Best hosts ever

Communication with owners was fantastic. The house was clean and VERY well stocked. The double washers and dryers came in handy. Everybody in our group loved the house, and had no complaints. Also, the little touches like the personal welcoming note was really nice. I’ll def keep this one in my favorites for another group trip.

This Cottonwood Heights condo far exceeded our expectations. The condo is incredibly spacious, with a very comfortable living room area, which includes a giant TV and a pool table, to hang out in and recap the day’s skiing. The hot tube is new and clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including sharp knives, plenty of new cookware, as well as a large gas grill on the deck. We ate all our meals in the condo because the kitchen was a delight to use. All the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the entire condo was spotless. I would highly recommend this condo with absolutely no reservations. Communication with the owners leading up the stay was timely and clear. We had no need to contact the owners during our stay. An ideal location to access the ski areas in Big and Little Cottonwood canyons.

So two things to get out of the way here: First, I'm lazy and almost never leave reviews. Second, I was hesitant to book this property at first because it almost seemed too good to be true, was new to VRBO at the time of booking, and didn't have very many reviews. We took a chance and booked anyways. With all of that said here I am leaving a review, and to start off I want to say this place was amazing. The owners have done an excellent job with the remodeling, and furnishing of the unit. They thought through the things that guests even tend to forget. For example, we ran to the grocery store before checking in and forgot to buy coffee. When we arrived at the unit not only did they have coffee, but they had both K-Cups and drip coffee ready to go. Now let's talk about parking, we rented a large SUV with 4WD to make sure we could fit all our gear, and four skiers as we mountain hopped for the week. I can tell you we were able to fit a full-sized Chevrolet Suburban into the garage of the unit (it was a tight fit, but the location of the unit allowed for it while some of the neighboring units would not have). This unit is perfect for skiers, it sits between the base of Big Cottonwood and Little Cottonwood canyons, and it is less than a 20-minute drive to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude. We skied three of those four locations, and we even took a short 30-minute drive to Deer Valley as well. This is about as convenient as it gets for a location. At the end of the day, we dried out or boots on the boot dryer in the garage (a nice touch) and then enjoyed the well-kept jacuzzi. We likely will rent this property again.

What a wonderful home! Our family gathered for a family birthday weekend in Salt Lake City. This home had plenty of space for our group. The primary suite with the kids space was wonderful for my daughter and her family. The home was clean, and well stocked. All of the special touches by the host made this an amazing visit!

This condo is a top of the line vacation rental. It was clean and well appointed. The up-to-date kitchen is well supplied; sharp knives, a wonderful supply of herbs and spices, K cup pods and a Mr Coffee coffeemaker, the usual utensils and gadgets, and some condiments and consumables. There’s a pool table!

Nice condo with many beds. Distillery a short walk nearby had good food. Very limited parking but public parking at hotel nearby.

We had a wonderful time staying at the property. The place was beyond expectation with super comfortable beds, lots of space for everyone, and most things thought down to the detail. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. We had a little glitch with the hot tub and the owners were prompt and responsive in getting our needs addressed in a timely manner! Would return to this property again if ever in the area and recommend to friends.

My family (ages 1 1/2 up to 46) loved the property. It was so well-appointed with countless items that one might not think of but were incredibly convenient and helpful and added to our experience. Absolutely clean and well-maintained, and our hosts were incredibly responsive. Highly recommended for a group. Of note: while this is considered a four-bedroom, it really feels more like a five-bedroom unit based on a room with two twin beds attached to one of the primary bedrooms. Perfect for a family!

Our family had a great stay here. Communication and check in was easy. The condo was very clean. All the beds are comfortable, and everyone had nice privacy because of the split level design. We enjoyed the hot tub, and walking to dinner the first night. We would stay again!

This property is beautiful, well-maintained, and the most well-stocked property we have ever rented! The beds are dreamy and it’s located conveniently near the entrance of Big Cottonwood Canyon!! My kids loved the pool table and I think it’s their favorite property we have rented. Although we tend to go to different places, the entire family wants to come back during the winter. The only potential negative is there are a lot of stairs, so it could be tough for someone that struggles with stairs or small children. Definitely a 5 star property!!

We came to Salt Lake City to visit with our son and family. This property is by far the most comfortable, beautiful and well appointed place we have ever stayed. The owners have thought of everything! The kitchen was very well equipped for dinner preps and large breakfasts. Plenty of clean towels and linens-an extra basket of towels waiting for you after relaxing in the hot tub. The pool table and board games provided for plenty of family fun. Beautiful views of the mountains from the deck and bedrooms. The condo is situated a mile away from a grocery market and restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. This is the place to stay!!

This condo was awesome. The owners were very accessible, prompt to respond and accommodating to requests. Very attractive place, tasteful decor and the bed was more comfortable than my own. The owners have truly gone above and beyond on the comforts, supplies and amenities. Convenient location to the city and/or mountains, shopping/restaurants nearby. Amazing property and owners. Perfect location for Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons ski resorts. 3 great restaurants within walking distance. Communication was fantastic throughout, and it is clear that the owners deeply care about their property and their customers. The place was immaculately clean, better than well-stocked, and the mattresses/pillows/towels were top quality. Details like a basket with towels at the door to the hot tub, an outdoor towel warming rack, coat hooks at the hot tub, and a boot/glove dryer in the garage are just a few examples of how much thought the owners have put into this place. Only positive things to say about our experience at Reza's gorgeous, spacious home. First of all, I've never had such great communication with a host before. Super helpful and considerate. Helped us access the garage door, let us store our gear after we had checked out and overall went above and beyond. We came out for a ski trip and loved comfortable sleeping options, the hot tub and perfect kitchen to cook! We also visited 4 resorts - Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude - all from a bus stop just a 10 minute walk from the house. Rave reviews!!! We hope to book this again :)
