This condo was dirty, half the lights worked, burn mark's in the carpet and rugs. Broken legs on furniture, leaking faucet, shelf torn out of the wall and much more.

My only real complaint: the lights in the kitchen flickered badly, we called the company within an hour of arriving and it wasn't fixed all week. We took the offending bulbs out of the fixture and stashed them in the closet.

When we arrived, we found an armchair with a broken leg, and a kitchen light fixture with burned out bulbs. Put in a request to fix these items, and the management company came the next day to take care of it. The chair fix was fine. They replaced the bulb in the kitchen fixture, but the fixture flashed all week long, making it almost unbearable to use the overhead light.The large area rug in the center of the unit had a crease we couldn't straighten out that everyone tripped over. The grout in the floor tile of both bathrooms was coming out, so you'd get little pieces of grout stuck to your feet. The bathroom floor thresholds were screwed down with screws not sunk into the wood so you could catch your toe on them. The range hood was missing its cover, so the fan blade was exposed and spun accumulated cooking grease when used onto the cooktop. The ski lockers in the hallway were nice for storing our skis. Overall it was ok, but showed more wear than was visible in the photos.

The location is smaller than we usually rent, but, we had less people as well so it worked out. Everyone said the BEDS were very comfortable. Parking is a premium and be prepared if you bring more than one vehicle. The rest will have to be parked somewhere else at a cost of 25 to 50 dollars a night. Overall, it worked out fine and location was suitable for our needs.

Super easy

It was a great stay. My family and I enjoyed the place. It was clean and comfortable. The kids even enjoyed having the bunk beds and an accessible pool! It was a great place to come back to after hours of adventures in Keystone & Brekenridge.

Good property

We enjoyed this condo very much, it was cozy and perfect for the group we traveled with . The kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchen gadgets and utensils one May need . The location was great and this property was just steps away from the pool and hot tub . Thank you and we will definitely be coming back !

Then best feature of this property was the location to the lift. Yellow bus stop within a few yards. Main floor location was also a bonus. The online property guide had minsinformstion that you may want to be aware of. Washer and dryer are not in the club house, they are located on the main floor of 3 other buildings. There was never any propane to grill our food and no firewood for a fire in our unit. I did reach out and was told Keystone manages that piece and the property manager would call them. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay and not concerned with these things, then the description pretty much matches.

Our main issue was that most of the dishes were not washed (many had food residue left on them, from pans to plates to glasses), and we ended up having to rewash nearly everything. The check-in process was a little complicated with having to go do a different location to retrieve the keys (ended up being convenient for us because it was the same shopping center we picked up our ski gear); typically there has been a lockbox on site but this was about a five minute drive away, the first time I've experienced something like this.

The unit was older and beat up more than the pictures let on. Beds were comfortable and had new comforters and blankets.

The downside — black mold was on the shower ceiling when we arrived and thankfully we brought Lysol wipes and could clean right away .. Management was responsive and offered to send someone out but honestly after being unpacked we just handled it - but shouldn’t have had to at all. Some other cleanliness items ... vacuuming seemed partial as there were board game pieces on the floor and there were coffee mugs with lipstick still on them.

We ended up purchasing some pans and some extra towels because the unit pans weren’t cooking great and we didn’t realize when booking that laundry is not in unit and didnt want to schlep around the complex to wash towels (8 provided for 5 days and 5 people) — we left all of these behind hopeful to pay it forward to future renters.

Lastly the hot tub was not hot and was grimy when we went to it ... we laughed at thrw absurdity and went back to build a fire instead.

Overall a fun trip but would not rent this unit again until updated. Again Management was responsive and nice when needed.

We had 8 people and did not have any issues and could have easily slept 2 more. The shuttle bus for keystone picks up almost right outside the door and the condo had full amenities to cook all of our meals. Hot tub and pool were hot and amazing
