little and under them there was lots of dust and some food. It look like noone vacuum under the beds since they opened the hotel.

We were there for academic purposes, but a party was thrown that lasted until 1 AM. My son, who had exams at 9:00 AM, got very little sleep. The hotel is situated in the industrial area of Sibiu. Outside our window, there were two train tracks. We were last awakened at 5:48 AM by train horns. There was no toilet paper, only a few small tissues, so we had to purchase our own. The hotel lacks an elevator, room service, and a stocked minibar. There are no drinks or food available for purchase within the hotel. It's puzzling why this establishment is rated as a 4-star hotel. It's certainly not up to that standard when a train wakes you up at 5 AM, and there's nowhere on-site to buy a drink. Guests must go to a nearby store for refreshments. The toilet door in our room wouldn't shut, and there were three adults staying in a junior suite. I regret not leaving on the first night when the loud music caused my bed to vibrate. It's hard to believe I paid over 100€ per night for such accommodations. It was a terrible experience!

I asked for a quiet room, there was a railway line under the windows of the room, the passing trains disturbed the night's peace the room was too dark

Great staff good recommendation for restaurants. They helped me get a burned out rental motorcycle headlight replaced, so helpful! good breakfast comfortable beds. Off street parking for our motorcycles.
