This is a breathtaking location nestled amidst the stunning natural beauty of Arizona. Impeccable accommodations that exceeded our expectations in every way. The home is well-equipped with a wide range of amenities that cater to your every need. The kitchen is amazing and featured high end, modern appliances with every possible kitchen item you could ever need. The outdoor space is a private paradise. We spent countless hours lounging in the pool, soaking up the sun and enjoying the refreshing water. The property management team was outstanding in their responsiveness and attentiveness. What a beautiful location and home! Breathtaking views getting to the home and once your in the backyard..wow! From sunrise to sunset and star gazing this place was one of our favorites! The extra amenities in this beautiful was awesome. Kitchen fully stocked from coffee to spices and zip lock baggies. Beds are super comfy and the neighborhood quiet. Target, groceries stores and restaurants with in a 5-10min drive. Will return!

Beautiful home in an amazing location! The home had everything we needed and more. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool, spa, and outdoor patio. The home was cozy and we could not have asked for a more pleasant time!

Large kitchen for cooking. Bedrooms have privacy from one another. Hiking trails within 1.5 to 60 miles from rental. Very quiet neighborhood (except for occasional coyote howling). Property managers responded quickly to our only question.

This house and it's location ticked all of the boxes for our amazing week in Scottsdale! Fountain Hills is the perfect location for getting everywhere you would want to be for experiencing all that Scottsdale/Phoenix has to offer while having the beauty of the landscape and mountains in your backyard. So many awesome restaurants within a 5 minute drive, grocery stores - hiking trails and entertainment - anything you need! It was our base for visiting Old Town Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Sedona as well as several area golf courses (literally everywhere) and an awesome spa in North Scottsdale. The house itself is simply beautiful with authentic southwest touches, a fully updated kitchen offering every luxury including beer cooling drawers, a wine cooler, top-of-the line appliances and every cooking utensil and item you could possibly need. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers and stocked with coffee supplies for both! The beds were super comfy and the decor very stylish yet welcoming. The best part was the outdoor space in the back. A pool (heating available for extra) along with a heated (included in price) hot tub, a gas-log chimnea right next to the covered porch, had a TV, bar, full outdoor kitchen, dining area and overhead heaters for the cool nights plus more. Plus the views were amazing! We thoroughly loved our stay, highly recommend the house and area, and would definitely stay there again!

We had a really great time for the week. The property is very quiet, and while it’s in a neighborhood, you have a great view and it seems like the neighbors are miles away. If you want time away this is a great place.

Everything went smoothly. Very nice property that is much more authentic "old Arizona" compared to other more more suburban homes.

This is a well appointed house and the kitchen area is excellently laid out. All the drawers are labeled and it is very traveler friendly. Outside patio is excellent. The pool area truly is an extra room in this property. I would recommend this property for any traveler.

Property is a great location for a relaxing vacation. Quiet neighborhood, Updated appliances and beautiful kitchen. Outdoor pool, fireplace and covered patio was wonderful in the evenings. House location is within 5mins to grocery and restaurants. Definitely will be coming back.

We really loved this property. The house is well designed with three bedrooms, each with their own bath. It’s well furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Best of all is the decor and backyard. We felt like we were in a private oasis with amazing desert landscaping and a really cool pool. We would rent the house again for sure. Management was super responsive to any questions we had.

Beautiful place to get away with hiking nearby. Pool is really nice, however the 84 degree maximum not quite sufficient for the winter months.

The house was equipped with everything you could ask for. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back.

Well equipped house with plenty to do for the whole family. Wonderfull outdoor space with pool/spa that backs up to a quiet wash area. Wonderful location for after Christmas wind down time with the family.

A 5-star with a few minor comments. The home is very nicely equipped, beach and bath towels, kitchen staples, bath toiletries, etc. It was also clean, decorated in a lovely SW style and pretty much as advertised. The pool and spa are very nice and open to an Arroyo. It is a great, quiet area. We were all adults, so it fit our needs over Christmas very well. Wi-fi service was strong. Communication with the managers was by email. I called the contact number, which does not take text messages, and left a message regarding pool/spa heating. We eventually communicated by email, which worked OK but was slightly clumsy. I do not nor did I want the VRBO app on my phone as I am app'd out, so perhaps this could have helped. All in all, a great rental. 2 last words of minor caution, the TV did not seem to have even basic cable, so bring your streaming service logins. The Youtube TV app worked on the main TV, and that enabled us to see Holiday football, but I am not certain if this was someone else's trial or an in-house account. Also, the garage is not large, my sedan barely fit (a few inches front and back) so we left all vehicles outside. Again, not an issue for us, but if that is important to you, the garage is quite small even by Arizona standards.

House was great - outside space was even better! Pictures don’t do this property justice. We are already talking about our next trip!

We've been married 26 years and stayed here for 4 days at the end of October for a private getaway. It was PERFECT. This home is SO gorgeous. It's hard to get outside pictures to scale to reality, the pool and back area are long and narrow. There is a good sized empty field just past the privacy fence, which was great, so you have a beautiful, quiet view out back. The nearest buildings are far enough in the distance to not feel too close. There were birds singing in the trees, and a hummingbird that would stop in. Although your neighbors on either side are very close, the walls and fences protect you and you still feel secluded. The neighborhood is clean, safe, well kept, not far from a couple of grocery stores and "town" conveniences, and only 30 minutes from Scottsdale with it's historical downtown areas and major shopping stores too. Fountain Hills is a very cute town with a really neat park where the namesake fountain shoots up hundreds of feet in the air every hour on the hour, which is a super cool photo op and experience! Look up the Bone Haus for a great little place to hear some live music in a relaxing atmosphere just down the road. We utilized the pool/hot tub/grill/heater/outdoor fireplace every day we were there! It was glorious. The mornings and evenings were slightly cooler (mid 60's-70's) since it was late October, but the ceiling heater was perfect for that after swimming! The kitchen was state of the art, fully stocked and beautiful. The master bedroom has a hidden, enormous walk-in closet/dressing area with tons of space to hang up clothes, store suitcases, shelves for shoes, plus a full length mirror - all your "gear" can be organized and out of sight of the incredibly decorated, lovely rooms. Check-in and check-out were seamless, Peter was only ever a message away when we had a question. He sent a handy link with videos detailing how to use the different equipment and remote controls, which was so great! The place was warm and inviting when we arrived. We can't wait to go back to this house! Highly recommend it!

Great accommodations, loved the outdoor space! Well equipped kitchen. Our 95 year young mother loved having her own room and bathroom! Spent a lot of time in the pool! Would definitely come back!!
