Property is in a beautiful setting and close to everything Hocking Hills has to offer. We had 14 people, 4 generations, and the home had plenty of space for all. We had a wonderful week.

Our family really enjoyed the week's stay in this beautiful home. The accommodations were exactly as advertised with plenty to do for the whole family. The Clark's do an amazing job managing and maintaining the property, and were very responsive. We look forward to visiting again, especially to see and enjoy the planned additions. We had a wonderful stay at the house. We had 9 adults and 3 children, one 6 yrs and two 20 mo. With two large common spaces, one on the main floor and one downstairs, we could be as together (or apart!) as we wanted. We did all of our cooking at the house so I can’t comment on any local restaurants. Groceries are available within about a 10-minute drive. We especially appreciated having two waffler makers, the Keurig duo coffee maker, and the electric mixer. If you have children young enough for “baby locks”, I suggest taking a minimum of one “u-shaped” cabinet lock for the space under the kitchen sink, and one door knob lock for use at the top of the stairwell. If your youngster can turn a deadbolt, you may also want lock(s) for the lever-style handles that are on the doors to the deck. The drive to/from the Columbus airport was an easy one. Our only negative surprise was not being allowed to use water “toys”, which I don’t recall being published on the website but was one of the house rules we read upon arrival. While disappointed that I couldn’t set up a sprinkler toy or wading pool (with 2 in diapers that would need to be emptied/filled at least once per day) I understood because running a well dry can be an expensive repair; I know from experience.

The perfect place to celebrate my husband’s 60tg with family and friends. Very grateful to Kyle for hosting us. Highly recommend!

My best friends and I wanted time away to celebrate our 40th birthdays and spend our Mother’s Day weekend relaxing! We had the absolute best time, despite the rainy weather! The house was beautiful, roomy, very clean, and the host was very responsive to our needs! I would love to visit this house again if we need a getaway! Thank you again so much!

We had a great time at Rockbridge house. Plenty of room to gather with friends also close to trails and activities!

We stayed with a big group of women from all different states. This was a nice middle location for everyone. The house was big enough for our big group to have space to hang out and enjoy each others company. The only thing that we would of asked was to have a few more utensils and possibly more dish cloths and towels (we only could find 1 of them unless they were somewhere else we didn't see). Kyle the owner was absolutely amazing with communication and answering any questions that we had through our stay. Ann the housekeeper was helpful when we needed things too. We can't wait to stay here again next year if it's available.

Was an exceptional stay at this home. Well stocked kitchen and the welcome snacks were more than enjoyed. The new walk-in shower was amazing and relaxing. The downstairs game room was a treat. The whole home made us feel special and cozy!! We will definitely be back. 5 stars .

We loved this home! We've been coming to Hocking Hills for several years now, and this home was one of our favorites. There was plenty of in-home entertainment for the teenagers, and we had more than enough room. Everything was clean, modern, and had every convenience. The location was also primo! We were close to everything between Logan and the trailheads. We will definitely stay here again if we can.

We had a great stay. The house was a great find! Kyle (the Host) is awesome and a shout out to Mike and Ann as well! . We had 10 of us that stayed and was very comfortable!! We enjoyed the pool table, hot tube (which is brand new) and the fire pit. Mike is make some very nice renovations to the house... which is going to make the house even better!!!! We will stay again!

We celebrated Christmas here. It was easy to get in and the kitchen was very well stocked. There was plenty of common space and the table was big enough to seat 12 using various chairs and benches. Plenty of parking. The beds were comfortable. The master suite is huge. The only drawback was that the basement was very cold. It would be very helpful to have a radiant heater or bring one of your own if anyone is going to sleep down there in the winter. We couldn't play cards down there because it was so cold. The stove is a little small for the number of people who can stay there but overall the kitchen is great and they have lots of extras like a blender, mixer, electric knife, etc... The hot tub is also very well maintained and we enjoyed it a great deal. The foosball table was lots of fun.

This was our second time staying here and we’ll stay again. The house has plenty of room and things to do. It’s in a great location, close to our family in Logan. It is well kept and clean.

Great Thanksgiving Family weekend stay, plenty of space. Lack of connectivity to TV and internet forced us to use our own hotspot and internet TV (which we used to watch Christmas movies and NCAAFB). Housekeeping staff and owner were very responsive to our text. Thank you.

The home was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. So many things to do, a weekend just wasn’t long enough. Our 11 person family had plenty of room to be together but not on top of each other.

It was supposed to have Dish Network, but there were no Dish channels available. The host and his staff were very responsive and tried their best to fix the problem, but were not able to during our stay. Since we didn't travel to Hocking Hills to watch TV this was only a minor irritation and didn't detract from our experience. We loved the area and would definitely stay here again.

This is by far the best vacation home I’ve stayed in. It is spacious, open, well stocked with kitchen gear, and scrupulously clean. The location, while challenging to find, is beautiful. The host is all a host should be: well-informed about the area, responsive to our questions and requests, and otherwise in the background. I highly recommend this property. The only criticism I have is the toilets are very low for this 72 year old man’s knees!

Property was perfect for a weekend getaway with our large group. The property was clean and had enough space to accommodate all of us. We were not in Hocking Hills, but it was a close 20 min drive. Highly recommend!

The property itself was absolutely beautiful, very clean. We had an amazing time. As for Vrbo, I don't think I will every use them again. They lost my last payment, and we had to pay again to be able to stay the weekend. We drove over 3 1/2 hrs, and we had no choice but to pay again. Vrbo finally mysteriously found my payment and refunded us almost a week later.

Nice big house. Plenty of room to have your own space with large group.

Kyle's property in Hocking Hills is a wonderful place to vacation. The house is large,very comfortable,and near many activities. There were 8 of us and plenty of areas to be together or separate. Had some rousing games of pool, a great bonfire with smores fixings provided by our host and spent some time enjoying the hot tub. Kyle and Mike were great hosts, providing a wonderful vacation home and responsive to any questions or needs. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this property. It functioned well for our family of 12. The home was clean, the property beautiful and close to hiking trails. The home is a bit dated, however, it is apparent the owner is taking efforts to update. It had everything that we needed to have a great weekend. Communication was easy and responsive. We will look forward to staying again in the future.

The house was large enough to accommodate our party of 12 plus one infant. There was a problem with the hot tub and the host went over and above with communication. I would recommend this house for large gatherings.

The property was a good house for our family of 12. Bedrooms were good size but lacked some necessary items (Kleenex, baskets,extra linens and other items). A few more outdoor games would be nice. With a larger group an extra refrigerator would be helpful. It was disappointing that the hot tub did not work because the family was looking forward to using it. The manager and maintenance man were very friendly and responded to my communications, but lacked follow through. Despite some of the difficulties, I would still recommend this property.

I only wish I could give more than 5 stars to this house the area was wonderful will cared for. The house it self is a must see, & stay so much room in side lots of things to do for children and the adults . So happy we stayed

Location of house was ideal for a large group getaway to enjoy bonfires and dinners on the deck. The hot tub was an enjoyable treat after a long day hiking. This house is spacious and great for group dinners and sleeping. The mini fridge was great for drink storage. We overall enjoyed our time & highly recommend house. A few notables for improvement consideration: -add more dish towels (the white bar towels are not ideal for drying dishes) -the kitchen sink significantly lacks water pressure -ceiling fan in kitchen squeaks when using fan.

This place was great. There is a lot of space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, places to hang out and eat. The location is very convenient to the Hocking Hills area, without the congestion. A grocery store and several restaurants are at the next exit down, and the Antique Mall right next store is a lot of fun. We would definitely consider staying here again for our next trip to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were 9 adults and 3 kids, and there was plenty of space to spread out when needed and gather together to catch up and eat, too. Quiet, convenient location close to Logan and Hocking Hills trails. There were a few problems at the house but the owner was quick to respond and offer advice or solutions to help. We enjoyed a swim at Lake Logan, took a few hikes, visited the nearby brewery for an afternoon, and enjoyed the deck, games and hot tub.
