If you want a beach front property that's very relaxing this home is for you. Enjoyed watching brown pelicans diving for fish, dolphins swimming in the ocean almost daily and even an occasional bald eagle fly by. Erik was very responsive to any of our calls or questions. Excellent location in rural area. Hoping to rebook in the future. Thanks for the great vacation.

We liked the quieter location in north topsail and this home is right on the beach with great views, not crowded. A nice clean home with plenty of room for the family to spread out. Owners were easy to work with and the home met our expectations. Great local restaurants to choose from when we wanted to eat out.

Couldn't have asked for better weather in November or a better place to get away from it all.

We had the best time. Loved the home, all the bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. In the evening we all gathered in the wonderful kitchen and made dinner, the table was large enough for us to all sit down and enjoy our meal. The view from the decks are breath taking and we enjoyed watching the sun rise and dolphins go by. Just a wonderful place to rest and relax with family and friends. The owners were so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The weather was a bit chilly but we still fished and played in the sand every day. Found lots of shark teeth and shells to bring back to the grandkids. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great house and well equipped. A/C on upper level was out the first day or two but owner was on top of it and got it resolved quickly. Had a terrific week and will be back next year.

We absolutely loved staying here! The house is beautiful, a great location right on the beach and away from the “hustle and bustle” of Surf City. The house is well equipped for larger families with large eating areas (three to choose from!), lots of dishes and silverware, and baby gates and pack n plays in the closets. The extra amenities like a wine fridge, doors from every room to go into the deck, and a well stocked kitchen for cooking made this a delight! The only downside is how nice it is and now our standards for beach trips in the future are now raised by a lot!! Erik was a very attentive host and the couple of issues that arose were quickly addressed and followed up on. Highly recommend!!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! This is my 2nd time staying in this well appointed home and once again, it did not disappoint! It is meticulously in order, well maintained, and spotless! Appliances are new and actually are in working order! The home is equipped with all necessary cleaning supplies, paper towel, toilet paper, soap, detergent, etc which makes for incredibly easy upkeep of the home during the week! The owners are always available if in need of anything! Friendly reminders are regularly sent to remind us of trash/recycling days! The home is located on the north end of the island and the online pictures are an exact representation of the home! In fact, the pictures to not do the home justice! The decking is awesome! It is sturdy, no splinters, and allows easy access to the ocean from any floor of the hone! Ocean and sound side views are amazing without any rift-raft that is commonly seen on the south end of the island! This house is perfect for multiple families. The bunk bed room also has a full size bed in it, so it’s perfect for kids. On either side of the bunk bed room are additional rooms with attached bathrooms (ideal for the parents). Laundry room is easily accessible; laundry baskets are provided in every room! Bedding is comfy and all furniture is in new condition! Plenty of cooking wear, utensils, plates, etc….. Nothing has been overlooked! We are already anticipating our return visit!!!

Loved staying here! Everything was clean and working well when we arrived. It’s a great layout and the beach access was wonderful. We had our whole family there and never felt cramped either. We’d definitely return again.

Everything about this house was perfect! It was new, clean, beautifully decorated, included anything you would ever need, and had the closest/easiest beach access we’ve ever encountered. We have stayed in multiple houses throughout the years and this was by far our favorite!!!!

This was the best beach adventure and experience I and my family have ever had. Absolutely beautiful. We have found our spot, with hopes to return year after year. The home and accommodations are over and beyond. If you want to relax and enjoy your family and the beach, this is the place to stay!

Our favorite house so far. Stocked with everything you need, well maintained, and well thought out. The decks and gazebo are fantastic. Inside the house, the upstairs furniture is new, comfortable, and laid out just right with a giant TV. Fast internet is the cherry on top. Erik is a breeze to work with and very responsive.

We had a wonderful time as a family. The location is excellent. It is next to the beach with a perfect view of the ocean from the house. The house is new and very well maintained.

This property did not disappoint! The house is absolutely beautiful! It is thoughtfully and brilliantly decorated; most importantly, it is sparkling clean and in pristine condition! It was such an added bonus that the owner provided cleaning supplies for the special glass-top stove, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. Vacuum cleaner was also in working order and this allowed my fiancé, delighter, and myself to maintain a clean home throughout the week. I appreciate that the owner was always accessible and willing to do whatever it took to make sure we were pleased with our stay. I was so enamored with this home that I have re-booked and will be returning at the end of the summer! My only two suggestions would be to consider a hot tub and/or a swimming pool :)

We had a wonderful vacation and visit with our son who is stationed there. House is beautiful, clean, and exceptionally equipped! 6th rental in Topsail and definitely the best. Owner has great communication as well. Can't get any better!

This beautifully decorated home was everything one could dream of. It was built in 2021. Has plenty of parking. Beach toys, an outdoor shower, very comfortable deck furniture and the view is beyond stunning. Waking up every morning to the sounds of the ocean, being on dolphin watch and enjoying a cup of coffee on the upper deck is what fairy tales are made of. The home has everything you could want. Fully stocked kitchen, right down to a pizza cutter! All the details have been thought of. Communication with the host was a pleasure. He kindly and quickly answered our questions. Family friendly as it has 4 bedrooms and a beautiful beach to explore. This visits was my husband and I and we were extremely comfortable. And felt spoiled. All in all we didn’t want to leave this dream home. Just note that this home has stairs to enter.

The house was very clean. The location is excellent for access to the beach. The gazebo over the dunes was perfect for a respite from the sun but still close to the ocean. We cook almost all meals and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. We had no issues during our stay. The owners were available and attentive. We have been staying at North Topsail Beach for 10+ years and this was by far the best house we have rented. We will return. Erik and Chrysanne thanks for sharing your home with us!
