Our family had an amazing stay! The location to the pool kept things easy with our young kids. The food at the pool was delicious. The trolleys to the beach were so wonderful. It was walkable, but the trolley was preferred with young kids. We never got back in our car after we parked. Thanks for an amazing stay.

This was our first time to Seacrest Beach as we typically stay closer to Destin. The condo was perfect for two families. There were 4 adults and 5 children and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Check in was a little tricky at the pool area and I didn't realize we were supposed to pre-register with any paperwork. The house was clean with the exception of the floors not feeling super clean. There is a vacuum, swiffer wet jet, and broom which we put to use :) The location and neighborhood are awesome. It was hard to get a good feeling for the area beforehand. We were a short walk to Rosemary Beach and to Alys Beach. There are several restaurants within walking distance of both as well as live music at Peddlers. It was a great location! If we didn't have 5 little kids, we would have rented bikes to further explore the area. The beach was a little tricky. We visited over Memorial Day weekend and the following week and it was busy. There is a very small public beach area that is coned off and very congested. Right when you walk down the stairs, there are navy umbrellas that area bout 5 rows deep. If you are in the back row, you cannot see the water...which was troublesome with little kids. We ended up walking to the left to the aqua umbrellas and rented for the week from them and they guaranteed front row every day. It was so nice to not have to haul beach chairs and just have everything set up everyday. It was a great trip!

If you want to vacation at a place where the beach, shops, and restaurants are clean, safe and beautiful, this is it! We loved it!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this space. It was spacious and had all the comforts of home, once we went and purchased groceries for the week. Lovely community with plenty to do. Perfect for 7 adults.

Although the weather was not the greatest, this property had everything we needed for a fun filled stay in Seacrest. We will definitely be back!

Easy walk to the beach, Alys and Rosemary. Great space with plenty of room for 2 families (group of 10). Had everything we needed for a successful beach trip.

We enjoyed the location of this condo. Right by the pool and close to the beach and restaurants/shopping. Never needed to drive except to the incredible new Publix nearby. The condo is well equipped. It’s on the 3rd floor of 4, and we had a family with two boys under 8ish above us and the noise level was significant. If no one (or quiet adults) was above, it would’ve been a totally different experience. But unfortunately for us, we didn’t get a good nights sleep during our stay. When people simply walk across the floor above, the couch shakes even when sitting on it. Not the owners fault, just luck of the draw regarding who stays around you. Communication was great, and a repairman came to fix a toilet that we didn’t even know wasn’t working.

Our family of four generations for 10 persons stayed for the week and never had anything other than great service and a great experience. Grandparents enjoyed that big balcony overlooking the pool right below, too! Dolly and Rebecca were very quick to respond for the couple of times when we texted a question, but we didn't need a lot since they already had it thought out with everybody safe, comfortable, and supplied. There were 9 of us staying here….all adults..23-56yrs of age. Plenty of room and very comfortable. The only thing that I would change was one of the knobs on the cook top was missing and there weren’t many bowls. We cooked a lot for our group so this was a little challenging….but still a great experience!

Unit is exactly as pictured with plenty of space and a beautiful open kitchen that overlooks the pool. Communication with the owner was very easy and an app guidebook is provided before check in to help with the information on the local area, check in, check out. Everyone enjoyed our stay!

Loved our stay! The unit was spacious and well appointed. The porch and porch furnishings were great. The unit is a 5 minute walk from the beach - much easier to walk than take the tram. We will be back.

This condo was very nice and had everything we needed to help make our vacation a memorable one! Very nice bedrooms! The couch was sooo comfortable. We would definitely rent again when back in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious and everyone had their own space which was great. The views of the pool from the balcony were very nice and it was good to be able to keep watch over the older kids as they swam. The walk to the beach wasn't too far but if it's a nice day, get there early as the beach will be quite crowded. The nearby shops were great for souvenirs and a nighttime ice cream or beer run! The kids enjoyed being able to have free rein of the neighborhood on the bikes and they also really enjoyed the beach toys provided. Another great plus was the available crib for our little one.

It was our first time staying in Seacrest, The Condo was located at 80 Seacrest unit 103 it was a amazing place as far as convenience to pool/ocean/ center. Rebecca the owner was always available via phone call or text to answer any questions. I would recommend this place to everyone. I've made contact already for next year for a two week stay. One week was just not enough for our family. So anyone wondering were to stay I highly recommend your stay should be 80 Seacrest unit 103. ENJOY YOUR STAY. Rick & Monica Wilken.

Perfect place for our large family. Nice and clean. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The walk to the beach was not bad and the tram was very convenient. The beach was extremely crowded but maybe because it was a holiday weekend. Thanks for sharing your lovely place with us.

It's amazing condo!! One of our favorite features was the outdoor porch/balcony especially in the evening. The owner Rebecca was amazing! Will stay here many more times!!!

The condo was perfect for my friend and I to take our girls on spring break. We loved the balcony looking over the pool. The location was perfect. Super easy walk to the beach and we felt comfortable letting the young teenagers walk to and from on their own. Close enough to walk to many shops and restaurants. Rebecca was great to communicate with and help with any questions. We were supposed to take this trip in 2020 but had to reschedule due to Covid. She was super flexible with helping us do that. We also had a mishap when we were there with the bikes. My teenagers didn’t realize they needed to lock them up and someone stole them. Rebecca was very helpful through this mishap. So make sure you LOCK THE BIKES at all times. . My only disappointment was the beach. It was very small and very crowded during the day. It was spring break week so maybe that was to be expected. We just drove down to the state park instead and hung out at that beach which was perfect. In the evening we walked Seacrest beach every night and it was perfect then! Rebecca was a wonderful host and I’d definitely stay at her place again.

Stayed here with a group of family members for a wedding and it was perfect! Spacious condo and room for everyone, we loved our stay here.

Beautiful space and perfectly appointed for me and four teenagers. Location was perfect between Rosemary and Alys. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. I would stay here again.

This was the first time my family has ever been away from home for the holidays. The accommodations were perfect for the whole family to gather. The kitchen was great for cooking the entire Thanksgiving feast and there was plenty of room for all to eat and visit. We have already made plans to return to this central location now that we have found this wonderful place for all 4 generations of our family to come together. Thank you Rebecca for making this such an easy vacation to plan and enjoy!

This condo is in an excellent location! It's very convenient to pool and beach! The condo itself is very spacious with beautiful porch for those evening nights outside and furnishings are very nice! Rebecca was fast at getting back with you when you have questions or need something! Love this condo!

Excellent location, close to an easy access to the beach and wonderful community pool which is right behind the condo. Felt very safe with four teenage daughters running around on their bikes and walking on foot to all the different shops and restaurants.. Plenty of bedrooms and plenty of sleeping options. Highly recommend

We felt it was very centrally located to everything, the beach, the shops & places to eat. The kitchen is pretty well stocked although we cooked at home a lot and there were lots of tupperware lids but no tupperware for us to store any leftovers. This is a 3rd floor unit and the elevator was unfortunately out during our stay due to hurricane Sally but owner communicated all of this to us as soon as she knew. We did have others staying above us who may have had a toddler that was running a marathon across the living room so it was a little noisy during that time. Overall, our stay here was very relaxing and we'd definitely stay here again. It's perfect if you have 2 families as there are 2 large master bedrooms. Enjoyed our first time here in Seacrest/Rosemary and can't wait for another trip back.

Perfect location. Kids loved the pool. We East yo get in and out and Rebecca was quick to answer all questions. Even before during and after the trip!
