Cette maison de vacances au charme incontestable à Miami vous offre une expérience inoubliable. Calle Ocho n'est qu'à 5 minutes de marche et si vous souhaitez prendre la voiture, le trajet ne dure que 3 minutes jusqu'à Brickell City Centre.
Détendez-vous au bord d'une piscine privée et découvrez un jardin où siroter un cocktail en toute tranquillité lors d'un séjour de rêve auprès de cette maison de vacances qui offre également un bain à remous. Une fois rentré de vos explorations, profitez des joies de l'intérieur (Wi-Fi, par exemple).
Allez faire un tour du côté de la cuisine, vous y trouverez notamment une cafetière et des ustensiles de cuisine. Parmi les équipements de salle de bains, vous trouverez un sèche-cheveux, des serviettes et du savon. Et grâce à la machine à laver et au sèche-linge, vous pourrez même voyager léger.

All in all we had a fabulous vacation. There were a few operational issues which were fixed right away upon request.

Booked this place for my sister’s bachelorette party with 10 people total and the space was great. We had a nice time and the host was very helpful and responsive. We even got to check in early on the day of our arrival. The pool was a little warm at first and the outdoor fridge was not working but we quickly sorted it out with the host. The outdoor area is super nice and we even had a hibachi chef come and cook for us in the outdoor area. The neighborhood is nice and we felt safe going on walks around and to Publix. It was very easy to get Ubers and get around Miami.

The location was very good, close to the Heat stadium, downtown & the beach. Pool area was nice. The house & neighborhood were pleasant. The house was a mix of new & updated and some minor idiosyncrasies like faucets turning the opposite way, neglected plants and no nightstands. The tile floors had a slick film that wore away eventually but we had to tread carefully for a while. Missing some basic items like dish soap & dish towels and laundry detergent which, with 10 people were necessary so we had to buy those, kind of a bummer. Overall, a good stay.

Stayed here with 9 of my friends, it was nice and clean. The owner was very responsive and flexible, appreciated the last minute accommodation for early check in, overall was a wonderful stay. Thanks Carlos!

The house was as described and really clean. Plenty of space for a group, lovely pool and outdoor area. Host communication was great! A couple bedrooms stayed warm due to no air conditioner in them but the rest of the house was comfortable temp. We really enjoyed our stay.

This property was exactly what we hoped for. The outdoor space is a great space for a group and the pool was perfect. The bedrooms sleep a large group comfortably. The kitchen is not well supplied for cooking for large groups so be prepared to bring or purchase serving platters and cooking needs. Overall, great location in a nice neighborhood. Parking on property for one car otherwise, street parking.

The house and location were fantastic! It comfortably slept 10 of us (with plenty of beds/bathrooms), and had great common spaces and a wonderful outdoor area. The pool and jacuzzi were so nice — and the covered outdoor area (with plenty of chairs, a table, etc) was super ideal, especially bc we were there during a very rainy time! Carlos was extremely responsive and helpful — answering questions immediately. It’s 4 min drive to the downtown brickell area, 10-15 mins to wynwood, the design district etc. only 15 mins to south beach too. We all loved it. I would recommend this house to any big group !
