Great location, a quick ride to any where in Seattle! House was stocked with everything you needed.

This home is just like you see in the listing. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and within a short distance to coffee, groceries, restaurants. We had 7 woman on this trip and the home was absolutely perfect. The owner goes above and beyond for your stay, meaning, the sheets on the bed are the step up quality, extra towels, shampoo n conditioner, hand soap is upgraded, enough pots and pans in kitchen for cooking at the house. Comfortable spot downstairs to watch tv along with extra comfortable throw blankets. This home was clean and the owner is super easy to work with. We all got so comfortably around the dining room table. The upper deck was nice and tight of the dining room. Directions and instructions were perfect. Would highly recommend this VRBO. Thank you Sunny for our stay!!!

The property was spacious and as listed— lots of thought has been put into the details. It was well stocked and clean. I do wish there was baby gear (pack and play and simple high chair) but we were lucky to have friends in the area we borrowed from (and Sunny communicated they didn’t have it before we came.
When a problem arose (AC not working) it was addressed and remedied. The location was excellent for being “tourists”, and the space allowed adults to hang upstairs and kids downstairs.

My family has a wonderful time at this house. The location was central to Seattle, SODO, Bellevue, Squolnome, etc. The neighborhood is beautiful and the kids swam in the lake! Kids downstairs, adults upstairs…wonderful.

Nice Place!
This house was perfect for our extended family’s three night stay. Lots of room, plenty of seating for dining and lounging., two washers and dryers, parking for four cars, and air conditioning which was a godsend in the 95 degree heat. North end location is very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Very well stocked! Comfortable beds. Quaint and safe area in Seattle. Beautiful patio area. We enjoyed our 2 day stay!

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood. Had all the amenities that a family would need. Host was very communicative and helpful.

Great for a family!
We were a three generational group visiting the area. Other family stayed at nearby hotels. Sunny's house worked perfectly for our family (seven people) to stay, and the backyard was the perfect place for our entire group of 14 to meet in the evenings where we would have dinner and sit around and talk..
The house is well set up with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. We all had ample space as needed. The kitchen and breakfast area was perfect for us to start our day.
Mercer Island was a great location for exploring the area. It was nearby to both Seattle and to the surrounding areas. While it was close to everything, the island itself is incredibly calm and quiet, which was a great way to start and end the day.
Sunny was quick to respond when we had questions.
We were very happy with everything about this property and would definitely stay again if we are in Seattle!

It had it all. Great location, great layout, all the amenities that we needed, and an awesome host. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!

The place was pleasant and centrally located but the owners did not inform us of the ant infestation before they confirmed our booking. When we pointed it out to them, they asked us to lay out ant traps for them and did not offer us a refund or even a discount. We paid a premium for this Mercer Island spot; we should've stayed somewhere else.
