Property was good the basement was a bit musty but probably the country. My only negative is that there was not a highchair or a pack n play for our 2 year old to sleep.

The property was well kept with some age related wear. The property mgr was very responsive and communicated all needed info in a timely manner. Would stay here again if I find myself in the area.

House was very clean and there was plenty of room for everyone to feel like they had their own space. We were there for a family wedding and all of the venues that we attended were nearby (less than 10 minutes) so it was a great location for us. We had no problems with the house but our schedule changed due to some family complications and the host was very accommodating and always responded in a timely manner.

Nice old house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to lots of stores. Well stocked. Our large group had plenty of space. The listing says it all. Only thing I would add is there's an additional half bath on the lower floor.

Our family was very pleased with the house in general, and specifically with the ability to spread out and have spaces that were private allowing for seperation, but also have spaces where all could gather and fellowship. the table was large enough to handle our large group, and we enjoyed being able to cook together and eat together. The three TV's also allowed for different needs when it came to entertainment. In short, this house allowed our family to gather under one roof and enjoy each other's company. It is an excellent find.

We were really looking forward to staying atthe property because it was the holidays and we would be so close to family and friends. It looked so nice in the pictures. We were so disappointed as soon as we drove into the driveway. The driveway and sidewalk had not been shoveled from the snow that had fallen two days before. The front screen door hinge was broken as well and the door was flapping in the wind. We had received a pretty lengthy set of rules prior to arrival so you can imagine how disappointed we were upon entering. We found the garbage from the previous renters piled up outside the side entrance and a huge pile of empty beer bottles in the garage. Inside the house we're all kinds of remnants of the party that had taken place the night before. Sticky countertops and floors, carpets unswept, drapes torn off the window. We basically had to clean the house before we could unpack. We also had to keep turning up the heat because the house was freezing cold. Before we left, we did all decide that we could only say two good things about the place, the water was hot and the refrigerator was cold. And yes we did contact the owner right away and he told us he would take care of everything, not sure what that meant ?? He also let us know the previous renters had been pretty unruly and had a party prior to us arriving. I can't help but wonder why someone didn't pay more attention to cleaning things up knowing that another group would be arriving the following day ?? We've rented multiple homes over the years and never had an experience like this. Hope our next experience will be better.

This location is excellent for an extended family stay. We had ample room for everyone to get a good night's sleep. No issues with accommodating a group of 9

The house was laid out a little differently than I had pictured in my head, but that wasn't an issue at all. The bedrooms span across 3 levels of the house (including the basement), and the stairs are quite steep between each floor. But the house was really clean, the kitchen had every utensil we needed (and more), there were plenty of spices for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and the whole house was decorated really nicely. There were 10 of us in the house (6 of them being children), and it didn't really feel too cramped. There was a park basically across the street that was nice to be able to take the kids to as well.

It was a nice old farm house with plenty of space. Main floor had one bedroom and main bath. It had a nice dining area and living room. Second floor with two bedrooms, sitting area and full bath. It was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Matthew made sure we had all of the information we needed. He answered questions and communicated promptly. It was a very enjoyable stay for my family.

This was a very convenient location, a short walk from a playground where my kids could play and a short drive from restaurants and stores. Check in and check out process was easy peasy!

Stayed here for a project we were doing in the area and really enjoyed the property! Very quiet area and a nice, clean home.

As I was traveling with my parents & two small children we stayed here during our stop over in Peoria. The location was excellent with quick/easy access to I-74. Main Street in East Peoria has really changed and has food options, a Walgreens that is open late & some shopping. We split our time between Pekin, Morton & Peoria and the house was very centrally located. Matthew was very accommodating & easy to work with. Everyone had their own space & the multiple bathrooms were helpful for the 5 of us. The kitchen was well stocked & everything was in good order. Will definitely rent from Matthew again if we’re back in the area!

Six of us stayed here for a week during a disc golf tournament. Clean, affordable and good location. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in town.

The place was very convenient and close to the venue we were attending. However, in one of the bedrooms upstairs, there seemed to be what looked like blood stains on the sheets and there was a suspicious red solo cup placed upside down under the same bed. We weren't sure if it possibly was set there to contain something. Very strange and made it difficult to sleep.

Property very clean, central location. Was there for a baseball tournament and was perfect for field locations. House is 3 levels, stairs pretty steep, only 1 queen bed on main floor w/full bath, 2 beds upstairs w/ full bath and 2 beds downstairs w/ 1/2 bath. Roku Tv's, stocked kitchen, plenty of towels. Would stay here again if in the area.

We experienced some issues that were beyond anyones control, the owners were fantastic in accommodating us anyway. Making sure we were taken care of and comfortable.

Great place for large groups. We were in town for a wedding and the house had enough room for all of us. We had some issues with the kitchen and bathroom light which were both fixed the following day. The host communicated with us promptly for any questions or concerns. Definitely would recommend this charming house.
