Amazing house with ample amenities and very comfy beds. The outdoor living area is well set up with a large table, misters, and and giant beer pong game. The location was walkable to so much and a quick Uber ride to downtown. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Loved the property. The pics online were very accurate. Loved the roof top deck. The kitchen was very well supplied for cooking in. The management company was rather difficult to comunicate with, could only talk to them by email and the regisration process was complicated but overall give it an A rating.

Loved our stay in this house. Everything was clean and spacious. Perfect for a group of 7 girls. Within walking distance to the bars and restaurants on South Congress and felt safe walking there at night. Short Uber drive to downtown.

Recently stayed at “Giraffic Park” with a group of 7 friends. This rental had everything we needed and was close enough to downtown and restaurants to accommodate everything we wanted to do while in Austin.

This is a great location and house for a gathering. The sitting area is very nice but bring bug spray! The house is very nicely decorated. I also recommend the warren wildlife exhibit across the street. We didn’t know what to expect but it was a great exhibit and free!

The location couldn’t be beat, and the place is decorated beautifully with fabulous outdoor spaces. Great for groups. The only issue we had with the cleanliness was a backed up garbage disposal and subsequent fruit fly issue.

Planned a boys trip to celebrate my birthday. Was in a great location and easily accommodated 10 of us!

Had a great time here. It has plenty of rooms and is close to so many great options including a good food court.

We had a very positive experience with this listing. The property is in a cool neighborhood, walking distance to local eateries, and provided us plenty of space. My only complaint was that not all amenities were functioning which the rental agency hadn’t listed before booking. Otherwise I give this place a thumbs up!

Location was perfect for delivery from a variety of great nearby restaurants. Many are within walking distance, but due to COVID we got everything delivered. Lots of entertainment options close by too under normal circumstances. House was clean and as advertised. There was a grill outside too, but we had no interest in cooking with all the fantastic restaurants.

With our family vacation being canceled and being in our small home for many weeks - we decided we needed a little staycation where we could spread out a bit with our family after being cooped up during the Covid9 Pandemic. The photos of the house didn't even do it justice, it was great to open the door when we arrived! We called before to discuss the cleaning procedures, as we were bring our family here, we wanted to be sure that the house was properly sanitized and ready from the last stay - it was great. We felt very comfortable, the house was pristine! The location was awesome. Near top restaurants and easy to walk to them! We can't wait to return when restaurants are open to serve in restaurant dining but we enjoyed great take-out and walked to grab our ordered meals. Since we are well versed on the area, we knew this was the area of town we wanted to stay! The house was amazing, so stinking cute with all the special attention to detail and the decor perfect for an Austin style retreat. Beds were super comfortable and lots of room for our family to spread out both inside and outside with a great yard and rooftop deck. We didn't want to leave. We cannot wait to plan a trip with our girlfriends soon!
